Abstract

The Quality Management System or ISO 9001:2015 is one of the tools to improve product quality. Office administration management is one of the variables that supports the optimal operation of an organization. Basic training in the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 is one effort to introduce new insights into management systems, particularly office administration management. The training provided to students of SMK 10 November in South Jakarta has made a significant contribution. This is one of the goals that can be achieved by Mercu Buana University as a collaborative partner to support better learning processes at SMK 10 November in South Jakarta. This new knowledge is expected to provide students with additional skills to compete in the industrial world. Community service activities support the enrichment of understanding and new insights into the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 as a tool in office administration management. The training was conducted through the delivery of materials and Q&A sessions related to the content, supplemented with case studies. The outputs of the training include the enrichment of materials for the participants, who are students of SMK 10 November in South Jakarta, a training implementation video, mass media publications, and scientific publications.

Abstract

Halal is no longer an attraction, but now it has become an important need. Products that are not kosher will find it difficult to reach a wide market which will ultimately reduce the level of sales. Handling or handling is one of the key elements of the requirements of a product can be said to be halal. If the handling of the product at a stage is not halal, it will affect the subsequent process. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a community service activity that can educate the business community to be able to get to know about handling halal products. The activity of introducing the process of handling halal products to business actors or MSMEs is carried out in the form of webinars. Webinar activities are carried out with the method of delivering material (classical) related to the process of handling halal products for MSME actors and group discussion activities. In the material on the halal material handling process, several points were conveyed, namely the product storage process, the product distribution process, the product presentation process, and the product handling process did not meet the criteria. Based on the results of the questionnaire, in general, the resource persons were considered capable and could deliver the material well which was shown with a score of 4-5 out of a maximum of 5. Participants who already have a business, are motivated to immediately carry out halal certificate management on the business that has been run.

Abstract

The inline robot simulation training at SMK 10 Nopember, South Jakarta, aims to enhance students' technological skills and digital literacy to meet modern industry demands. The rapid development of information technology, including robotics, requires vocational schools to update their competencies. Limited access to basic robotics knowledge poses a significant challenge. This community service program includes simulation-based training that replicates real industrial conditions. Teachers also gain innovative teaching enrichment. The Industrial Engineering Department of Universitas Mercu Buana provides educational support through knowledge transfer. The training focuses on understanding and evaluating the inline robot simulation in digital industries. Expected outcomes include improved student understanding, academic publications, video documentation, and media articles. This program is designed to strengthen SMK graduates' competitiveness with industry-relevant skills.

Abstract

Meningkatnya permintaan konsumen terkait kebutuhan bahan bangunan seperti granit mengharuskan toko bangunan atau bisnis ritel bahan bangunan menyediakan granit sesuai kebutuhan pasar. Salah satu bisnis ritel bahan bangunan yang ada di Tangerang dituntut untuk dapat menyediakan bahan bangunan seperti granit untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen saat ini. Dengan begitu hal yang diperhatikan oleh bisnis ritel adalah tempat penyimpanan atau gudang yang mewadahi dan pengiriman granit ini harus dilakukan sesuai jadwal dan diharuskan untuk segera dikirim. Dalam penyimpanan granit di gudang ini  mengalami kendala, yaitu tata letak granit yang tidak sesuai dengan klasifikasi dan tingkat perputaranya karena diletakan dipaling belakang, sehingga mengakibatkan waktu pengambilan dari lokasi granit ke Area Loading untuk pengiriman menjadi lama dengan rata-rata waktu 15 hingga 25 menit yang idealnya bisa 5 sampai 12 menit. Oleh sebab itu pada penelitian ini difokuskan dalam mengevaluasi dan perbaikan terkait tata letak dan meminimalkan waktu pengambilan granit. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi penelitian tersebut adalah Klasifikasi ABC Class Based Storage.

Abstract

Robotics is a field that combines engineering, electronics, and programming to design and control robots. In the introductory robotics program at SMK 10 Nopember Jakarta, students will learn the basics of robotics, including the main components of robots, how automated systems work, and programming to operate robots. Forty-four students attended. The goal of this activity was to increase students' understanding of robotics technology, encourage creativity in technological innovation, and provide practical skills applicable to the automation and technology industries. With project-based learning, students will have the opportunity to design and build a simple robot. Students successfully built the robot, but some were unable to due to time constraints, so we provided video tutorials for them to work on outside of school hours.
