Abstract

Kitab-kitab Islam klasik biasanya dikenal dengan istilah kuning yang terpengaruh oleh warna kertas. Kitab-kitab itu ditulis oleh Ulama zaman dulu yang berisikan tentang ilmu keislaman seperti Fiqih, Hadits, Tafsir maupun tentang Akhlaq. Ada dua esensinya seorang santri belajar kitab-kitab tersebut disamping mendalami isi kitab maka secara tidak langsung juga mempelajari bahasa Arab sebagai kitab tersebut. Oleh karena itu seorang santri yang telah tamat belajarnya di pesantren cenderung memiliki pengetahuan bahasa Arab. Hal ini menjadi ciri seorang santri yang telah menyelesaikan studinya di pondok pesantren, yakni mampu memahami isi kitab dan sekaligus juga mampu menerapkan bahasa kitab tersebut menjadi bahasanya. Santri adalah orang yang menerima ajaran-ajaran Islam dari para Kiyai dan para Kiyai juga belajar Islam dari guru-gurunya yang sanadnya terhubung sampai Rasulullah SAW. Abstract

Teori belajar yang ditawarkan Barat mempunyai world view sekuler-positifistik-materialistik membatasi teori belajar pada gejala-gejala yang berkaitan dengan peristiwa belajar yang bersifat empiris-rasional-kuantitaif. Konsekuensinya teori ini hanya memperhatikan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik minus aspek spiritual, seperti teori belajar behavioristik yang mereduksi manusia terbatas pada mekanikal-pragmatis. Teori kognitif menjadikan ingatan dan pikiran manusia bagaikan komputer yang hanya berfungsi memroses informasi. Dan teori humanistik yang bersifat anthroposentris. Terdapat perbedaan yang mendasar antara teori belajar Barat dengan Islam karena perbedaan pandangan dunia (world view). Barat kontemporer lebih menekankan pada peristiwa belajar yang bersifat rasional-empiris-kuantitatif yang bersumber pada pandangan dunia Barat (world view) sekuler-positifistik-materialistik. Sedangkan teori belajar Islam tidak hanya memberikan aksentuasi pada peristiwa belajar yang bersifat rasional-empiris, akan tetapi teori tersebut juga memberikan penekanan pada peristiwa belajar yang bersifat normatif-kualitatif yang berasal dari al-Qur’an dan al-Sunah serta khazanah intelektual Islam yang dikembangkan oleh cendikiawan muslim. Meskipun demikian, tidak semua teori belajar yang diusung oleh Barat itu bersifat destruktif atau sepenuhnya bertentangan dengan Islam. Di sisi lain masih terdapat teori-teori belajar yang tidak bertentangan dengan Islam, sehingga perlu diadakan sintesa. Dari sintesa kedua teori belajar tersebut muncul teori belajar terpadu yang selaras dengan idealisme Islam, yaitu kumpulan dari beberapa prinsip tentang yang berkaitan dengan belajar yang bersumber dari al-Qur’an, al-Sunah, khazanah pemikiran intelektual muslim, dan mengadopsi teori belajar Barat yang relevan dengan Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the potential risk and anticipated returns of equity and debt-based financing products in Islamic banking in Indonesia, represented by the three most prevalent contracts: musharakah, mudharabah, and murabahah. Data was collected from banks' monthly financial reports published on the Indonesia Financial Service Authority (OJK) website from 2014 to 2020, resulting in 82 observations. Data analysis was conducted using the Value at Risk (VaR) method with the variance-covariance approach. Among many methods, VaR is one of the most popular techniques that yields the most comprehensive results in measuring risk and return. The findings reveal that, in general, all equity and debt-based financing yielded stable risk and returns. However, equity-based financing produced higher returns, but also generated higher risks due to its uncertain nature. The results also demonstrate that risk management in Islamic banks improved gradually during the observation period, as indicated by the average score of portfolio combinations. These findings suggest that Islamic banks should balance their product offerings between equity-based financing and debt-based financing while simultaneously strengthening risk management, especially for murabahah products in equity-based financing.

Abstract

Ta'lim Muta'allim book is the masterpiece of imam Az-Zarnuji that has been familiar to Islamic people. Esspecially for Santri's who had attended education in Pondok Pesantren. That is the implemantation of the book one as ethical rule for those who is learning Islamic knowledge in Pondok Pesantren. Ta'lim Muta'alimm was written cause there were many student failed to get good achievement in the education process. That is not different with born process of a wiseness in our national Indonesian about Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi. This one cause failure to result in good achievement by unexactly educational system. The problem discussed in this journal is about this problem, what and how is the concept of education in book ta'limul muta' allim, what is used as the foundation of development prinsciples of kurikulum berbasis kompetensi and how relevant is the concept in the book Ta'limul Muta'alim with the development of prinsciples curricula in Islamic Education.

