Abstract

This research was conducted in Gowa Regency by exploring administrative services (KK, ID cards, and birth certificates) as an effort to improve services to the community. The sample in this research was in accordance with the needs based on administrative service providers and their users and the sampling used was based on the setting. Cresswell 1998, after conducting interviews regarding the responses and expectations received, it was continued with validity and reliability tests The results of this research show that the attitude of professionalism that is built by the creativity of each employee in a regional agency by using the facilities as well as possible reflects the service they provide.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much trust each content creator has in Makassar, seen from the number of bad comments, their mental readiness and from the amount of appreciation,This research aims to find out whether there is an influence of Hate Comments and Mental Health on Self Confidence through Appreciation of Content Creators of the TikTok Application in Makassar. This research method uses a questionnaire in taking research samples. This research technique uses a smart PLS application with 73 respondents. The research results have been tested for validity and reliability, as well as Specific Direct Effects and Specific Indirect Effects and Hypothesis Testing.The research results show that a person's self-confidence is most influenced by themselves, not external influences. If someone is able to manage their mental health well, and for the Hate comment phenomenon, it will have an effect if there is appreciation from other people. So to support someone having Self Confidence, good mental health is needed which will of course support him to become a quality human resource and conversely if someone is unable to manage his mental health then his self confidence will decrease.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price, location and promotion on purchasing decisions. The data used in this research is primary data collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to 60 consumers at Indomaret Mandai Maros. With a sampling technique using the Convenience Sampling technique. The data processing method uses multiple linear regression methods. Findings the research is found that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, location has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. As well as simultaneous testing of all price, location and promotion variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keyword : Purchasing Decisions, Price, Place and Promotion

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui disiplin dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Soppeng. Kinerja pegawai pada institusi dinas perhubungan kabupaten soppeng tergolong cukup tinggi namun disiplin kerjanya tergolong rendah berdasarkan anomaly yang dibangun pada data awal penelitian ini dan menjadi menarik untuk di kaji lebih lanjut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif menggunakan data primer dengan skala ukur likert. Populasi 43 orang. Sampel 43 orang menggunakan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel Y atau kinerja pegawai, jadi pada kenyataanya setiap kolerasi maupun uji anova itu sama-sama menunjukkan bahwa X2 Etos Kerja lebih besar pengaruhnya dibanding X1 Disiplin Kerja.Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik Kesimpulan tentang Gambaran penelitian yang dilakukan di kantor dinas perhubungan kabupaten soppeng ialah abstraksi atau Gambaran sebuah pekerjaan yang umumnya dikatakan menjadi sebuah kinerja bisa saja terjadi karena disiplin kerja yang tinggi, namun disiplin kerja tanpa adanya etos kerja belum tentu maksimal.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability and liquidity on the capital structure of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero), Tbk in 2016-2023. Using quantitative methods with secondary data in the form of company financial reports, the independent variables in this research are profitability and liquidity while the dependent variable is capital structure. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 22, as well as classical assumption tests to ensure the validity of the model. Based on the regression analysis of the t test results in the coefficients table, profitability as measured using ROA and ROE has a significant value smaller than 0.05, which means it has significant effect on capital structure. Liquidity measured using CR dan QR has a significant value greater than 0.05, which means it has no significant effect on capital structure. Then the F test results in the Anova table have an F-count > F-table value and a significant value smaller than 0.05, thus indicating that profitability and liquidity influence capital structure simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance. This type of research uses a quantitative type, while the sample taken is 42 employees. The simple linear regression analysis technique used in this study with validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study have been tested for validity and are declared valid with the smallest score of the return on capital indicator of 0.362 and the highest score of work performance (Y) of 0.720 is declared valid. The results of the reliability test that with both variables exceeding Cronbach Alpha> 0.6 so that the study is said to be reliable or worthy of being continued. The results of the study partially show that work training has a positive and significant effect on work performance. With a significance level of 0.002 smaller than 0.05 (0.002 <0.05). Then for the t test with a significance level of 0.05, the value of t1 is obtained: 0.025 = 2.02108 (based on the value of the t statistic table with v = 40 and a significance level = 0.025) while for t count, the value obtained from the data processing that has been done is 3.349 for that it can be concluded that t count> t table, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. For the coefficient of determination based on the existing data, the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.219. This means that job training has an influence of 21.9% on work performance at the Sangalla District office.

Abstract

Investor maupun bank harus mempertimbangkan kapitalisasi pasar. Hal ini menjadi perhatian utama bagi bank-bank di Indonesia, meskipun memiliki Rasio Kecukupan Modal yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, akan bermanfaat untuk melakukan studi yang lebih mendalam, dimulai dengan analisis Rasio Kecukupan Modal. Seorang peneliti telah membahas isu ini dalam sebuah makalah. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menganalisis populasi 47 perusahaan perbankan, dengan metode sampling purposif untuk memilih 5 perusahaan berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Pendekatan studi melibatkan analisis rasio keuangan dan regresi linier multivariat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,0440 terhadap Kapitalisasi Pasar, sementara variabel lain tidak menunjukkan efek yang signifikan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, penulis secara tegas menyatakan bahwa kenaikan stabil dalam kapitalisasi pasar berkorelasi dengan perluasan ukuran perusahaan. Hal ini menyoroti pentingnya ukuran perusahaan bagi investor saat mempertimbangkan investasi saham.
