Abstract

Development as a process of social change to the order of a society which is considered better is not a new phenomenon, because the process involves the construction of improvements. In other words, development is a process of changes and its planned growth into improvements oriented toward modernization, nation building and socio-economic progress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Financial and Nonfinancial Compensation on Employee Performance at Human Resources Agency and Human Resource Development Office of Baubau City. Based on the results of analysis and discussion that have been stated previously, the authors conclude that Financial Compensation and Non-Financial Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Office of BKP Human Resources Baubau City with a singnifikansi level of (0,042). Partially Financial Compensation affects the significance of Employee Performance with singnificancy level of (0,038) whereas Non-Financial Compensation influences No significancy to Employee Performance with Value significancynya (0,161).

Abstract

Human Resources Company requires productive. Human Resources productive not only carry out work based tasks that have been assigned to him, but rather seeks to improve job performance or float. In principle, Human Resources is a very important factor, especially for an organization or business entity, whether engaged in the production of goods and services in the field of services (service). Human resource factors should receive top priority in its management so that organizations can achieve the goals that have been set previously.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian TPP terhadap terhadap kinerja pegawai ASN pada Bappelitbangda Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda terhadap 50 orang pegawai ASN Kantor Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (Bappelitbangda) Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Hasil penelitian tersebut telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang telah diuji secara parsial menunjukan bahwa bahwa TPP sebagai variabel (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebagai variabel (Y). Yang berarti bahwa dengan adanya TPP maka akan meningkatkan kualitas Kinerja ASN khususnya Pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan.   Kata kunci: Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This research is aimed to know prospect and strategy of seaweed commodity development in wajo regency. The research method used in this research is using SWOT analysis method. The results of this study show that business actors having the strongest bargaining position in the seaweed value chain in Wajo are exporter traders, while the weakest are seaweed farmers. The management of value chains between suppliers of seaweed and seaweed products with consumers is the market. In the value chain, collecting traders play a role in supplying fish production facilities, while seaweed farming is done by farmers. The lowest income earners are farmers (Rp 200 s.d. Rp 300 / kg dried seaweed), while the highest income earners are large collectors (Rp 300 s.d. Rp 700 / kg dried seaweed). Convert grass products at farmer level from dried product to processed products (ATC and SRC) for export, Form seaweed clusters initiated from cultivators. The three main priorities of seaweed cultivation development strategy in Wajo Regency are: To streamline the role of Marine and Fisheries Office, and related institutions in the development and development of human resources; Increase in the source of business capital; Procurement of cooperation pattern of market partnership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and factors that influence the leadership style of the Duampanua Urban Village chief in carrying out Government development and management.The research method used is descriptive qualitative by examining the influence of the implementation of the leadership of the village chief with in-depth interviews through questionnaires.The results of the study showed that the leadership style adopted by the chief of Duampanua village, Baranti District, Sidrap Regency was democratic leadership style and followed by patenalistic style. The main supporting factors are the level of education, followed by personality and work motivation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan factor-factor yang mempengaruhi gaya kemimpiminan kepala Kelurahan Duampanua dalam melaksanakan Pembangunan dan manajemen pemerintahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriftif dengan menelaah pengaruhi implementasi kepemimpinan kepala kelurahan dengan wawancara mendalam melalui kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menanujukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh kepala kelurahan Duampanua Kecamatan Baranti Kabupaten Sidrap yaitu gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disusul dengan gaya patenalistik. Abstract

This research was conducted in Gowa Regency by exploring administrative services (KK, ID cards, and birth certificates) as an effort to improve services to the community. The sample in this research was in accordance with the needs based on administrative service providers and their users and the sampling used was based on the setting. Cresswell 1998, after conducting interviews regarding the responses and expectations received, it was continued with validity and reliability tests The results of this research show that the attitude of professionalism that is built by the creativity of each employee in a regional agency by using the facilities as well as possible reflects the service they provide.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much trust each content creator has in Makassar, seen from the number of bad comments, their mental readiness and from the amount of appreciation,This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of Hate Comments and Mental Health on Self Confidence through Appreciation of Content Creators of the TikTok Application in Makassar. This research method uses a questionnaire in taking research samples. This research technique uses a smart PLS application with 73 respondents. The research results have been tested for validity and reliability, as well as Specific Direct Effects and Specific Indirect Effects and Hypothesis Testing.The research results show that a person's self-confidence is most influenced by themselves, not external influences. If someone is able to manage their mental health well, and for the Hate comment phenomenon, it will have an effect if there is appreciation from other people. So to support someone having Self Confidence, good mental health is needed which will of course support him to become a quality human resource and conversely if someone is unable to manage his mental health then his self confidence will decrease.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of employee service variables, airline programs, customer satisfaction, where this research uses a quantitative research approach with a sample size of 100 PT consumers. Sriwijaya Air using the multiple regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS.26 application. The findings of this research show that the employee service variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the work program variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while simultaneous testing shows that employee service and airline programs have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Sriwijaya Air.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether workload influences the performance of Rafly Cake MSME business actors in Mambi District, Mamasa Regency. This research method uses Saturated Sampling in taking research samples. This research technique uses simple linear regression analysis of 30 business actors. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability, the data analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of research that have been partially tested show that Workload has a positive effect on the Performance of Rafly Cake MSME Business Actors in Mambi District, Mamasa Regency. The conclusion of this research is that workload has a positive effect on the performance of MSME business actors at the Rafly Cake shop located in Mambi District, Mamasa Regency.
