Abstract

Abstract — Designing a remote control can enable users without directly visiting the system. Controlling the source of electricity impacts increasing the efficiency of a system's performance and leads to monitoring and analyzing savings. Internet of Things network design is proposed in this research to control electrical equipment from an electrical panel source. The connection system between the Wemos D1 microcontroller and the designed Website can turn on and off the power lines on different building floors through a website information system. This study also describes the working system of data transmission between the Wemos D1 microcontroller and the Website by proposing a two-position control system design, namely on/off, based on the method of Observation, Interview, and Literature study. This study offers a prototype with C programming language as a Wemos D1 microcontroller design and information system simulation with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node.js, and MongoDB as a Website design. The result is a two-position control system prototype that can operate properly to turn on and off the power lines on the 3rd and 4th floors, thereby increasing efficiency in terms of time and energy. Key words— Control System, Internet of Things, Two Positions, Wemos D1, Website   Abstrak — Perancangan sebuah kendali jarak jauh dapat memudahkan penggunanya tanpa mengunjungi secara langsung sistem tersebut. Abstract

Person detection plays a role as the initial system of video surveillance analysis with various implementations, such as activity analysis, person re-id, behavior analysis, and tracking analysis. The demand for efficient models drives a deep learning architecture with a superficial structure that can operate in real-time. You look only once (YOLO) object detection has been presented as an accurate detector that can operate in real-time. The speed limitation, huge computation cost, and abundant parameters still leave vital issues to improve the efficiency of this architecture. Lightweight human detection is proposed by utilizing the YOLOv5n framework. Modifying layer depth promotes a detection system that can operate fast and without stuttering. As a result, the proposed detector has satisfactory performance and is competitive with existing models. It achieves a mAP of 45.2%, closely competing with other person detectors. Additionally, it can run fast without stumbling at 26 frames per second. The detector's speed offers the advantage of this work that it can be feasibly implemented on a cpu device without a graphics accelerator.

Abstract

Abstract This community service was carried out in Taduaog village, Buleleng district, North Sulawesi province, within a period of two weeks with the stages of problem formulation and solution. the author believes that training on how to use village funds for two weeks in Taduaog Village, North Sulawesi is believed to be a solution to the problem of using village funds that are less productive and still use old methods. It is hoped that with this training, the skills of the Taduaog Village apparatus, North Sulawesi can increase and become a solution to existing problems. Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technology in 2026 has positioned the Internet of Things (IoT) as a cornerstone of educational reform globally, particularly in the Indonesian context. This research investigates the strategic impact of IoT integration on two critical dimensions: teacher communication quality and overall education quality. Utilizing a quantitative approach with a sample of 500 educators across various provinces in Indonesia, this study examines how IoT-enabled devices—such as smart whiteboards, wearable technology, and automated attendance systems—facilitate real-time data exchange and interpersonal engagement. The conceptual framework is grounded in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Preliminary findings suggest that IoT significantly enhances communication quality by providing teachers with synchronized platforms for student-parent interaction, thereby reducing information asymmetry. Furthermore, the automation of administrative tasks through IoT enables educators to devote more time to pedagogical innovation, which directly correlates with improved educational outcomes. However, the study also identifies persistent challenges, including the digital infrastructure gap between urban and rural regions in Indonesia. This research concludes that while IoT serves as a powerful catalyst for educational excellence, its success depends on equitable access to technology and comprehensive teacher training programs.

Abstract

This Community Partnership Program (PKM) was implemented to enhance the digital marketing capacity of the Woloan Jaya Traditional House Craftsmen Group in Tomohon City, North Sulawesi. The main problem identified was that the marketing activities were still mostly conventional, limiting market reach. This program aimed to support the digital transformation of the business through a participatory approach. The implementation method consisted of: (1) initial situation analysis, (2) development of a product marketing website using the WordPress CMS platform, (3) three training sessions (basic digital marketing, website development and management, marketing management), (4) production of digital promotional content, and (5) ongoing mentoring and monitoring. The results indicate that the website www.woloanjaya.com is active and has begun to be accessed by potential customers. Digital promotional content has been created and utilized as part of the initial campaign, and the partners’ skills in managing social media and website content have improved significantly. The initial impact observed includes increased product visibility online, greater customer interaction through WhatsApp Business, and stronger motivation from partners to utilize digital technology independently. This program is expected to increase sales turnover and expand market reach while contributing to the achievement of university Key Performance Indicators (IKU) through the active involvement of students.
