Abstract

Writing scientific papers is closely related to education and research. For this reason, in this research, training plays a role in understanding the increase in teacher professionalism after attending education and training. In this research, researchers studied a systematic literature review (SLR) regarding the role of education and training in installing Solar Power Plants (PLTS) in improving teachers' professional competence. The data source in this research is the Google Scholar database of 110 documents published from 2018 to 2022, filtered by applying inclusion and exclusion criteria, and 8 articles analyzed in full-text form. Based on research results with a systematic literature review, education and training can increase teacher professionalism, such as increasing interest in teaching talents, increasing teaching creativity, having a professional organization that has the authority to regulate matters related to teachers' professional duties, and teachers can make the best use of their time. -good. it is possible to improve knowledge and skills through other training. Keywords: Education and training, teacher professionalism

Abstract

The development of MSMEs in the Cibeureum Village in the collaboration era is very dependent on the implementation of the policies of the Cibeureum Village Head, South Cimahi District, and Cimahi City. Village side are encouraged to be able to develop various innovations in the development of MSMEs by paying attention to the five elements of collaboration that are incorporated in the penta helix. The five elements are government, academia, the private sector, the media, and society. This paper will explain the innovation model for MSME development as an effort to improve the welfare of the Cibeureum Village community using the penta helix concept. The method used is descriptive-qualitative. The research was conducted on MSME actors in Cibeureum Village. The result of this research is a new innovation in the form of a sustainable assistance model to optimize MSMEs in Cibeureum Village. This innovation is expected to have an impact on increasing economic welfare through MSMEs. Keywords: MSMEs, Policy, Penta helix

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to explore and understand the role and strategies of the Elderly Family Development community in encouraging the independence of older people in Cianjur City. The Cianjur City Elderly Family Development Community has a vital role in encouraging the independence of older people. BKL not only acts as a place of socialization for older people but also as a place where they can get support, gain knowledge, and be involved in various activities that increase their independence. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The Elderly Family Development Community has eight strategies: Providing Education and Information, Skills Development, Building Social Support, Holistic Approach, Organizing Recreational and Cultural Activities, Empowerment through Active Participation, collaboration and advocacy. Through these programs and activities, we can encourage older people to develop themselves, especially their independence. Therefore, the importance of collaboration with health services and local government emphasizes that the Elderly Family Development community does not stand alone. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan tingginya angka kelahiran di Desa Tanjung Rejo kec. Percut Sei Tuan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pelaksanaan program kampung KB terhadap penurunan angka kelahiran di Desa Tanjung Rejo Kec. Percut Sei Tuan dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 83 keluarga dan 500 keluarga sebagai populasi. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan formula regresi linier sederhana dan Uji t untuk uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan regresi linier adalah Y=12,84 + 5,144X. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkannilai > yaitu 3,512>1,663. Dan berdasarkan uji linearitas terdapat pengaruh pelaksanaan program kampung KB terhadap penurunan angka kelahiran di Desa Tanjung Rejo Kec. Percut Sei Tuan
