Abstract

The discussions around inheritance law highlight differences in quantity, potentially leading to discrimination claims without fully considering the legal rationale. The study explores how women can assert equality within diverse legal frameworks shaped by cultural contexts. This study using qualitative methods and case studies gather data to understand how women have developed unique legal cultures and sub-cultures. Findings suggest that women can advocate for gender justice within varying legal constitutions as long as they ensure protective measures are in place. Ultimately, for inheritance law to remain relevant and equitable, it must accommodate women’s perspectives and provide a foundation that respects their rights, ensuring that the law serves society fairly and inclusively without marginalizing any group.

Abstract

Guru memiliki peran sentral dalam menentukan keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum. Pergantian dari Kurikulum 2013 ke Kurikulum Merdeka menjadi tantangan sekaligus peluang bagi guru untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan kurikulum baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SD NU Pemanahan, Bantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen terkait Kurikulum Merdeka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun guru telah mengikuti berbagai pelatihan, seperti diklat, uji coba implementasi, studi banding, dan sesi berbagi pengalaman, masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka. Kendala utama meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya sekolah, minimnya fasilitas pendukung, serta kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap tujuan, konsep, dan implementasi praktis dari kurikulum baru. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran penting tentang kesiapan guru serta faktor-faktor yang perlu ditingkatkan untuk mendukung keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

In addition to providing convenience and a positive impact on children, the internet also has risks or negative impacts if not used wisely. One of the negative impacts is risky online behavior. The predictor that can predict risky online behavior is digital literacy. This study examines and analyzes the effect of digital literacy (X1) on risky online behavior (Y) of early adolescent students in the Province of D.I. Yogyakarta. This causal correlational study using a cross-sectional survey collected data through an online questionnaire using the Google Form application which was distributed to respondents voluntarily. This research was conducted from June to August 2022 with a total of 304 respondents. The research process includes the preparation of instruments, instrument feasibility tests, data collection through online questionnaires, tabulation, and data analysis. The digital literacy scale is adapted from Rodríguez-de-Dios, Igartua, González-Vázquez plus Brian O'Neill Thuy Dinh and Hui Zhang Chang Zhu. Meanwhile, risky online behavior is measured using the Adityar scale. The results showed that digital literacy proved to have a significant effect on the risky online behavior prevention variable. The majority of subjects are in the category of having high/good digital literacy and having low-risk online behavior. However, even though digital literacy tends to be high, coaching and efforts to increase digital literacy for elementary school-aged youth need to be implemented as optimally as possible to further prevent children from being exposed to risky online behavior.

Abstract

Pesantren as educational institutions, both modern and traditional, at least maintain the uniqueness of pesantren, which any other institution does not own. The uniqueness often makes some people misunderstand that pesantren practise gender inequality where female students are often not allowed to proceed outside the pesantren or only in the domestic area. This research was a qualitative case study taking place at Pondok Pesantren (PP) Aswaja Nusantara in Mlangi, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This study takes the point of view of the kyai (caretaker) of the Pondok, who serves as a policy maker in the institution. The research question in this study was: What is the concept of gender equality in the education system and pesantren culture at PP Siswa Aswaja Nusantara? The results showed that based on the data provided by caregivers, gender equality in PP Aswaja Nusantara was enacted through the culture of the pesantren and the application of the pesantren education system. Equality is the sense of fairness in paying attention to biological factors and circumstances, both men and women. First, equality in PP Aswaja Nusantara does not mean the same between men and women, and this impacts the division of tasks more concerned with individual abilities than gender. Second, in the education system, PP Aswaja Nusantara provides equal opportunities to all male and female students, both internally and externally. Keywords: Equality of Gender, Islamic Boarding School Abstrak Pesantren sebagai Lembaga Pendidikan, baik yang modern maupun yang tradisional, setidaknya tetap mempertahankan kekhasan pesantren yang tidak dimiliki oleh Lembaga manapun. Kekhasan pesantren, seringkali membuat beberapa kalangan salah paham bahwa pesantren menjadi praktek ketidaksetaraan gender, dimana santri putri seringkali tidak diberi kesempatan untuk berproses diluar pesantren atau hanya di wilayah domestik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif study kasus dimana peneliti mengambil tempat penelitian di PP Aswaja Nusantara di Mlangi, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini mengambil sudut dari pengasuh Pondok yang berfungsi sebagai pemangku kebijakan di pondok. pertanyaan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaiman konsep kesetaraan gender pada sistem pendidikan dan budaya pesantren di PP Mahasiswa Aswaja Nusatara? Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesetaraan gender di PP Aswaja Nusantara, berdasarkan data yang diberikan oleh pengasuh, melalui budaya pesantren dan penerapan pada system Pendidikan pesantren. Pertama, setaraa dalam PP Aswaja Nusantara bukan berarti sama persis antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Kesetaraan dalam arti adil, adil dalam memperhatikan factor biologis dan keadaan, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Oleh karena hal ini berimbas pada pembagian tugas yang lebih Mementingkan kemampuan individu daripada jenis kelamin. Kedua, dalam system Pendidikan, PP Aswaja Nusantara memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada semua santri, baik putra maupun putri, baik dalam internal maupun eksternal pondok. Kata Kunci: Kesetaraan Gender, Pendidikan pesantren
