Abstract

Pendahuluan: Obesitas merupakan suatu keadaan dimana berat badan seseorang berada diatas 120% dari berat badan relatif (BBR) atau berada diatas 27 dari indeks masa tubuh (IMT). Obesitas yang dibiarkan terus menerus akan berdampak pada masalah kesehatan dan gangguan muskuloskeletal sehingga perlunya pencegahan salah satunya dengan melakukan aktivitas fisik. Aktivitas fisik dapat dilakukan baik disekolah maupun diluar lingkungan sekolah seperti aerobik, latihan ketahanan, HIIT, lari, renang, basket, dan bola voli. Tujuan : untuk mengatahui manfaat aktivitas fisik pada anak dan remaja  dengan obesitas. Metode: Pencarian melalui 3 database Google Scholar, PubMed dan Science Direct dengan kata kunci “(“children” OR “adolescents”) AND “Physical Activity” AND (“school” OR “community” OR “clinic”). Hasil : Dari lima belas artikel yang disintesis aktivitas fisik sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kepadatan mineral tulang, mengurangi IMT dan lemak tubuh, meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani, mengurangi risiko penyakit kardiovaskuler, dan mengurangi nilai profil lipid Kesimpulan : Aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan pada anak dan remaja obesitas sangat bermanfaat untuk mengurangi masalah kesehatan dan gangguan muskuloskeleta

Abstract

This study aims to develop a green synthesis method of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) by utilising cassava (Manihot esculenta) peel waste extract and gelatin as reducing and stabilising agents for Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) applications. This synthesis technique promotes environmentally friendly principles by using natural materials that are easily available, cost-effective, and reduce the use of hazardous chemicals. The synthesis results show that the silver nanoparticles obtained have high stability and are able to increase the intensity of the Raman signal, allowing the detection of molecules at very low concentrations. Characterisation of AgNPs includes analysis using UV-Vis spectroscopy, TEM, XRD, as well as SERS performance measurements. This research shows that green chemistry-based synthesis methods can produce high-quality nanoparticles with high efficiency, so they have the potential to be widely applied in various chemical sensor applications that require high sensitivity.

Abstract

Universitas Muhammadiyah PKU Surakarta in its efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of office administration management faces challenges in document management and workflows that are still running conventionally. Manual processes often take longer, are prone to errors, and require large physical storage space. To overcome these problems, this study aims to design and build a web-based E-Office system by utilizing the Yii2 framework. The method used in this study is SDLC and the system design used includes the needs analysis stage, system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams, and system implementation using the Yii2 framework with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Implementation using Devops. The Yii2 framework was chosen because of its robust structure, complete security features, SSO login with Google, and its ability to accelerate the application development process. The E-Office system developed will include various essential features such as incoming and outgoing mail management, electronic mail disposition, SPPS management, and document status tracking features. It is expected that with the implementation of this system, Muhammadiyah University of PKU Surakarta can realize a more modern, paperless, transparent, accountable office administration system, and is able to increase productivity and quality of service for all academicians. This system is also expected to facilitate the decision-making process of leaders through fast and accurate access to information.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menuntut guru di TKIT Darul Falah Solo Baru untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Observasi awal menunjukkan hanya 21,4 persen guru memiliki pengetahuan tentang platform edukatif digital seperti Canva dan Wordwall. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru melalui pelatihan penggunaan kedua platform tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan partisipatif berbasis praktik langsung (hands-on participatory training), yang meliputi tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan pelatihan, pekaksanaan pelatihan intensif, pendampingan, serta eval_uasi hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan guru. Para guru mampu membuat media visual seperti poster dan worksheet siswa menggunakan Canva, serta pembuatan kuis dan permainan edukatif menggunakan Wordwall. Peningkatan ini dibuktikan melalui kumpulan karya guru digoogledrive dan peningkatan pemehaman peserta menjadi 63,6 persen. Peserta menyatakan bahwa aplikasi sangat membantu dalam meningkatkan keterampilan peserta relevan, aplikatif, dan mendukung upaya peserta dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi anak usia dini. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal untuk mendorong literasi digital di lingkungan sekolah dasar dan taman kanak-kanak.
