Abstract

The learning model is a whole series of presentations of teaching material which includes all aspects before and after learning by the teacher as well as all related facilities that are used directly or indirectly in the teaching and learning process, and in this study using the think talk write (TTW) learning model. Think Talk Write (TTW) is a learning model that starts from the flow of thinking through reading material (listening, criticizing, and alternative solutions) then talking by conducting discussions, and presentations, and finally writing by making reports on the results of discussions and presentations. The location of research was conducted in class VII junior high school students at Panca Budi School, Medan City, using 2 classes as a sample the control class and the experimental class with 30 students and in this study used a descriptive method. Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi dari berbagai aspek program Mujahadah di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ittifaqiah Indralaya dalam menjaga hafalan Al-Qur'an para santriwati. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggali data dari berbagai sumber, baik primer maupun sekunder, melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi, dengan menguji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Mujahadah, secara umum, sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, namun masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi. Misalnya, dalam konteksnya, program ini cocok dengan tujuan awalnya, namun masih ada kekurangan dalam spesifikasi lingkungan program, seperti kurangnya penerapan peraturan yang mendukung program ini secara optimal dan kurangnya pengelolaan program yang efektif oleh pihak yang bertanggung jawab. Dari segi input, program ini cukup sesuai dengan kriteria, meskipun ada ketidakmerataan dalam kemampuan awal santriwati sebelum mereka bergabung dengan program Mujahadah. Dalam hal proses, meskipun implementasinya dianggap cukup sesuai dengan kriteria, masih ada perbedaan antara jadwal yang telah ditentukan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan sebenarnya. Selain itu, penelitian juga mengungkapkan adanya hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru tahfidz dan santriwati dalam menjalankan program ini. Dari segi produk, program Mujahadah dinilai cukup sesuai dengan kriteria, namun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu diperhatikan lebih lanjut, seperti belum optimalnya pencapaian target hasil program dan kurangnya upaya dalam sosialisasi dan memberikan motivasi kepada santriwati.

Abstract

This study aims to see how effective the anagram game technique is in enriching the vocabulary of Grade VIII students at SMP Advent 2 Medan at the school in 2023., this research is a experimental conducted on two classes where one class consists of 23 students, so a total of 46 students were taken and divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Data collection was carried out through pretest, treatment and post test objectively.In this study using data collection techniques with the SPSS formula in which there are 3 analytical techniques used 1. descriptive analysis, 2. homogeneity test, 3 normality test.based on this research the test results have been obtained with an average pretest score of 65.65, and an average post test score of 79.57, so you can see a significant difference in the game experiment, between the pretest and post-test, t(df=23) = 0.715 at p = 0.000 lower than 0.05. succeeded with 100 percent success in directing students to acquire new vocabulary quickly.. Thus the use of this anagram game is one way that can be used by teachers as a learning guide in enriching student vocabulary.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of religious culture as a contextual and applicable character-education approach to developing students’ interpersonal intelligence at MTs Darullughah Wal Karomah. Departing from the decline in student morality caused by character programs that remain verbalistic and symbolic, the research positions religious culture as an integrated value ecosystem embedded in daily routines. Through obligatory religious activities, habituation, teacher modelling, and a reward system rooted in Islamic values, students continuously experience moral formation. Employing a qualitative case-study design, data were collected via observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal that consistent implementation of religious culture not only deepens students’ spiritual dimension but also enhances interpersonal intelligence by fostering empathy, cooperation, positive communication, and leadership skills. Religious culture thus emerges as an effective, comprehensive, and sustainable character-education strategy that produces tolerant, responsible, and integrity-driven generations.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Employee Engagement and Normative Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among Civil Servants at the forest area and environmental management office regional III Pontianak. The underlying phenomenon of this study is the high level of absenteeism associated with poor work discipline, as well as how Employee Engagement and Normative Commitment can influence positive additional behavior beyond employees' formal duties. This study uses a quantitative approach with data obtained through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires to all employees in the office. The population in this study consists of 36 civil servants at the forest area and environmental management office regional III Pontianak. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, where all members of the population were included in the sample. The analysis methods used were multiple linear regression, double correlation coefficient analysis (R), coefficient of determination, simultaneous test (F-test), and partial test (t-test). The results of the study indicate that Employee Engagement and Normative Commitment have a strong relationship with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The F-test results show that Employee Engagement and Normative Commitment have a significant simultaneous effect on OCB. The t-test results show that Employee Engagement and Normative Commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that organizations focus on increasing Employee Engagement and strengthening Normative Commitment to create positive behavior that has a direct impact on performance and harmony within the organization.