Abstract

National education has not succeeded to the principles of "education for all" as outlined in the constitution. Already mentioned in the constitution, that Article 28 C Paragraph (1) which states, Everyone has the right to develop themselves through the fulfillment of basic needs, are entitled to education and to benefit from science and technology, arts and culture, for improving the quality of life and for the welfare of the people humans. Unfortunately this does not yet have a constitutional right to equal every citizen.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren al-Munir Jombang is a boarding school that holds the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program for students. This program aims to give birth to a young generation of Muslims who have expertise in a field of knowledge and are able to lead community life and intrepreneurship, based on the Qur'an. This research was conducted to determine how the impact of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program was felt by the students at al-Munir Jombang Islamic Boarding School. The type of research that researchers do is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research on the impact of the Tahfidz al-Quran program carried out by the al-Munir Jombang Islamic Boarding School on the values of character education for students, they feel a change in themselves in their daily lives in ethics based on the spirit of carrying out Islamic teachings

Abstract

Masalah yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Objek penelitian ini adalah Indomaret jl.Endro Suratmin Bandar Lampung. Menggunakan 45 responden dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulam data menggunakan kuisioner dengan teknik analisis Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas dan Uji Hipotesis, menggunakan aplikasi SmartPls, Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine how Indonesian positive law and Islamic law view and handle cases of marital rape. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a normative, philosophical and comparative approach. Data was collected through literature review from relevant primary and secondary sources. The research results found are as follows: first, Indonesian positive law will provide a maximum sentence of 12 (twelve) years for perpetrators of marital rape, if the victim reports it to the authorities. Second, according to Islamic law, this problem is divided into 2 parts as follows: it is not permissible, this has been agreed upon by the ulama when a husband forces his wife to have intercourse through the anus, during menstruation, fasting (fardhu), pilgrimage, not having paid kafarat, due to illness. severe, old age which can endanger the wife and when the husband has not fulfilled the muajjala dowry. Yes, the ulama have also agreed that a husband may force his wife to have sex if her condition is capable of serving him. Third, this analysis shows that there is harmony in several aspects between Islamic law and Indonesian positive law in dealing with marital rape. However, in several cases, Indonesian positive law is considered inadequate in protecting the rights of husbands accused of coercion against their wives. Meanwhile, from the perspective of Islamic law, a husband has the right to force his wife as long as the wife's condition allows her to serve her husband. It is hoped that the implications of this research will become a reference for creating more comprehensive legal adjustments and harmonization to ensure justice and balanced protection for all parties involved.

Abstract

Kebanyakan apotek di daerah kota lhokseumawe masih memiliki masalah dalam mengatasi antrian yang cukup panjang apabila sedang ramai pengunjung. Masalah ini sangat mempengaruhi kenyamanan dari pelanggan dan dapat mengurangi kualitas pelayanan pada apotek tersebut. Untuk menangani masalah tersebut, dikembangkan sistem untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem antrian pelanggan apotek di kota lhokseumawe dengan tujuan mendapatkan kesimpulan sebagai acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan nantinya. Sistem ini menggunakan metode monte carlo yang dimana memanfaatkan bilangan acak sebagai variabel penentu bagi waktu kedatangan dan waktu pelayanan pelanggan berdasarkan intervalnya. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dengan metode antrian yang lebih baik guna memperbaiki sistem pada pelayanan apotek sehingga permasalahan antrian dapat diatasi dan juga dapat menghemat waktu pelanggan menghindari antrian pada saat ingin mendapatkan pelayanan. Sistem yang dapat mengetahui apakah pelayanan antrian pada apotek sudah bekerja secara optimal sehingga pelayanan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Sistem yang memungkinkan antrian yang pada awalnya panjang menjadi berkurang dan dapat meringankan pihak apoteker dengan penggunaan metode monte carlo. dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan pada apotek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi antrian pada apotek Lhokseumawe. Sehingga dapat memperoleh informasi rata-rata antrian pada admin apoteker, Sistem ini menghasilkan evaluasi antrian dengan rata-rata waktu antrian yaitu 27 menit, Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa simulasi Monte Carlo berhasil mengevaluasi antrian di apotek lhokseumawe.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the limited research on the use of interactive digital media in Fiqh learning, despite its significant potential to enhance student comprehension in the digital era. The purpose of this research is to measure the effect of using the Quizizz application on students' understanding in Fiqh lessons. The method employed is a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest model. The sample consisted of 26 seventh-grade students from class VII A at MTs Nusantara Kota Probolinggo for the 2023–2024 academic year, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through written tests administered before and after the treatment and analyzed using a paired sample t-test with SPSS version 20. The results indicated a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores, demonstrating that the use of Quizizz had a positive effect on students’ comprehension. These findings support constructivist learning theory and suggest that digital media can serve as an effective tool in religious education. The main conclusion of this study is that integrating technology into Fiqh learning significantly improves student understanding. The implications include theoretical contributions to the literature on digital-based religious education, as well as practical recommendations for teachers to optimize interactive media in classroom instruction. This study also opens opportunities for further research on the effectiveness of similar digital media in other subject areas.
