Abstract

Islamic boarding school consumption cooperatives are categorized as sales cooperatives because of buying and selling transactions between the pesantren and their students. The cooperation between the community and pesantren in selling is the result of their production which is collected and traded in the cooperative with a profit-sharing system. This can be a solution in alleviating the poverty of the surrounding community and efforts towards a prosperous and prosperous society, at least it can help the unemployed. This study aims to find out how the role of consumption cooperatives in Islamic boarding schools in an effort to empower the community and to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in their performance. The research method used by the researcher is a descriptive qualitative method in the form of written words from the observed subject. empowerment indicators are access, control, participation, and equality.From the results of this study, it can be seen that the achievement of the consumption cooperative of the Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic boarding school in an effort to improve the economic welfare of the surrounding community in the form of creating jobs, prospering the economy of rural communities and realizing an equal standard of living for the community. The supporting factors are: 1). Enthusiastic students. 2). Society participation. 3). coaching. 4). Very strategic location. 5). availability of housing. While the inhibiting factors, namely: 1). Running out of raw materials. 2). reduced student buying interest. 3). Constrained in permit sales of production out of boarding schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the basis of wages determination for workers in the perspective of positive law and Sharia. The Labor Act prohibits employers from paying wages below the minimum wage. The threat of criminal sanctions for small employers who cannot afford to pay and there is no sanction for large employers to pay wages to all workers without any differences in work tenure. This research is a normative juridical with statute approach. The results of this study showed that there were differences in parameters in the determination of workers' wages based on the Manpower Act, and sharia principles. The minimum wage parameter based on the Labor Law is the need for a decent living for single workers. While Sharia parameters are more flexible. Determination of wages based on agreement according to the conditions of the parties and provide benefits. In conclusion, the determination of wages based on sharia principles is closer to the sense of fairness for the parties. The recommendation is to revise the parameters for determining the minimum wageKeywords: benefit; minimum wage; sharia; fairness.

Abstract

Organisasi atau instansi baik pemerintah maupun swasta harus bisa meningkatkan kualitas kinerja pegawai yang dimiliki. Jika jasa yang diterima atau dirasakan (perceived service) sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, maka kualitas kinerja dipersepsikan baik dan memuaskan, jika jasa yang diterima melampaui harapan konsumen, maka kualitas kerja dipersepsikan sangat baik dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis kompetensi, pengembangan, dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengembangan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai, (4) Mengetahui dan menganalisis motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dimasa terhadap kinerja pegawai, (5) Mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel kompetensi, pengembangan, dan motivasi manakah yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis terhadap data yang telah diberi skor sesuai dengan skala pengukuran yang telah ditetapkan dengan menggunakan formula-formula statistik. Analisis yang digunakan terhadap data yang berwujud angka-angka. Sedangkan uji kualitas menggunakan (1) Analisis Statistik Deskriptif, (2) Analisis Verifikatif. (3) Uji Asumsi Klasik (4) Analisis Regresi Berganda, dan (5) Pengujian Hipotesis, (6) Analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R2)Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kompetensi, Pengembangan, dan Motivasi secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) Kompetensi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (3) Pengembangan secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (4) Motivasi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (5) Kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
