Abstract

Pengetahuan orang tua tentang pemilihan jajanan sehat akan berpengaruh terhadap kebiasaan jajan anak. Orang tua harus mengetahui mengenai jajanan apa saja yang bergizi baik untuk anak dan jajanan apa saja yang tidak baik untuk anak. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan jenis deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan teknik observasi. dilaksanakan di SDN 1 UPAI Kotamobagu Utara pada bulan Juni sampai dengan Juli 2020. Populasi berjumlah 87 orang. Sampel sebanyak 71 orang, di tentukan berdasarkan rumus slovin, analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data uji chi square (α=0,05). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan sikap orang tua dalam memilih jajanan sehat pada siswa di SDN 1 UPAI. Keterkaitan antara pengetahuan dan sikap orang tua dalam memilih dan menentukan jajanan yang sehat dan baik kepada anaknya memiliki hubungan yang sangat signifikan, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis statistik yang memiliki nilai P-Value sebesar 0,017 < α 0,050. Pendampingan guru dan LSM melalui informasi kepada siswa usia sekolah dasar sangat membantu peran orang tua untuk memberi informasi kepada anaknya untuk mengkonsumsi jajanan yang sehat dan berkualitas.

Abstract

The literature on branding of educational institutions is still under development, so far there has been no research that shows branding with tourism universities. This research has a quantitative variation that combines branding with other variables in the context of business organizations. This research aims to explore the formation of branding at vocational higher education institutions in the tourism sector. Data was taken using Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and interviews from stakeholders in the tourism sector. This research uses thematic analysis, namely open coding and axial coding. The research results show that there are main attributes in forming branding, namely identity, alumni, management aspects, quality of human resources and products and competitiveness. With the formation of these branding attributes, this research contributes to measuring the branding of tourism vocational education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze community empowerment strategies in the development of Bulo Tourism Village, located in North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi. Bulo Village possesses distinctive natural and cultural potential; however, its management remains suboptimal due to limited resources and infrastructure. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The primary informants include village officials and local community members. Data analysis was conducted using the SWOT technique (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) to identify internal and external factors influencing tourism village development. The findings indicate that the main strengths lie in the village’s natural potential and community participation, while weaknesses include the lack of training and tourism promotion. Opportunities are present through government support and the growing trend of nature-based tourism, while threats come from competition with other tourism villages and dependency on external assistance. Based on the SWOT analysis, the recommended strategies include maximizing local potential through community training, strengthening tourism village institutions, establishing partnerships with external stakeholders, and enhancing digital-based promotion. These strategies are expected to sustainably strengthen community empowerment and improve the competitiveness of Bulo Tourism Village.Keywords: Analysis, Strategy, Empowerment, Community, SWOT

Abstract

Waruga Cultural Reserve is one of the tourist attractions that attracts attention in North Minahasa Regency. This thesis aims to analyze the tourism potential of the Waruga Cultural Heritage and to determine the potential using SWOT. Next, a SWOT analysis is carried out to see the potential that exists in the Waruga Cultural Heritage, where the potential that exists in the Waruga Cultural Heritage is still very large, therefore management is carried out. The data collected is processed by reduction, then the data is described in narrative form and then the data is concluded. to get research results. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a comprehensive picture of the tourism potential of the Waruga Cultural Heritage and provide recommendations regarding sustainable tourism development. It is also hoped that this research can become a reference for related parties in making policies regarding the management and marketing of the Waruga Cultural Heritage tourist attraction in North Minahasa Regency
