Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, Leverage, dan Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan jasa yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan jumlah 13 perusahaan dan tahun penelitian selama lima tahun. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Regresi berganda dengan SPSS-22. Sedangkan hasil penelitian adalah secara parsial menunjukan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Leverage berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan secara simultan kepemilikan manajerial, leverage, dan corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the independent variables Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on the dependent variable Employee Performance at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. This research was conducted at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk which is located on Jl. Rawa Gelam IV No. 6m Pulogadung – East Jakarta. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT Kalbe Farma Dept. Global supply chain Rawa Gelam. This research uses a purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire distributed to respondents with a total of 80 samples, then the data results are processed using the SPSS 26 data processing application. The results of this research show that in the partial t test, the Leadership Style variable has no significant effect on Employee Performance and Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the f test show that the Leadership Style and Organizational Culture variables together or simultaneously influence PT Employee Performance. Kalbe Farma Tbk on Jl. Rawa Gelam IV, Pulogadung - East Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of education level, work discipline and leadership on Jaya Bakti Village employees. The population in this research is Jaya Bakti village employees. The sampling technique used in this research was a total of 50 employee data samples. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression methods. The test results proved that the variables Educational Level (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Leadership (X3), and Employee Performance had a significant simultaneous effect with the results of multiple linear analysis and the F test. The calculation results were obtained from F-count > from F- table (173.138 > 2.80), while the significant partial effect via the t test was obtained from the t-calculated value on the Education Level variable (X1) of 4.970, the t-calculated value on the Work Discipline variable (X2) was 6.243 t-calculated value The Leadership variable is 2.677 and is greater than the t-table of 2.012. The research results show that the level of education, work discipline and leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Jaya Bakti village employees.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of financial literacy, financial technology and financial attitudes on shopping interest in e-commerce (case study of students at the Faculty of Ereconomy and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta, users of the Shopee application). Quantitative Research Method and for the sample in this study the author used a purposive sampling method. The sample size used in this research was 96 respondents and focused on Shopee users who were also students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The analysis method uses the Multiple Linear Regression method and the research scale uses a Likert scale. The results of this research show that partially the Financial Literacy variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Shopping (Y) of 3.787 > 1.986 with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05), the Financial Technology variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Shopping Interest (Y) is 2.610 > 1.986 with a significant value of (0.011 < 0.05), the Financial Attitude variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Shopping (Y) of 5.097 > 1.986 with a significant value of (0.000 < 0.05). Then simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on Shopping Interest with a result of 33,670 > 2.70 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important capital and wealth in every human activity, meaning that a company cannot function properly without human resources. Employees have a role as planners, implementers and supervisors who always play an active role in realizing company goals. The success of a company greatly influences the performance of its employees, because employee performance is a very important starting point for the success of the company. This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and leadership on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. XYZ This research design uses a quantitative research design. The population and sample size in this study were all 68 employees of PT XYZ. The data source used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Partical Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The research results show that; work discipline, leadership, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance; work discipline and leadership have a positive and significant effect on motivation; and work discipline and leadership have a positive and significant influence on performance which mediates motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Sinwa Makmur Perkasa Pratama. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 150 people. The sample collection technique in this study used Accidental sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 109 respondents obtained from calculations using the slovin formula. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that in the partial test (t) the work stress variable partially affects employee performance at PT. Sinwa Makmur Perkasa Pratama with a calculated t value of 2.093> t table 1.662 and sig value. 0.039 <0.05, job satisfaction variables partially affect employee performance at PT. Sinwa Makmur Perkasa Pratama with a t value of 7.179> t table 1.662 and sig value. 0.000 <0.05, and the results of the simultaneous test (F) the variables of job stress and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance at PT. Sinwa Makmur Perkasa Pratama with the value of F count 29.358> F table 3.08 and sig value. 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to overcome one of the problems that often occur byMSME business actors, namely regarding the management of bookkeeping in MSMEs whichis realized through a simple bookkeeping assistance program. The method in this service iscarried out through providing material about the introduction of simple bookkeeping, providingan understanding of how to compile simple bookkeeping and accompanying bookkeepingpractices. The object of service is the Asep Grocery Store which is located at Marga MulyaVillage, North Bekasi District.The results in this service activity found that so far the practiceof simple bookkeeping in the Asep Grocery Store business was not continuous and not storedand there was no standard format. With this activity, it is hoped that business owners have anunderstanding of financial records and feel the benefits of the importance of bookkeeping.Suggestions for further service development can continue through the form of accounting andbookkeeping activities through information technology-based applications that are simple andeasy to understand by the owner. Abstract

There is still a lack of public understanding and knowledge regarding UMKM management in a business and the importance of increasing children's interest in reading, some people do not understand the dangers of waste for the surrounding environment if littering will have an impact on the environment. How to use waste by recycling it to increase economic income. Based on this, the Community Service Program (KKN) activities seek to bridge the increase in knowledge about the importance of UMKM and foster an interest in reading from an early age in children's. Srimukti Village is one of the places in North Tambun sub-district which is one of the places to support the quality of the community in RT 01/RW 02 Srimukti village. To reduce economic problems and tackle waste so that flooding does not occur and it is important that we motivate children to read. Therefore we have a program to provide education and increase interest in reading for children in RT 01/RW 02 Desa Srimukti. Indicators of successful implementation of this KKN work program are: suitability of work program plans and implementation, level of community and children's participation in each activity, and increasing public knowledge regarding UMKM, utilizing waste waste which will increase economic income and understanding the importance of reading interest from an early age in Srimukti Village. Some of the outputs generated through community service KKN activities in Srimukti Village, namely: providing guidance and implementation on how to manage UMKM in a business to the community, socializing the benefits of waste waste to increase economic income, and providing guidance and increasing the potential of children's in the interest read early. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Job Training and Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Extrupack Bekasi. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 220 people. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 142 respondents obtained from calculations using the slovin formula. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires and processed using the SPSS version 27 application. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results showed that in the partial test (t) the training variable had an effect on employee performance with a t value of 5.452> t table 1.977 and a sig value. 0.000 <0.05, work discipline variables affect employee performance with a t value of 6.479> t table 1.977 and sig value. 0.000 <0.05, and the results of the simultaneous test (F) training and work discipline variables affect employee performance with the value of F count 69.141> F table 3.06 and sig value. 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing partially and simultaneously the independent variables, namely Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline, on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT. Champ Resto Indonesia Bekasi branch. The data analysis used is the classical analysis test and multiple regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis using the SPSS Version 26 application. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 51 employees at PT. Champ Resto Indonesia Bekasi branch. Partially the results show that the Leadership Style variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with the results showing t-count (4.017) > t-table (2.012) sig (0.01) < (0.05) the Motivation variable has a significant effect on Performance Employees, with the results showing t-count (3.045) > t-table (2.012) sig (0.03) < (0.05). And the Work Discipline variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance, with t-count results (4.496) > (2.012) sig (0.00) < (0.05). Simultaneously, the results obtained from this research are that the Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with results showing f-count (7.998) > f-table (2.80) sig (0.00) < (0.05). Contribution of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline to PT Employee Performance. Champ Resto Indonesia Bekasi Branch 68.1%.
