Abstract

Dalam Islam, sumber ajaran, pedoman pengelolaan dan referensi pemecahan masalah yang digunakan adalah berpedoman pada Al-Quran dan Hadits, Al-Quran dan Hadits sebagai sumber dari segala sumber utama ajaran Islam mempunyai peranan penting dalam membimbing dan mengarahkan manusia agar dapat hidup. kehidupan di alam semesta ini secara tertib. Oleh karena itu, untuk memperoleh tuntunan yang benar diperlukan kajian yang lebih mendalam terhadap Al-Quran melalui pemikiran para ulama dan mufasir agar umat Islam dapat mengambil hikmah dari ajaran yang terdapat dalam Al-Quran dan dapat mengimplementasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Begitupun dengan penyelenggaraan pendidikan harus dikelola dengan baik, untuk pengelolaan yang baik maka diperlukan manajemen. Manajemen merupakan hal yang penting bagi manusia untuk mencapai tujuan. Kajian tentang manajemen pendidikan secara jelas tertuang dalam Al-Quran dan diperkuat dengan hadis Nabi Muhammad SAW. Salah satu proses yang harus dilaksanakan adalah melaksanakan fungsi manajemen yang dimulai dari perencanaan, pengelolaan, pengarahan, dan evaluasi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital-based archives management of the Mumtaz Information System at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong which can realize the quality of records management in administrative services effectively and efficiently at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection instruments used were interviews, observation and documentation. The research results obtained show that the digital-based archive management of the Mumtaz information system at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong through the planning, management, control and supervision stages has been managed effectively and efficiently, however digital archive management has limited storage for many archives. Digital archive management activities include at least two things, namely: archive storage and archive retrieval. Digital archive storage activities are archive management activities that start from transfer of archive media to the arrangement of archives in new media. The use of digital archives already uses the official application from Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong, for this reason, in realizing the quality of administration of administrative services effectively and efficiently at Madrasah Aliyah Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong, the official application is used, namely the Mumtaz Information System (SI MUMTAZ) in managing archives digitally. Abstract

This study discusses the management of Islamic boarding schools in improving the quality of education with an approach based on student independence. The management applied includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating which aims to empower students to be independent in the learning process and life of the Islamic boarding school. The approach to student independence is considered a key factor in improving the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools as a whole, because independence encourages responsibility, discipline, and motivation to learn in students. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the interactive Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that effective management and the implementation of student independence can synergistically improve the quality of education, produce quality graduates in terms of both religion and academics, and be able to compete in the modern era without eliminating the values of the Islamic boarding school. Supporting factors for the success of this management include the leadership of the caretaker, the active role of teachers, and the involvement of students in managing the Islamic boarding school. Conversely, obstacles such as lack of awareness of administrators and teachers in carrying out their duties can hinder quality improvement. Therefore, the management of the quality of Islamic boarding school education needs to be formulated and implemented carefully so that the goal of improving the quality of education based on the independence of students can be achieved optimally.

Abstract

Abstract Abstract Education is a mirror of society; The Zainul Hasan Genggong MA Model is a brilliant reflection of the collaboration between effective public relations management and active community involvement. In an era where social transformation is becoming increasingly important, the role of Public Relations in creating a positive and sustainable image is vital. The MA Model Zainul Hasan Genggong is living proof of how Public Relations can change people's perceptions of education, build trust, and inspire active participation. With a targeted communication strategy that involves various levels of society, the Zainul Hasan Genggong MA Model has succeeded in creating an inclusive and dynamic educational environment. The involvement of parents, alumni and the surrounding community in various school activities shows how synergy between educational institutions and the community can produce a significant positive impact. Apart from that, MA Model Zainul Hasan Genggong also acts as an agent of change by adopting technology and modern learning methods that are relevant to the needs of the times. This innovative approach not only improves the quality of education but also strengthens the relationship between schools and the wider community. Through various programs that focus on developing student character and competence, MA Model Zainul Hasan Genggong proves that good education is not only about academics, but also about building positive values in students. This is a clear example of how effective Public Relations can create a harmonious, productive and sustainable educational environment, making education a strong foundation for the progress of society as a whole. Keywords: Public Relations Management, Society, MA Model Zaha Genggong Abstrak Pendidikan adalah cermin masyarakat; MA Model Zainul Hasan Genggong adalah refleksi gemilang dari kolaborasi antara manajemen hubungan masyarakat (Public Relations) yang efektif dan keterlibatan aktif masyarakat. Dalam era di mana transformasi sosial menjadi semakin penting, peran Public Relations dalam menciptakan citra yang positif dan berkelanjutan sangatlah vital. MA Model Zainul Hasan Genggong adalah bukti hidup bagaimana Public Relations dapat mengubah persepsi masyarakat terhadap pendidikan, membangun kepercayaan, dan menginspirasi partisipasi aktif. Dengan strategi komunikasi yang terarah dan melibatkan berbagai lapisan masyarakat, MA Model Zainul Hasan Genggong berhasil menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang inklusif dan dinamis. Keterlibatan orang tua, alumni, dan masyarakat sekitar dalam berbagai kegiatan sekolah menunjukkan bagaimana sinergi antara institusi pendidikan dan komunitas dapat menghasilkan dampak positif yang signifikan. Selain itu, MA Model Zainul Hasan Genggong juga berperan sebagai agen perubahan dengan mengadopsi teknologi dan metode pembelajaran modern yang relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman. Pendekatan inovatif ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tetapi juga memperkuat hubungan antara sekolah dan masyarakat luas. Melalui berbagai program yang berfokus pada pengembangan karakter dan kompetensi siswa, MA Model Zainul Hasan Genggong membuktikan bahwa pendidikan yang baik tidak hanya tentang akademik, tetapi juga tentang membangun nilai-nilai positif dalam diri siswa. Ini adalah contoh nyata bagaimana Public Relations yang efektif dapat menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang harmonis, produktif, dan berkelanjutan, menjadikan pendidikan sebagai fondasi kuat bagi kemajuan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.
