Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design an application for scheduling procurement of goods at the Logistics of Awal Bros Hospital Makassar and to apply the a priori algorithm for scheduling procurement of goods at the Logistics of Awal Bros Hospital Makassar. The results of this study are that based on application testing carried out on Gtmetrix, the results for pageSpeed Score 96% YSlow Score 90%, which means the program can function properly and based on program functionality testing with blackbox that the application is valid and can be applied. The conclusion of this research by applying the Apriori algorithm. This application displays the priority of procurement requests in the form of print and atk categories based on the categories of goods that are frequently requested and can display the scheduling of procurement of goods to restock goods by looking at the functions of the red, orange and green buttons on the application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh pengelolaan berkas di PT. PLN Manokwari khususnya pada bagian pengadaan barang dan jasa masih tidak efisien. pengelolaan berkas yang dimaksud diantaranya pencarian berkas data masuk dan keluar. Ada banyak data jika dicatat manual akan membutuhkan waktu yang lama sehingga pembagian tugas setiap staf tidak merata. karena proses pencarian pendataan keluar masuk tidak efisien. Hal inilah yang membuat peneliti untuk membuat sistem pencarian arsip dengan metode parsing. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan staf dalam mengelola data dan mencari data yang banyak. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Aplikasi ini di uji menggunakan black box, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MYSQL. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan perancangan dan aplikasi pencarian arsip menggunakan metode parsing pada PT.PLN Manokwari. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat memudahkan staf dalam mengelola dan mencari data arsip pengadaan barang dan jasa.

Abstract

Garbage is one of the problems that we often encounter in the community. One of the factors causing the accumulation of garbage is the lack of public awareness to dispose of garbage in its place. In this problem, it is necessary to have a smart trash can using sound information media which includes Ultrasonic Sensors as distance detectors and trash volume detectors, Servos are used to control the trash can cover, Speakers are used as information media, DFPlayer mini is used as a voice recorder and microcontrollers are used as input data processors from the components used. The trash can cover will open and close automatically by detecting humans at a distance of ≤ 30 cm then detecting the height of the trash from the trash can cover ≤ 10 cm then the trash can is full then the trash can cover will not open and emit information in the form of sound. The method used in this study is the experimental method, namely by designing, assembling, and testing a smart trash can system based on Arduino Uno. Testing was conducted to evaluate the performance of the sensor, and the voice module in responding to the presence of objects in front of the trash can. This research is useful for the community because it can increase awareness in disposing of garbage in its place through an interactive approach in the form of sound, thus supporting the creation of a cleaner and more orderly environment. In addition, scientifically, this research contributes to the development of science and technology, especially in the field of hardware that can be used as a basis for similar innovations in various fields of life.
