Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Sejauhmana pengaruh peyaluran kredit modal kerja terhadap pendapatan oerasional  PT. BPR Budisetia Padang (2) Sejauhmana pengaruh penyaluran kredit investasi terhadap pendapatan operasional PT. BPR Budisetia Padang (3) Sejauhmana pengaruh penyaluran kredit konsumtif terhadap pendapatan operasional PT. BPR Budisetia Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif asosiatif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang  dilakukan dengan melalui observasi, dan documenter. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi, analisis reggresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan operasional PT. BPR Budisetia Padang mengalami fluktuasi dari  tahun 2008 sampai 2012 setiap caturwulanya. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kredit modal kerja, kredit investasi, kredit konsumtif terhadap pendapatan operasional PT. BPR budisetia Padang. Kredit modal kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap signifikan terhadap pendapatan operasional PT. Budisetia Padang sedangkan kredit investasi, kredit konsumtif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan operasional PT. BPR Budisetia Padang.Kata kunci: Kredit Modal Kerja, Kredit Investasi, Kredit konsumtif, Pendapatan Operasional

Abstract

Educational background guidance and counseling teacher will bring a variaty of considerations related to the competence of teachers guidance and counseling. The purpose of this research was to determine the competence of guidance and counseling teacers who came from graduate guidance and counseling and are not graduate of guidance and counseling at public high scools throughout the disttrict Rembang, and to know is there any difference. The method in this research is survey deskriptif komparatif. The population in this research is all the guidance and counseling teacers atpublic high scools throughout the disttrict Rembang totaled 27 teacers guidance and counseling.The sampling technique used is saturated Sampling. The data collection method used was a questionnaire in the from of a psychological scale. Data analysis using quantitative analysis using descriptive statistics and analysis of different test two-sample t-test independent. The research results showed that the guidance and counseling teacher competence graduate guidance and counseling are included in the catergory of very high (73%) and competence guidance and counseling teachers who are not graduates of guidance and counseling were high (73%). And there are significant differences.

Abstract

Based on the observation, the average score of the place value numbers of the second graders with mild intellectual disability at SDN Wonorejo V Surabaya were quite low. One of the causes was due to lack of planning in preparing learning materials. This study aims to improve the learning results in mathematics especially the place value numbers among the 2nd grade students of SDN Wonorejo V with mild intellectual disability. The study applied Classroom Action Research (CAR) to the 2nd grade students of SDN Wonorejo V with mild intellectual disability as the subjects. Data were collected through observation, test, and documentation and data were analized using percentage. The results showed that the pre-cycle score was 37.5 with being 0% of learning completeness, being 50% of learning completeness in the 1st cycle, and being 100% of learning completeness in the 2nd cycle with 65% predefined learning completeness standard. The results showed that 2nd grader students with mild intellectual disability experienced a change in understanding the place value number and proved that applying the house number as learning media was able to improve the student learning result on 2nd grader students with mild intellectual disability at SDN Wonorejo V Surabaya. Abstract

Serai wangi memiliki nilai ekonomi sangat tinggi dan dapat dibudidayakan pada berbagai kondisi lahan. Lahan marginal umumnya kurang subur, kecuali setelah direhabilitasi melalui pengelolaan irigasi tepat dan pemupukan berimbang. Integrasi parameter kualitas lahan/tanah marginal yang direhabilitasi terhadap paremeter produktivitas serai wangi, yang sejauh ini belum banyak dikaji, mutlak diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh variasi jadwal irigasi dan dosis pupuk organik terhadap sifat fisik tanah dan pertumbuhan serai wangi. Sebanyak 9 demplot serai wangi (luas: @9 m2, jenis tanah: Inceptisol) disiapkan untuk 2 taraf perlakuan, yaitu variasi jadwal irigasi [per hari (SI1), per 3 hari (S13), per 5 hari (SI5)] dan variasi dosis pupuk organik [15 ton/ha (PO1), 25 ton/ha (PO2), 35 ton/ha (PO3)]. Variabel yang diamati meliputi pertumbuhan serai wangi [jumlah batang (JB), tinggi tanaman (TT), jumlah daun (JD)], sifat fisik tanah [kadar air basis Volume (θ), kerapatan isi (rb), permeabilitas (Ks)], serta debit irigasi dan curah hujan. Data pengamatan dianalisis secara statistik (ANOVA, α = 0.05) dan ditampikan secara grafis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jadwal irigasi dan dosis pupuk organik berpengaruh nyata terhadap JB, TT, dan JD serai wangi dengan nilai optimal masing-masing terdapat pada SI3PO3 (20.17 batang), SI1PO3 (137.83 cm), dan SI3PO3 (92.25 helai). Dilihat dari sifat fisik tanah, hanya dosis pupuk organik yang berpengaruh nyata, terutama terhadap θ, dengan nilai optimal terdapat pada PO2 (0.380 cm3/cm3). Kombinasi jadwal irigasi per-3-hari (SI3) dan dosis pupuk organik 35 ton/ha (PO3) sangat potensial untuk diaplikasikan pada budidaya serai wangi di lahan marginal.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Angka kasus COVID-19 hingga saat ini terus mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan di Indonesia. Masyarakat pun terus dihimbau untuk tetap berada di dalam rumah untuk memutus rantai penyebaran COVID-19. Agar tetap aman saat harus pergi keluar rumah, Kementerian Kesehatan membuat sebuah protokol kesehatan sebagai solusi, salah satunya melalui gerakan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Lansia di panti wredha Harapan Ibu sebagai salah satu kelompok rentan COVID-19 yang perlu mendapatkan penguatan edukasi akan protokol kesehatan. Tujuan: Meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai protokol kesehatan agar masyarakat lansia di lokasi kegiatan tetap dapat beraktivitas secara aman dan tidak membahayakan keamanan atau kesehatan orang lain. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan protokol kesehatan berupa PHBS kepada ibu-ibu di Panti Wredha Harapan Ibu Ngaliyan, tanya jawab, dan konsultasi kesehatan disertai pengecekan laboratorium sederhana (gula, kolesterol, dan asam urat). Hasil: Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dari 27 % peserta menjadi 90 % peserta yang dapat menjawab pertanyaan kuesioner dengan benar dan dapat mempraktekkan dengan benar teknik cuci tangan. Kesimpulan: Penyuluhan protokol kesehatan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia untuk mencegah penularan COVID-19dan meningkatkan derajat kesehatan lansia. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, lansia, panti wredha, PHBS, tanggap pandemi ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Abstract Background: Until now, the number of COVID-19 cases continues to experience a significant increase in Indonesia. The public continues to be advised to stay indoors to break the chain of transmission of COVID-19. To stay safe when you have to leave the house, the Ministry of Health has developed a health protocol as a solution, one of which is through the Clean and Healthy Behavior Movement (PHBS). The elderly in the Harapan Ibu nursing home is one of the vulnerable groups for COVID-19 who need to receive strengthening education on health protocols. Objective: The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge and change health behavior according to health protocols so that the elderly at the activity location can still carry out their activities safely and not endanger the safety or health of others. Method: The method used was counseling on health protocols in the form of PHBS for mothers at the Ngaliyan Nursing Home, questions and answers, and health consultations accompanied by simple laboratory tests (sugar, cholesterol, and uric acid). Result: There was an increase in knowledge from 27% of participants to 90% of participants who were able to answer the questionnaire questions correctly and were able to properly practice hand washing techniques. Conclusion: Counseling is able to increase the knowledge of the elderly in terms of PHBS to prevent transmission of COVID-19 and improve the health status of the elderly. Abstract

