Abstract

The existence of a online market has become a common thing and has its own market share. Some of the factors that make entrepreneurs switch to the online market, among others, are wider marketing at a lower cost and more targeted. For this reason, it is necessary to improve online marketing techniques to increase the income of entrepreneurs. Some of the obstacles experienced by the Young Entrepreneurs Community (KPM) include the not yet maximal knowledge of online marketing of business products, especially online marketing optimization techniques with the Google search engine, and the lack of maximum training facilities among KPM. Therefore, in this community service activity, training on online marketing optimization techniques by utilizing the Google search engine for KPM circles is needed, so that young entrepreneurs can utilize and apply it in their business. The training committee team carried out a series of stages in the preparation of this training, namely by observing, then interviewing, and studying the literature. Then the methods, theoretical explanations and practicals directly to the participants, were applied during the training. As a result, KPM circles can find out the introduction of online businesses and optimize their business through search engines, thus helping partners in realizing the vision and mission of KPM itself. KPM circles can also save on marketing costs and are more targeted than conventional marketing methods.

Abstract

Saat ini banyak model pengembangan sistem penerangn jalan yang mengandalkan berbagai macam metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan penghematan energi dalam rangka membantu dunia menghadapi pemborosan energi yang tidak tepat guna. Diantara pengembangan programmable logic control (PLC) yang ada terdapat model pengembangan yang mengandalkan otomatisasi sistem dengan menggunakan sensor cahaya sebagai trigger untuk mengaktifkan dan menonaktifkan pencahayaannya (PLC1). Kemudian terdapat pula model PLC2 yang mengadopsi model redup disaat tidak ada kendaraan yang melintas dan terang disaat ada yang melintas. Berdasarkan kedua konsep tersebut, masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah penilaian masyarakat terhadap nilai efektifitas dari penerapan kedua konsep penerangan jalan tersebut pada empat katogori jenis jalan yang ada. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, solusi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan survei yang disebar kepada pengguna jalan. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk mengolah data survei tersebut yaitu dengan menggunakan fuzzy multi criteria decision maker (FMCDM). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penilaian masyarakat terhadap kedua PLC tersebut adalah PLC1 mengungguli PLC2 dengan perolehan nilai efektifitas sebesar 44,44% dalam kategori jalan arteri.Kata Kunci : fuzzy, model, efektifitas, jalan, kategori

Abstract

Fajar Collection is an individual business store that sells various products such as school uniforms, Muslim clothing, and casual clothes. In the existing business processes at Fajar Collection, using social media in the process of online sales transactions using Facebook and WhatsApp. However, with the online transaction business process, there are several obstacles experienced by the Fajar Collection store, namely, it is difficult for customers to find out stock availability, because there is no stock availability information on Facebook and WhatsApp, so customers have to ask the sales staff about stock inventory. Another obstacle is that the product promotion process is less than optimal, causing old products to be sold and slow to get new potential customers. Another obstacle is difficult in processing sales report data, because it is still done in bookkeeping by looking at sales notes to be included in the sales report, thus allowing different recordings of sales numbers and less than optimal in knowing sales data. Based on these constraints, an e-commerce website was designed using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the e-commerce business using the BMC methodology. The system was developed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach and a Content Management System (CMS) based website with WordPress using the woocommerce plugin. Then it is optimized by applying Search Engine Optimization (SEO) so that the site is on the first page of search engines, making it easier for customers to find the site. With the E-Commerce website, it will expand product sales promotions, and help customers who want to buy directly from the website. It is hoped that by utilizing this E-Commerce website, it will be easier for customers to process the purchase transactions in Fajar Collection.

Abstract

Quadrate Interpolation Spline is one of method that can be use to approximate the set of point of data. The principle of Interpolation Spline to divice the interval into a collection of subintervals and contruct (generally) different polynomial on each subinterval. The polynomial coefficients are determined by solving a linier system.

