Abstract

Safety is an important aspect in national aviation services. Apart from that, the punctuality aspect is also a priority and an indicator of the success of airline services. The research method used is a quantitative method. The variables safety, timeliness and customer loyalty are the objects of this research. Data was taken through questionnaires and interviews as well as literature searches. The data was processed using classical assumption tests, validity, reliability, multiple regression and the F test. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Safety variable and Batik Air Airline Customer Loyalty. This research found that there is a positive and significant relationship between On Time Performance and Customer Loyalty of Garuda Indonesia Airlines. This means that with increasing On Time Performance, Batik Air Airline Customer Loyalty will also increase. There is a strong correlation between On Time Performance and Batik Air Customer Loyalty. There is a strong positive correlation between On Time Performance and Batik Air Customer Loyalty. There is a positive and significant influence of Safety and OnTime Performance on Customer Loyalty if considered together.

Abstract

Pada saat ini telah muncul kesadaran untuk menjaga dan memeliharakelestarian lingkungan karena semua masyarakar pasti menginginkan lingkungan hidup yang bersih serta nyaman. Pada berbagai kota banyak yang mencanangkan program hijau and bersih dimana program tersebut bertujuan mewujudkan sebuah kota yang bersih dan nyaman tanpa adanya sampah yang berserakan di mana - mana. Program tersebut antara selain memanfaatkan peran warga juga memanfaatkan peran ibu-ibu rumah tangga dalam mengurangi dan memanfaatkan sampah yang ada di lingkungan sekitarnya. Ibu rumah tangga merupakan bagian dari masyarakat yang paling banyak menghasilkan sampah. Penyumbang sampah yang cukup banyak ke lingkungan setiap harinya adalah berasal dari aktivitas rumah tangga, baik berupa sampah organik maupun sampah anorganik. Bermacam-macam sampah organik danorganik tersebut selama ini kebanyakan hanya dibuang dan menumpuk menjadi gunungan sampah.

Abstract

Pelatihan Pengantar Perpajakan adalah sebuah program pelatihan yang dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang sistem perpajakan, dengan fokus pada pajak penghasilan (PPh) yang diatur dalam Pasal 21 (Ps. 21), Pasal 22 (Ps. 22), Pasal 23 (Ps. 23), Pasal 24 (Ps. 24), dan Pasal 25 (Ps. 25) dalam undang-undang perpajakan. Materi dalam pelatihan ini mencakup konsep dasar perpajakan, pengertian PPh, klasifikasi PPh, dan perbedaan antara Ps. 21, Ps. 22, Ps. 23, Ps. 24, dan Ps. 25. Peserta akan memahami kewajiban perpajakan, prosedur perhitungan, pengenaan pajak, serta ketentuan khusus yang terkait dengan setiap jenis PPh. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar kepada peserta tentang aspek-aspek utama perpajakan yang relevan dengan PPh Ps. 21, Ps. 22, Ps. 23, Ps. 24, dan Ps. 25. Dengan pemahaman ini, peserta diharapkan dapat memahami lebih baik hak dan kewajiban perpajakan mereka atau perusahaan tempat mereka bekerja, serta dapat memastikan bahwa mereka mematuhi peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku. Pelatihan ini akan memberikan pemahaman yang kokoh tentang perpajakan dan memberikan landasan yang kuat bagi peserta untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan lebih lanjut dalam bidang perpajakan, yang akan bermanfaat baik secara pribadi maupun profesional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of population size and unemployment on poverty levels in West Java Province during the period 2018–2022. Using an associative quantitative approach with secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency, this study examines the relationship between variables using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that population size has a negative and significant effect on poverty, while unemployment does not have a significant partial effect. However, when considered simultaneously, population size and unemployment have a significant effect on poverty levels. These findings have important implications for the formulation of more targeted regional development policies aimed at poverty alleviation.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has created both opportunities and challenges for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in financial management and operational efficiency. However, many micro-scale MSMEs still rely on manual bookkeeping methods, resulting in poor financial transparency and difficulty in making strategic business decisions. This community engagement program aimed to empower RAAF Mart, an MSME located in Bassura City, East Jakarta, by providing training on digitalization and simple computerized bookkeeping using Microsoft Excel. The program was conducted through participatory methods, including needs assessment, hands-on workshops, and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of basic financial literacy and digital tools. Prior to the training, most participants lacked knowledge of cash flow tracking, income statement preparation, and the use of spreadsheet software. After the training, participants were able to implement a daily bookkeeping system using a customized Excel template. The training also fostered a positive shift in mindset toward the importance of separating personal and business finances. This program demonstrated that simple, contextualized digital training can be highly effective in supporting the digital transformation of MSMEs. Continued mentoring and follow-up support are recommended to ensure sustainable implementation.
