Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of apparatus competency, transparency and accountability on village financial management performance with organizational commitment as a moderating variable. This type of research uses quantitative research, the data source for this research uses primary data. The population and sample of this research are villages in Seruway sub-district, totaling 15 villages as a population and the samples taken in this research were 60 village financial managers who were chosen randomly. This research uses purposive sampling, namely a certain sampling technique based on a consideration or some criteria. The data obtained was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) analysis techniques. The equation model analyzed is multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing (T test, F test and Determination Coefficient (R2)). The results obtained from this research are:apparatus competency has a significant effect on village financial management performance,organizational commitment moderates apparatus competency on village financial management performance, (3) transparency has a significant effect on village financial management performance,Organizational commitment moderates transparency in village financial management performance,accountability has a significant effect on village financial management performance,organizational commitment moderates accountability in village financial management performance. The limitations of this research are that many village officials do not have adequate educational background and do not have good competence in managing finances and also lack experience. Given these limitations, the author can provide suggestions, namely that future researchers are expected to be able to develop and perfect further research in the future. Village officials in Seruway District as village financial managers should increase their knowledge, skills and training regarding the preparation of good and correct financial reports so that financial management performance can run well.

Abstract

Providing appropriate complementary food for breast milk (MPASI) is a crucial factor in supporting optimal growth and development of babies and toddlers. However, lack of knowledge and correct practice of providing MPASI is still a problem in various communities, including in Lot Kala Village, Kebayakan District, Central Aceh Regency, Indonesia. This Community Service aims to provide assistance in strengthening MPASI education for the mother community in the village. This study uses a participatory community service approach. Mentoring activities include counseling regarding the principles of providing appropriate MPASI, demonstrations on making homemade MPASI, as well as regular monitoring and evaluation. Data was collected through interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of this community service show an increase in mothers' knowledge regarding MPASI, an increase in mothers' skills in making homemade MPASI, as well as a change in the mother's attitude to become more positive towards giving homemade MPASI. Apart from that, there was an increase in the nutritional status of infants and toddlers after the intervention. Assistance in strengthening MPASI education has proven to be effective in increasing mothers' knowledge, skills and attitudes towards providing MPASI. This program is recommended for replication in other communities that have similar proble ms.

Abstract

Berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) sampai saat ini masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di banyak negara berkembang. Sekitar 20 juta bayi lahir dengan berat lahir rendah. Di Indonesia, angka BBLR mencapai 6,2%. Lebih lanjut, proporsi panjang badan lahir <48 cm mencapai 22,7%. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis dampak pola konsumsi ibu hamil trimester III dengan panjang dan berat badan bayi baru lahir. Desain penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan study cohort. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Darul Imarah Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu ibu hamil trimester III yang berjumlah 31 orang. Data analisis dengan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat menggunakan uji regress. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berat dan panjang badan bayi baru lahir berhubungan secara signifikan dengan asupan zat energi dan zat besi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan asupan energi, karbohidrat, protein, kalsium, zat besi dan asupan zink berpengaruh terhadap berat badan bayi saat lahir (p<0.05) dan panjang badan bayi saat lahir (p<0,05). Pada analisis multivariat, asupan zat besi dan lemak merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap berat badan bayi baru lahir. Asupan zink dan karbohidrat merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap panjang badan bayi baru lahir. Kesimpulan yaitu asupan makanan baik zat gizi makro maupun zat gizi mikro selama hamil mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin sehingga berpengaruh terhadap berat badan dan panjang badan bayi saat lahir. Perlu adanya penyuluhan dan penambahan suplementasi untuk pemenuhan gizi ibu selama hamil.
