Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian TPP terhadap terhadap kinerja pegawai ASN pada Bappelitbangda Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda terhadap 50 orang pegawai ASN Kantor Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah (Bappelitbangda) Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Hasil penelitian tersebut telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang telah diuji secara parsial menunjukan bahwa bahwa TPP sebagai variabel (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebagai variabel (Y). Yang berarti bahwa dengan adanya TPP maka akan meningkatkan kualitas Kinerja ASN khususnya Pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan.   Kata kunci: Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence and capability on competitive advantage. This research was conducted at the Bira Tourism Cottage (Villa) in Bulukumba Regency. The number of samples taken was 67 villa management in Tanjung Bira Beach, Bulukumba Regency, using the saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that competence has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, as well as capabilities have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. This proves that if the company's resources, such as competencies and capabilities, are managed properly and have a competitive advantage, they can improve company performance.

Abstract

This study examines extracurricular management at SD Islam Al Azhar 34 Makassar. The focus of this study is: How is extracurricular management and the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the success of Swimming and Dance extracurricular management at SD Islam Al Azhar 34 Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the management system for Swimming and Dance extracurricular activities at SD Islam Al Azhar 34 Makassar, including: planning, organizing, implementing, supervising and evaluating extracurricular activities as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research approach is qualitative with a descriptive research type with research subjects including the Principal, Vice Principal for Student Affairs, and Extracurricular Supervisor. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained are analyzed through word reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that (1) Management of Extracurricular activities at SD Islam Al Azhar 34 Makassar in the Planning aspect is in accordance with Permendikbudristek No. 12 of 2024 concerning Curriculum in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education Level, and Secondary Education Level which includes: activity planning procedures, activity curriculum, and strategies for compiling extracurricular activities. Organization is carried out through a clear structure, involving all responsible persons. The division of tasks and responsibilities is carried out periodically to facilitate coordination. Management of funds, schedules, and facilities is coordinated, and supported by competent supervisors. Implementation Includes: implementation methods, activity schedules, and activity impacts. Supervision is carried out through a monitoring team that records student attendance and discipline. Development evaluation is in the form of activity reports divided into short-term and long-term. Evaluation of success will be seen through the report card scores of students' extracurricular activities given each month. (2) Supporting factors include the availability of facilities and infrastructure, competent implementing staff, and effective coordination. Inhibiting factors include ineffective time management and teacher discipline, limited substitute staff, and administrative constraints such as outstanding student payments. Abstract

Background: Digital technology has become a crucial element of modern education, requiring innovative learning approaches that align with students’ needs. Specific Background: In elementary schools, learning activities often rely heavily on textbooks, which limit student engagement and interactivity. Knowledge Gap: Few studies have explored the use of Google Slides as a fully interactive medium combining multimedia elements for Indonesian language instruction. Aim: This study developed an interactive learning medium based on Google Slides for fifth-grade Indonesian language classes, tested its validity, practicality, and learning outcomes. Results: Media validation results were very high (82.50% and 93.75% from media experts, 82.14% and 94.64% from material experts), teacher responses reached 97.50%, and student responses 96.15%, indicating excellent practicality. Learning achievement increased from 31% (pretest) to 94% (posttest). Novelty: The media integrates internal navigation, quizzes, audio, visual, and animation into a single platform, allowing students to interact with materials actively and independently. Implications: This research offers an adaptive and replicable learning resource that supports student-centered pedagogy and can serve as a model for technology integration in primary schools.