Counseling is a process of disseminating information, playing a role in shaping attitudes, behaviors, and active involvement of the community in positive change and sustainable development, as well as so that people can live according to what they should be. Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) is one of the initiatives of the Government of Indonesia in an effort to simplify and optimize the administrative process and land ownership in various regions. The geographical condition of Batu City, which continues to develop as one of the urban areas in East Java, has its own complexity in terms of land administration. The number of land disputes and the unclear status of ownership are serious challenges that affect the social and economic stability of local communities. This community service activity is carried out using the lecture and discussion method. In the first session, PTSL material was delivered. In the second session, a direct discussion session was held between the extension team and the community. Through direct interaction, the community has the opportunity to ask questions, share views, and express opinions or inputs related to the implementation of PTSL in Sisir Village. With the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that it will not only improve public understanding of the land registration process more efficiently, but also encourage public awareness of the importance of legal and registered land registration so as to avoid land disputes or conflicts.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected all aspects of life, including education. For this reason, the improvement of information technology is alternatives to help the learning process in the education sector. One such information technology is learning through the internet or can be called e-learning. With this e-learning, it is hoped that the difficulties experienced by students can be overcome during the pandemic. These difficulties include: difficulty understanding lessons, difficulty accessing the internet, concentrating difficulty, etc. On the other hand, the application of e-learning in the learning process is also an obstacle for teachers. Related to this problem, the researcher found a similar problem in a vocational school in Sidoarjo, East Java. Based on interviews conducted with one of the English teachers at the school, the obstacles experienced were: difficulty accessing the internet, and there is no internet quotas support from the school or the government that makes this online school happened.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the trend of graduate profiles of Islamic religious education study programs in Indonesia and how it is relevant to the objectives of choosing an Islamic religious education study program for prospective students. This research used a qualitative approach with a meta-synthesis type of research with a meta-aggregation model. The data source was the 75 Islamic religious education study program websites throughout Indonesia. The research results show the trend of graduate profiles. Indonesia's Islamic religious education study program focuses not on religious deepening but on the social field of education. There are only 3 things in the religious field: being a da'i, hafiz, and Hajj guide. So, there is no visible relevance of the graduate profiles Islamic religious education study program with the aim of prospective students to select an Islamic religious education study program who want to deepen their knowledge of the Islamic religion or learn to recite al-Qur’an. This research provides an overview in compiling graduate profiles of Islamic religious education in Indonesia and as a reference for selecting Islamic religious education study programs for the community.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan sarana komunikasi pesan dan informasi yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran Flip Book terhadap keterampilan menulis narasi kelas V SDN 03 Madiun Lor. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan post-test only with nonequivalent control group design dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran TTW (Think Talk Write). Populasi siswa kelas V SDN 03 Madiun Lor berjumlah 60 siswa, sedangkan sampel diperiksa melalui tes sampling purposive dengan mengukur hasil keterampilan menulis narasi siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah tes, observasi, serta data yang mengukur hasil keterampilan menulis narasi siswa. Data yang diperoleh di uji dengan independent t-test. Hasil pengujian hasil keterampilan menulis narasi siswa pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas V SDN 03 Madiun Lor. Perbandingan antara keterampilan menulis narasi sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan pada kelas eksperimen meningkat 12,6. Keterampilan menulis narasi pada kelas kontrol menerima skor rata-rata 68,6 dan dikategorikan tinggi, dan kelas eksperimen menerima skor rata-rata 81,2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh terhadap keterampilan menulis narasi siswa kelas V SDN 03 Madiun Lor ketika menggunakan media Flip Book untuk belajar. Oleh karena itu, menggunakan media Flip Book dapat dijadikan salah satu media pembelajaran yang menarik karena siswa dapat berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran dan mendapatkan pengalaman belajar yang lebih baik.
