Abstract

Social Economic Entrepreneurship Training through peer group is an approach for teenagers in the same age. The aim of this training is to provide a knowledge and a skill utilizing social media to promote many things such as various social problems and economic creative activities. Moreover, this training is conducted with dividing the participants into two groups based on level of education and age. For the delivery the substance, uses demonstrative method, discussion, and teaching while for evaluating the training, pre-test and post-test are used. This evaluation is important to make sure that the participants grab all the knowledge and skill from the training: the peer group is having the ability to utilize electronic media, social media, and Canva application to design. The result of this training shows that the teenagers are enthusiastic about the benefit and the sustainability of their business in the near future. Social Economic Entrepreneurship Training is extremely important for all teenagers since social entrepreneurial. This training concludes that there is an increase of knowledge, skills, interest, and motivation of teenagers in their social group about social and economy entrepreneurship. Furthermore, it is necessary to build a collaboration and a commitment between business sector and education sector that seriously concern of developing teenagers’ group in social and economic entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The phenomenon of bullying is currently rampant in educational institutions both at the elementary school and college levels. The rise of bullying cases at the elementary school level certainly requires special attention and cannot be underestimated. Therefore, solutions are needed to overcome bullying in schools. Activities to increase student awareness related to bullying at the elementary school level aim to reduce the number of bullying cases in educational institutions, especially at the elementary school level. The location of the service implementation was at SD Inpres Perumnas IV Jayapura City. The majority of students admitted that every day they practiced bullying their friends both in verbal and physical forms. They believed that this was a biased thing if it had not had a serious impact on the victim's condition. This service activity was done so that students know the forms of bullying and how they can overcome it early on as a form of their attitude to fight bullying activities that often occur in the educational environment. The results of increasing student awareness measured the success of the service activities, which was known by all components in the basic education institution including students, teachers, and education personnel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari adanya gejala patologi sosial yaitu pekerjaan sebagai pekerja seks komersial, hal ini di latarbelakangi karena adanya keterbatasan akan pekerjaan serta ketidak mampuan mengakses pekerjaan yang layak kaena faktor pendidikan, keterampilan, atau umur Pekerjaan menjadi PSK dirasa sangat mudah karena tidak perlu syarat khusus juga tidak perlu bermodalkan banyak uang dan keterampilan (skill) tinggi, cukup dengan berdandan cantik, menarik dan berperilaku yang ramah, peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara pendekatan terhadap objek yang diteliti untuk mendapatkan data yang akurat. Reperesentasi diri dalam kajian dramaturgi para pekerja seks komersial, dalam menjalankan pekerjaanya para pekerja ini sadar betul akan hal-hal yang di butuhkan dalam menjalankan pekerjaany, mulai dari pakaian yang harus dikenakan, riasan yang ada pada wajah, cara merawat tubuh, dan cara-cara yang harus ditunjukan saat berada di depan tamu, semua hal ini untuk menunjang pekerjaan mereka, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Dorongan sosial para pekerja seks komersial menjadi wanita tuna susila, bergam alasan yang peneliti temui saat melakukkan wawancara garis besar semuanya adalah karena keterpaksaaan akibat dari kesenjangan ekonomi diri sendiri dan keluarga, pekerjaan ini dianggap sebagai alternatif jalan keluar dari masalah- masalah mereka, seperti untuk membiayai kehidupan sehari-hari, untuk membiayai anak yang sedang bersekolah, untuk membayar utang di BANK dan ada pula untuk bayar untang yang di pinjam dari Bos atau germo, ada yang untuk membiayai pengobatan anak, dan ada pula yang menjadi tulang punggung keluarga untunk menhidupi orang tua dan saudara-saudara.

Abstract

The circulation of drugs (Narcotics, Psychotropic and Addictive Substances) in Indonesia is quite high. Jayapura City, which is the capital of Papua province, is one of the areas that has included an emergency level with a very alarming level of use and circulation, the majority of dealers get marijuana from Papua New Guinea which borders Jayapura City. In addition, the rise of alcohol among Papuan people who are consumed not only adults but also children. The stages of this research begin with the stages of field observation, interviews and documentation studies at the YP2MP institution. The data obtained is then analyzed descriptively using a qualitative approach, YP2MP social institutions in Jayapura City which are engaged in social rehabilitation services for Nazpa users provide services in three areas, namely Jayapura city, Jayapura district and Keerom district, including services inside and outside the institution in assisting victims of drug abusers so that they are able to recover and function socially.

Abstract

Children’s psychosocial well being often has abroad impact on their social relationship within the surrounding environment. Childrens living in orphanages have various needs and limitations that require the commitment of multiple stakholders, including in the area of inclusive social services. This study aims to identify and enhance the dynamics of social services orphanages to ensure their relevance and benefit. Observation, interviews and learning assistance metods were employed to understand the children’s social interaction skills and emotional development. The results of the community service indicate that the children gained knowledge and techniques to manage their psychosocialconditions independently and measurably. They also learned how to detect early signs related to their social-well-being. Continuous involvement rom orphanage management, supervisors, and partner institusions provides opportunities for social workers ti strengthen psychosocial services and community-based skill, allowing children to develop enthusiasm for improving their psychosocial well being during their stay in the orphanage.
