Abstract

PT. Tusam Hutani Lestari is a company with an area of ± 97,300 Ha which has an Industrial Plantation Forest Concession Rights permit number 452/Kpts-11/92 dated 14 May in Aceh Province which is in the districts of Central Aceh, North Aceh, Bener Meriah and Bireuen. With a large working area, the forest area is divided into 6 working blocks, namely the Mount Salak block, Blangkuyu block, Lampahan block, Burni Telong block, Bidin block and Jambu Aye block, making this area have varied biodiversity. This observation aims to determine the diversity of types of stand distribution found on mixed forest land and to determine the value of the important value index (INP) for a type of stand at the PT work site. Tusam Sustainable Forest. The results show that there are 8 types of stands or trees with a total of 17 individuals in the mixed forest area. The dominant important value index (INP) is found in Eucalyptus trees at 60.57% and Pine at 58.66%, while the INP for all plant types in mixed forest area cover is 300% and is included in the high value, and the diversity index for the growth rate of mixed forest land cover shows that the PT Tusam Hutani Lestari work area is included in the medium criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui usaha-usaha guru PAI dalam mencegah perilaku juvenile delinquency yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik di SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura Langkat. Pendidikan Agama Islam meletakkan keberhasilan ilmu pengetahuan dengan diimbangi mental yang sehat dan akhlak yang mulia, sehingga bermanfaat bagi kecerdasan umat dan negara. Untuk membimbing peserta didik agar menjadi insan yang berakhlak mulia tentu tidaklah mudah, oleh kerena itu diperlukan berbagai peran yang harus dilakukan oleh guru dalam menangani kenakalan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah kenakalan yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura Langkat ialah sering bolos, tidak masuk kelas, merokok dan menggangu teman. Peran yang dilakukan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanggulangi kenakalan peserta didik yaitu dengan dengan memberikan peringatan dan memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta didik, memberikan nasehat dan menceritakan tokoh idola. Bapak Fadli Sebagai guru Pendidikan Agama Islam juga berperan penting dalam mengurangi kenakalan yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik kelas VII dan faktor yang mempengaruhi kenakalan yang berulang-ulang ialah karena faktor puber dan lingkungan pertemananya, yang lebih dominan melakukan kenakalan-kenakalan ialah peserta didik laki-laki.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the "influence of animaker technology-based learning media on the science learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 41 Karang Tangah" in the 2025/2026 academic year. In this study, there were low student learning outcomes, especially in science learning, in the initial observations carried out, it was seen that teacher activities during teaching and learning activities did not pay attention to the use of technology-based learning media which caused some students to be less enthusiastic in participating in learning activities. Science learning that took place was still with a conventional learning system thick with a learning atmosphere that was considered less appropriate to the dynamics of the increasingly rapid development of science and technology. This population consisted of 14 students, this type of research used a quantitative approach with an experimental method with a Quasi-experimental type. Data were collected through pretest and posttest sheets. Based on the analysis of student data, the average value obtained with the pretest was 44, while the average posttest value was 74. This was shown through the results of the hypothesis test analysis carried out with the t-test with the criteria of t count > t table, namely (5.558 > 1.688). Thus, researchers suggest that teachers can use learning media in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perubahan perilaku berbelanja konsumen, termasuk meningkatnya fenomena impulse buying pada platform e-commerce seperti Shopee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sales Promotion, Shopping Lifestyle, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap impulse buying pada pengguna E-Commerce Shopee khususnya pada mahasiswa/i Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Labuhanbatu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penarikan sampel sebanyak 92 orang secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi: Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji heterokedastisitas, dan Uji Multikolinieritas), Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji-t, Uji F dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial masing-masing Sales Promotion, Shopping Lifestyle, dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying; sedangkan secara simultan Sales Promotion, Shopping Lifestyle dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying.

Abstract

This article discusses the problems of managing micro, small and medium enterprises to improve the welfare of the people who demand their existence. The purpose of this research is how the problems of managing MSMEs are to improve community welfare, how are the internal and external conditions of MSMEs, how is the urgency of handling them and what are the priority strategies of MSMEs. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with SWOT analysis and the QSPM method. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it can be ascertained that micro, small and medium enterprises in Langkat district are in the status of a turn-around strategy. The meaning is to minimize weaknesses and seize opportunities. Currently, Langkat Regency MSMEs are indeed developing. The weakness comes from the MSME actors themselves while the opportunities come from outside opportunities and the QSPM matrix is generated from the SWOT matrix contained in the WO strategy. The alternative strategy that has the highest total attractiveness value is strategy number 4 with a TAS value of 5.566, namely Increasing self-competence SMEs about good financial management Keywords: Community Welfare, MSMEs, SWOT-QSPM

Abstract

This study is motivated by the relatively low level of customer loyalty toward Islamic banks in Medan City, despite continuous efforts to strengthen brand image and the implementation of Islamic business ethics. This phenomenon indicates a gap between the positive image promoted by Islamic banks and the actual experiences perceived by customers. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Brand Image and Islamic Business Ethics on Customer Loyalty in Islamic banking among the community of Medan City. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through an online questionnaire (Google Form) distributed to customers of Islamic banks. All variables were measured using a five-point Likert scale, and data were analyzed using the SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares) application to test validity, reliability, and the causal relationships among variables. The results show that all indicators of the research variables are valid and reliable. Structurally, Brand Image has a significant but negative effect on Customer Loyalty, indicating that a stronger brand image does not necessarily enhance customer loyalty. Meanwhile, Islamic Business Ethics has a positive but not significant effect on Customer Loyalty. These findings suggest that customer loyalty toward Islamic banks in Medan is more influenced by direct service experiences rather than by perceived image and ethical values. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya tingkat loyalitas nasabah terhadap bank syariah di Kota Medan, meskipun citra merek dan penerapan etika bisnis syariah terus diperkuat oleh lembaga keuangan tersebut. Fenomena ini menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara citra positif yang dibangun dengan pengalaman nyata yang dirasakan oleh nasabah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Image dan Etika Bisnis Syariah terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah bank syariah pada masyarakat Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online (Google Form) yang disebarkan kepada nasabah bank syariah. Pengukuran variabel dilakukan menggunakan skala Likert lima poin, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares) untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, dan hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator pada variabel penelitian valid dan reliabel. Secara struktural, Brand Image berpengaruh signifikan namun negatif terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah, yang berarti peningkatan citra merek belum diikuti oleh peningkatan kesetiaan nasabah. Sementara itu, Etika Bisnis Syariah berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa loyalitas nasabah bank syariah di Kota Medan masih lebih dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman pelayanan langsung daripada persepsi citra dan nilai etika yang dikomunikasikan.