Abstract

The academic quality standar in higher education is very important, likewise in faculty of information technology, University of Budi Luhur with a good academic quality, lecture system and eligible human resource, will produce quality graduates. Factors that play a rule in the process in academic quality standard in faculty of information technology, University of Budi Luhur include : grade selection to enter University of Budi Luhur, Grade Point Achievement (GPA=IPK), the study period active in student organization on campus, waiting time to get a first job conformity the study program with the work which is currently obtained. The factor which is most significant is the grade in entering faculty of information technology, University of Budi Luhur which is effecting significantly to GPA. Therefore, Dean and other managers of Faculty of Information Technology, University of Budi Luhur are necessary to maintain the initial selection to prospective student. And, the other factors have not effect significantly. This shows that learning process being carried out by faculty of information technology, University of Budi Luhur include curriculum and resources play an active role in producing quality graduates.Keywords : Quality standard, Academic Process, Quantitative Descriptive.

Abstract

Kegiatan bisnis yang semakin maju di ikuti dengan perkembangan zaman yangmembuat masyarakat juga harus beradaptasi dalam memahaminya dimana komunikasi danteknologi yang semakin modern, begitu juga yang di alami oleh toko neotech di daerahtangerang. Toko Neotech adalah toko komputer yang menjual berbagai barang dari,sparepart komputer / laptop, mouse, case, usb, dan lain – lain. Dalam menjalan kanbisnisnya toko neotech mengalami beberapa kendala dalam pemilihan supplier, sedangkansupplier adalah hal yang penting dalam menjalan bisnis. Pemilihan supplier yang dilakukanneotech bersifat subjektif yang menimbulkan masalah dalam memilih supplier,terhambatnya dalam menentukan supplier membuat terhambatnya bisnis komputer padaneotech. Oleh karena itu neotech membutuhkan Sistem Penunjang Keputusan untukmenentukan supplier terbaiknya dimana sebelumnya toko tidak memiliki kriteria khususmaka diusulkan kriteria yang telah disetujui oleh pihak toko dimana usulannya meliputiharga, kualitas barang, jarak tempat supplier ke toko neotech, waktu pengiriman, danlayanan service. Metode ini menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) danSimple Additive Weighting (SAW), AHP dipakai dalam menentukan nilai bobot kriteriayang belum pernah ada (karena usulan baru), dan SAW digunakan untuk mencari nilaiprioritas perangkingan untuk setiap alternatifnya di ikuti oleh cost dan benefit. Tujuan daririset ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak toko neotech dalam menentukan supplierterbaiknya dengan menggunakan SPK ini, dalam SPK ini juga telah disediakan laporanperangkingan, laporan pemilihan dan laporan penilaian supplier.

