Abstract

Daun ungu (Graptophyllum pictum) atau dalam bahasa Sunda : handeuleum merupakan salah satu tanaman yang berkhasiat untuk mengobati penyakit wasir, melancarkan buang air seni, melancarkan haid dan lain-lain. Salah satu kendala dalam budidaya tanaman ialah serangan ulat pemakan daun. Ulat ini sangat rakus sehingga tanaman yang diserang dapat menjadi gundul. Ulat pemakan daun yang menyerang tanaman daun ungu di Jawa Barat ialah Doles-challia bisaltide, sedang di Maluku dan Papua masing-masing Doleschallia nacar dan Doleschallia hexophtalmos. Selain serangga tersebut juga terdapat kutu tanaman dan trips yang berasosiasi dengan tanaman daun ungu. Untuk mengetahui kutu tanaman dan trips tersebut maka dilakukan identifikasi se-rangga-serangga tersebut yang beraso-siasi dengan tanaman daun ungu dari Jawa Barat, Maluku, dan Papua sejak April sampai Juni 2010. Kutu tanaman dan trips, dikoleksi dengan memasukkan masing-masing ke dalam botol gelas yang berisi alkohol 70%, dibuat preparat mikroskop di laboratorium, kemudian diidentifikasi dengan menggunakan buku kunci identifikasi. Selain itu, juga dilaku-kan pengamatan serangan kutu tanaman utama yang menyerang daun ungu. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa kutu tanaman dan trips yang berasosiasi dengan tanaman daun ungu ialah Rastro-coccus viridarii Williams (Hemiptera : Pseudococcidae), kututempurung Sais-setia neglecta De Lotto (Hemiptera : Coccidae), Insignorthezia insignis Browne (Hemiptera : Ortheziidae), kutudaun Aphis gossypii Glover (Hemiptera : Aphididae), dan Astrothrips tumiceps Karny (Thysanoptera : Thripidae). Serangan kututempurung S. neglecta di rumah kaca pada tanaman muda dapat menyebabkan kematian tanaman daun ungu.

Abstract

Program imunisasi merupakan salah satu program yang diselenggarakan di posyandu. Namun, dengan adanya pandemi covid-19 menimbulkan kekhawatiran akan keamanan untuk melaksanakan imunisasi di posyandu tetapi jika tidak diadakannya imunisasi akanmembuat cakupan imunisasi menjadi rendah dan kekebalan kelompok pun tidak terbentuk sehingga program imunisasi harus tetap berjalan dengan memperhatikan pedoman pelaksanaan imunisasi di masa pandemi covid-19 agar tetap aman dan program tetap berjalan sesuaidengan yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan dan cakupan dari program imunisasi yang dilaksanakan di Posyandu Lingkungan Rancapetir Ciamis sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara dan penyebaran angket kepada seorang kader posyandu dan tenaga kesehatan puskesmas. Hasil yang didapatkan ialah bahwa pelaksanaan dan cakupan imunisasi di Posyandu Lingkungan Rancapetirsudah terbilang baik karena kader dan tenaga kesehatan puskesmas telah menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dengan baik meskipunpelaksanaan imunisasi masih terkendala oleh beberapa faktor seperti perbedaan waktu pemberian imunisasi, pendidikan, pengetahuan,pekerjaan, dan sikap orang tua (terutama ibu) yang dimana masih ada orang tua yang anti imunisasi (anti vaksin).

Abstract

This study aims to provide a study by describing the CEFE training plan in perfecting the entrepreneurship training program. The research method used is a qualitative approach with an Emic view. The research subjects are MSME actors, 30 respondents, 3 MSME assistants, and 1 coordinator who has successfully implemented the training program. This sampling was carried out by considering one of the reasons (Purposive Sampling), then data collection involved MSME actors, assistants and coordinators as well as data collection tools by means of observation, documentation, interviews. Based on the research results, the MSME Program through the CEFE training is a comprehensive training instrument using an action-oriented and experiential/experience-based learning approach in sharing and improving business management and personal competence by using a broad target group, especially in the context of increasing income and employment. work. work. work. employment opportunities and their contribution to economic development in Cimahi City, West Java Province, it was found that the CEFE training management plan was very helpful in managing training management and in particular for dealing with problems in the business world. The training model that is carried out is more structured and focused when compared to not applying the model. In this training, management applies a real simulation in the entrepreneurial world which makes this model very suitable to be applied. The impact of this research is to develop entrepreneurship and apply the CEFE model so that it can be applied in the implementation of training programs.

