Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang sistem penunjang keputusan untuk penilaian karyawan terbaik PT Nusantara Bina Artha yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan keputusan dalam penilaian karyawan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Msalah yang terjadi saat ini, HRD mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pengolahan data dan rekap hasil penilaian karena masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan media kertas sehingga menyebabkan proses membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Selain itu, belum adanya pembobitan kriteria dan perankingan dari hasil penilaian akhir menyebabkan penilaian masih terlihat subjektif. Penggunaan sistem penunjang keputusan ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengurangi kesalahan, mempercepat proses penilaian karyawan dan pengambilan keputusan penentuan karyawan terbaik PT Nusantara Bina Artha dilakukan secara objektif berdasarkan perhitungan kriteria. Sistem ini menggunakan metode profile matching untuk menentukan nilai akhir alternatif. Metode pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan cara menjumlahkan bobot dari kriteria pada setiap alternatif untuk semua atribut. Nilai yang lebih besar akan mengindikasikan bahwa alternatif lebih terpilih. Laporan yang dihasilkan oleh sistem adalah ranking dari semua alternatif yang sudah diurutkan dari yang terbesar sampai yang terkecil. Sistem ini dibuat menggunakan MySQL sebagai basis data dan Microsoft Visual Studio sebagai tools pembuatan sistem.

Abstract

Untuk saling terhubung dan tetap berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan dan calon pelanggan diperlukan media sosial yang menjadi medianya. WhatsApp group yang menjadi media online merupakan pilihan terbaik dalam menyebarkan undangan dan berbagi informasi mengenai NC atau klub nutrisi. Pelatihan menggunakan WhatsApp untuk mengundang dan membuat desain undangan dengan Canva dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan anggota NC. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi dengan peserta pelatihan berjumlah 13 (tiga belas) orang. Hasil akhir survey menunjukkan peningkatan persentase jawaban peserta pelatihan. Sebanyak 92% peserta pelatihan memahami menggunakan Canva dan fitur-fiturnya. Hal ini menunjukkan kemampuan peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan setelah mengikuti pelatihan mendesain undangan dengan Canva.

Abstract

The Qur'an Education Park (TPA) plays an important role in improving children's education in the surrounding environment by providing facilities for learning to read and write the Quran, reading short prayers, and other positive activities. However, the criteria for scholarship recipients at TPA Anak Sholeh are still unclear, even though the provision of this scholarship aims to motivate students to be more active in learning and excelling. This study aims to determine more specific criteria for scholarship recipients, such as attendance, achievements, home conditions, and parents' income. Another objective is to validate and improve the accuracy of the K-Means Clustering model used in grouping the data of prospective scholarship recipients into three categories: accepted, considered, and rejected. The research method used is the K-Means Clustering algorithm. Algorithm performance evaluation is carried out through metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, f-measure, and cross-validation. Testing was carried out on TPA student data as many as 80 student data. The results of the grouping using 3 clusters were obtained as many as 46 students received C1 scores, C2 scores were rejected by 12 students and C3 scores were considered for 22 students. The determination of the centroid distance has an effect on the value of the cluster results when conducting the scholarship attribute collateralization.

Abstract

This training on the use of the social pillars application is one of the applications used by the Social Service in monitoring, fostering and evaluating the pillars accommodated by the Social Service. The purpose of this training is so that all pillar activities can be recorded and when you need the data, you can immediately display it with the latest data. The Social Service as a government agency has a big share in the welfare of the community through these pillars. This website-based social pillars application is expected to be a medium between the Social Service and the pillars. The training material provided contains how to use the application and its features, using a browser, logging into the application, inputting pillar registration, inputting pillar activities, displaying pillar activity reports and logging out of the application. The evaluation results of this training were 88% of the training participants were able to understand the training material on the use of the social pillars application and followed the training well, especially displaying pillar activity reports at 86%.
