Abstract

This review examines "Sopo Ora Sibuk" (SOS) by Much Khoiri, a guide that presents an innovative approach to leveraging the challenges of busyness as a catalyst for writing inspiration. Spanning 167 pages, Khoiri describes 17 pragmatic strategies for managing to write amidst a hectic schedule. These methods encompass setting clear intentions, employing tools for capturing ideas, and integrating writing with prayer, highlighting the pivotal roles of time management and self-discipline in the creative process. Furthermore, the text delves into the 'maqam' of writing, detailing the various stages of the writer's journey from novice to enlightenment. Khoiri's ability to articulate his insights in accessible language renders the book particularly engaging for a broad audience. While there is potential for further refinement, SOS stands as a compelling resource for those seeking to sustain their writing productivity in the face of daily distractions. It convincingly argues that busyness, when approached correctly, can serve not as an impediment but as a stimulus for growth and creativity in writing.

Abstract

The digital era has fundamentally transformed the paradigm of education. Nowadays, students not only interact with learning materials but also with various digital platforms that offer access to unlimited resources and information. This research aims to analyze the role of social support in enhancing motivation and psychological well-being of students from the perspective of Education in the digital era. The research method employed in this study is a literature review with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis. Data for this study were gathered from Google Scholar spanning from 2013 to 2024 through a focus on the keywords social aspects, motivation, psychological well-being of students, education, and the digital era. The results of the study indicate that social support is a crucial factor influencing the motivation and psychological well-being of students in the context of education in the digital era. Despite the continuous evolution of technology, genuine human relationships and emotional support remain key pillars in shaping positive learning experiences. Social support emanates from various sources, including peers, family, faculty, and academic communities. The expansion of technology usage enables the preservation of social connections, although it is important to note that the quality of interactions in the virtual world may not always be equivalent to face-to-face interactions.

Abstract

The poverty conditions occurring in the midst of society are caused by various interconnected factors that worsen the situation. Kutaliman Village is one of the villages in Banyumas Regency with a relatively high unemployment rate (55%). This is regrettable considering the abundant natural resources in Kutaliman Village, such as fertile land, cool temperatures, abundant water, and the beauty of the natural landscape. Efforts to address these issues involve utilizing integrated farming as a tourist attraction that can enhance recreational experiences with direct education in the open environment. The role of the Self-Reliant Agriculture and Rural Training Centre (P4S) Sida Mukti is crucial in developing these potentials by engaging the local community and youth. This service activity is implemented by expanding the Agroecotourism Area, involving livestock farms, fish ponds, and the farmland owned by residents as integrated farming education destinations during a visit. Additionally, the creation of a WEBGIS-based map is necessary to facilitate visitors in accessing the integrated farming destinations they plan to visit.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of yeast extracted from bioethanol waste as a direct-fed microorganism for ruminant livestock. Testing was conducted in vitro to assess the effect of yeast on ruminant livestock through dry matter and organic matter digestibility, gas production, and NH3 concentration. This study was divided into two phases. The first phase of research involved yeast cell cultivation and yeast powder production. The second research phase is an in vitro digestibility, gas production, and NH3 concentration analysis. The results of the first research phase were intended to obtain yeast samples that were cultivated using inoculum from purified bioethanol waste, which would be used for testing materials in the second research phase. The results of cell viability in processed yeast were 37.79%. The results of the second research phase showed that adding yeast as a feed additive to complete feed significantly increased the value of dry matter digestibility, organic matter digestibility, gas production, and NH3 concentration. The results of the in vitro study showed the highest dry matter digestibility (DMD) and organic matter digestibility (OMD) in the T3, which were 66.09% and 66.99%; the gas production results also showed the highest value in the T3 for total gas production 48h (161.15 ml/500 mg DM), gas production potential (171.24 ml/500 mg DM), and gas production rate (0.057 ml/hour). The T3 treatment also showed the highest NH3 concentration of 10.80 mM. The overall results of the research phases showed good results related to the use of yeast as an additive in complete feed, and the addition of 2% yeast gave the most significant results on the in vitro digestibility, gas production, and NH3 concentration.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of green intellectual capital, green innovation, and carbon emissions disclosure on firm value, and to explore whether environmental performance moderates this relationship. Using a sample of 156 data points from 52 energy and transportation companies’ observation the period trend 2023, the study employs panel data regression and moderated regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The findings reveal that green innovation has a positive influence on firm value. However, green intellectual capital and carbon emissions disclosure do not significantly impact firm value. Moreover, while environmental performance moderates the relationship between green intellectual capital and green innovation and firm value, it does not moderate the relationship between carbon emissions disclosure and firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of community-based marketing strategies as a lever for enhancing the competitiveness of local MSMEs, emphasizing the importance of collaborative approaches, the utilization of digital engagement, and the integration of socio-cultural values. The method employed is a literature review with a qualitative and descriptive analysis approach, where data were collected from Google Scholar and credible websites within the period of 1986–2025. Out of a total of 50 articles identified, only 35 were selected through a strict screening process based on relevance and quality. The analysis results show that community-based marketing strategies can strengthen consumer loyalty, expand market reach, and create authentic product differentiation by highlighting local cultural values. Cross-sectoral collaborative approaches have been proven to support MSME capacity building, while digital engagement accelerates interaction and connectivity with consumers. This study asserts that the combination of community, collaboration, digitalization, and culture represents a sustainable strategy relevant to enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

Chaya (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius) leaves have gained attention as an alternative feed for ruminants due to their high nutritional value and beneficial bioactive compounds. This review examines their nutritional content, antinutritional factors, and flavonoid compounds. Chaya leaves are rich in protein (14–29%), fiber, vitamins, and minerals that are essential for livestock productivity. However, certain antinutritional compounds, such as cyanogenic glycosides, tannins, and saponins, may limit their utilization unless they are properly processed. Processing methods like drying and fermentation can help reduce these compounds. Additionally, the flavonoids found in Chaya leaves demonstrate antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which could potentially enhance animal health. Therefore, Chaya leaves show promise as a sustainable feed resource, although further research is needed to optimize their use while minimizing the effects of antinutritional factors.