Abstract

Salah satu penyebab terjadinya buta huruf kembali bagi warga belajar keaksaraan adalah faktor minat baca yang belum memasyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah dan metode penyadaran dalam meningkatkan minat baca warga belajar pendidikan keaksaraan di PKBM se-Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan, Kota Cimahi; menganalisis pengaruh metode penyadaran dalam meningkatkan minat baca warga belajar keaksaraan fungsional di PKBM se-Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan, Kota Cimahi; mengetahui keunggulan dan kelemahan metode penyadaran dalam meningkatkan  minat baca warga belajar pendidikan keaksaraan di PKBM se-Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan, Kota Cimahi.Teori Metode Penyadaran Paulo Friere terdiri dari 2 indikator metode penyadaran  yaitu: 1. Kampanye kemampuan baca tulis hitung 2. Kampanye pasca  kemampuan baca tulis.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui komunikasi tidak langsung menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, jawaban tertutup berskala lima model likert yang dimodifikasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 warga belajar keaksaraan fungsional di 5 PKBM yang ada di Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan, Kota Cimahi yang memiliki keterlibatan dalam program keaksaraan. Teknik untuk ukuran sampel yang diambil adalah sampel random yaitu sebanyak 60 orang, sesuai dengan proporsi jumlah tiap anggota populasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Uji korelasi dengan menggunakan Pearson Product Moment menghasilkan nilai korelasi 0,467 nilai ini menunjukkan cukup kuat pengaruh metode penyadaran terhadap meningkatnya minat baca warga belajar keaksaraan, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 47% hal ini berarti bahwa minat baca warga belajar dipengaruhi oleh faktor penerapan metode penyadaran  sebesar 47% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu faktor sarana dan prasarana, kurikulum dan tenaga pendidik.Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa deskripsi langkah-langkah metode penyadaran yang dilakukan oleh tutor sesuai apa yang telah  disusun oleh tim tutor dari fase I kampanye kemampuan baca tulis hitung (perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut) dan fase II kampanye pasca kemampuan baca tulis. Analisis dari metode penyadaran dan minat baca dari hasil angket yang disebar mengindikasikan bahwa sebaran data akan persepsi responden terhadap metode penyadaran (X) dan minat baca variabel X pada program pendidikan keaksaraan fungsional baik. Pengaruh dari metode penyadaran memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat baca warga belajar keaksaraan.Kata Kunci: Metode penyadaran, Minat Baca, Warga Belajar

Abstract

During the pandemic period, economic activities must adjust to limited interactions, minimizing physical contact during the buying and selling process. Of course, the ongoing pandemic period adds to the difficulty of MSME actors, not only to develop, even including maintaining a business. In order to help survive the pandemic, MSME players in Cimahi are deemed necessary to get digital marketing-based training for Cimahi City MSMEs. This service aims to describe the implementation of a digital marketing training program in increasing entrepreneurial motivation for Cimahi City MSMEs. This research is a case study research on MSMEs who take digital-based training. To reveal the data and information, the researchers applied a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, namely revealing the depth of data and information based on research formulations and research questions, namely how to implement a digital marketing training program in increasing entrepreneurial motivation for Cimahi City MSMEs? The digital marketing training system in its cycle is divided into three stages, namely, the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Of the three cycles, the implementation of digital marketing-based training begins with a needs analysis, then a digital marketing training design is prepared which is followed by the development of digital marketing training materials, the implementation of training and ends with an evaluation

Abstract

The very rapid changes in society as a result of the revolution in communication technology have made all areas of life more competitive. Likewise with the determination of learning innovations must be adjusted to the consideration of approaches in learning in order to produce quality Human Resources (HR). Therefore, especially in the conditions of Covid 19 which require the holding of distance learning, it is necessary to increase the competence of managers and students by applying information technology-based learning such as the blended learning model. This service aims to describe the implementation of a blended learning training program for learning at the Nurul Falah Smart House, Bandung. To reveal the data and information, the community service team conducted a blended learning training program on learning at the Nurul Falah Smart House, Bandung city by applying the lecture, question and answer, discussion, demonstration and brainstorming methods. The blended learning training system in its cycle is divided into three stages, namely, the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. In practice, it always begins with a needs analysis, then compiles a training design then develops blended learning training materials, conducts training and ends with an evaluation. The results of this training evaluation indicate an increase in the cognitive aspects of the training participants, an increase from before and after training.

Abstract

The implementation of the quality mapping program for PKBM units answers the facts of the problems that often occur in every non-formal institution, especially problems in institutional operations. Based on the preliminary study, the reasons that often raised by PKBM managers are the costs for institutional operations, the competence of educators who do not understand the andragogy approach in the learning implementation, then the concern of the government in the world of non-formal education. This study was based on the analysis of community needs. This study aims to describe the quality management of the PKBM units and programs that emphasize the principles of managing community education programs. To reveal the data and information, the researchers applied a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, namely revealing the depth of data and information based on the research formulation and the research questions, that is how to manage the quality mapping of the unit and the PKBM program? The program management is divided into three stages, namely, the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Each stage in its implementation always begins with analyzing needs, then compiling a recommended forum design with the development of discussion materials, then ending with an evaluation.

Based on the results of the study, it was found that the conceptual model of CEFE training was very helpful in training management and specifically to deal with problems in the business world, then based on the discussion conducted on the conceptual model of the training it was more structured and focused when compared to not implementing the training model, then this management applied real simulation into the world of entrepreneurship which makes this model very suitable to be applied to entrepreneurship training programs. The impact of this research is to create insight into job opportunities, increase entrepreneurial insight and create a family spirit, as well as train participants to develop businesses through business partners. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kajian dengan mendeskripsikan model konseptual pelatihan CEFE dalam menyempurnakan program pelatihan kewirausahaan. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pandangan Emic, kemudian pengumpulan data melibatkan pelaku UMKM, pendamping, dan koordinator serta alat pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa model konseptual pelatihan CEFE sangat membantu dalam manajemen pelatihan dan khusus untuk menangani permasalahan di dunia usaha, kemudian berdasarkan pembahasan yang dilakukan mengenai model konseptual pelatihan tersebut lebih terstruktur dan fokus jika dibandingkan dengan tidak menerapkan model pelatihan, kemudian pada manajemen ini menerapkan simuasi nyata ke dunia wirausaha yang membuah model ini menerpkan simulasi model pelatihan, kemudian pada manajemen ini menerapkan simulasi nyata ke dunia wirausaha yang membuat model ini sangat cocok untuk diterapkan pada program pelatihan kewirausahaan. Dampak dari penelitian ini adalah menciptakan wawasan peluang kerja, menambah wawasan kewirausahaan dan menciptakan semangat kekeluargaan, serta melatih peserta untuk mengembangkan usaha melalui mitra usaha.