Abstract

GhonVapor adalah toko yang menjual produk-produk vape, mod, liquid, dan aksesoris vape. GhonVapor sudah berjualan secara offline sejak tahun 2019. Kawasan penjualan yang kecil menjadi salah satu masalah yang ada pada GhonVapor. Promosi yang dilakukan oleh GhonVapor hanya kepada pelanggan yang datang ke toko dan lokasi sekitar toko. Walaupun GhonVapor sudah memiliki media sosial Instagram dan Facebook tetapi media sosial tersebut hanya digunakan sebagai katalog saja, pelanggan tetap harus datang ke toko untuk membeli barang. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi maka toko GhonVapor memerlukan sebuah Website e-commerce untuk penjualan secara online agar mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan transaksi, dan juga menambah pelanggan. Penelitian ini diawali dengan pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, analisa dokumen, dan studi literatur. Kemudian, menganalisa masalah menggunakan fishbone diagram, dilanjutkan dengan merancang model bisnis penjualan online menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Selanjutnya, menganalisa dan merancang Website e-commerce menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Terakhir adalah melakukan pengujian dari prototipe Website e-commerce yang telah dirancang menggunakan Usability Testing. Hasil penelitian dan pengujian adalah desain Website e-commerce dapat membantu pelanggan dan toko GhonVapor dalam melakukan transaksi secara online menggunakan fitur Daftar, Login, Pemesanan, Konfirmasi Pembayaran, dan Refund. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan sebanyak 58,3% setuju bahwa website mudah digunakan, dengan nilai tertinggi adalah 90% setuju mudah mendapatkan informasi pada website.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is starting to be carried out by the community as well as Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as an alternative to earn income, among others by utilizing information technology and telecommunications. One of the market places, namely Bukalapak, can help small and large entrepreneurs in developing their business to make it more developed. This community service training program aims to make people around the Yayasan Kreasi Insan Nusantara (YaKIN) in East Sudimara Village, Ciledug, Tangerang, able to start an online business with relatively light capital with the Bukalapak market place. Some of the obstacles felt by the surrounding community are the lack of training facilities and teaching staff in the Yayasan Kreasi Insan Nusantara environment, the lack of public interest in online entrepreneurship. Therefore, the use of the internet, technology and telecommunications through Bukalapak online market place sales training, is expected to help the community within the Yayasan Kreasi Insan Nusantara environment to be able to start an online business starting from opening an online store, filling out products and marketing them to earn additional income. In this activity, several stages were carried out to obtain information on initial needs, namely observations, interviews, and literature studies. At the time of the training, using methods, theoretical explanations and practicals directly to participants. The results obtained from this training, the community in the Kreasi Insan Nusantara Foundation environment understands how to manage an online store on Bukalapak.com as a free medium, know and understand Search Engine Optimization techniques in improving online store marketing and its products. Thus, community businesses can increase their sales, and can maximize the marketing of community business products through online marketplaces.

Abstract

The teacher is a qualified educator who is responsible for teaching, and has a function and role in educating the nation's daily life. So that the roles and responsibilities in the teacher's functional position to be done according to the applicable  regulations, a teacher's work assessment is needed which can guarantee a quality learning process at SMP Ki Hajar Dewantoro. In the process of selecting the best teacher for SMP Ki Hajar Dewantoro, there was already a weighting of the assessment criteria. However, a number of challenges arise, including the procedure of assessing teacher performance still using conventional methods with paper and ordinary calculations, so that the results of the assessment can occur errors or are inaccurate, and take a little time. Teacher ratings are also inaccurate and subjective, making it difficult to determine the best teacher. In addition, the decree for the best teacher is not well preserved. Therefore, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to recommend the best teacher using thethe Technique known as SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). The SAW approach was chosen due to it uses a method of ranking to choose the best option from a number of others and then determines the preference weight value for each option, specifically, the teacher with the highest rank according to the specified standards. due to the fact that it is based on the weight value of the existing criteria, this method will make the assessment faster, it can provide the best alternative teacher ranking. With the results of these rankings, it can simplify and assist the school in accelerating the assessment of teacher performance, so that more accurate results will be obtained as a decision tool.

Abstract

Teacher performance evaluation is one of the efforts to raise the standard of education at SDI Darul Mu'minin. SDI Darul Mu'minin, which is located in Larangan Indah Village, Larangan sub-district, Tangerang City, has a teacher performance assessment that is conducted once a year. In addition to raise the standard of education, the purpose of the assessment is to select exemplary teachers. However, the process of assessing teacher performance is not on target because the assessment process only uses attendance criteria and does not yet have the right method. Therefore the principal added several additional criteria, namely: responsibility, lesson plans, loyalty and reporting of student grades. To implement a multi-criteria assessment, a decision support system is needed. This study uses the AHP and SAW methods and produces weights namely Responsibility 33%, Loyalty 28%, Attendance 18%, Lesson Plans 13% and Reporting of Student Values ​​8% and produces the best alternative, namely the best performing teacher with a value of 0.9930. The goal of this research is to decide the best alternative, namely the best performing teacher who will receive a prize or reward in the form of money at the end of each academic year.
