Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get a product as LKS biology based on validity and practicality. Observational type that used in this research is Research of Development. Developmental model that used is model 4-D, which is define, design, develop and disseminate. The research procedure is done by three phases which are phase define, design phase and develop phase. Based on the evaluation that have been done is know that students work sheet (LKS) basis character that has been created is valid, through validity testing by some validator. Practicality testing result through questionnaire is categorized it is very practice. Meanwhile, practicality testing trough observation and interview, (LKS) is practis after proces by using descriptive technique. In conclution, the quality of product that is result of research development can be said valid and practice based on result of testing validity and testing practicality that has been done.Key words: Development, LKS, caracter, validity, practicality

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of community participation and factors related to the participation of the community in Lampung Mangrove Center (LMC) program in Margasari Village, Labuhan Maringgai, East Lampung Regency. The location was purposively chosen with the consideration that the activity of the center was in Margasari consisting of 12 hamlets. The research was conducted in June – August 2017. The results showed that the level of participation of most community members is included in a medium classification. Formal education level and cosmopolite characteristics relate significantly to their participation, while their age, the length of staying in the village, and their knowledge on the program do not relate to their participation.Key words: community, participation, program LMC

Abstract

Islamic digital content has become a rapidly growing phenomenon among Generation Z, especially with the increasing use of social media and digital platforms. This study aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities of Islamic digital content in shaping digital literacy in youth who are members of the Selingga Hijrah Youth community. The main challenges faced include low digital literacy in critically understanding Islamic content, potential misinformation, and limited knowledge of media ethics among young users. On the other hand, there is a great opportunity to develop Islamic content that is creative, engaging, and relevant to Generation Z's spiritual needs. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and content analysis on social media platforms used by the Hijrah Selingga Youth community. The results showed that with good digital literacy, youth could sort and utilize positive Islamic content, build their Islamic identity, and increase their religious knowledge of Islamic principles. This study is expected to contribute to developing effective Islamic digital literacy strategies to strengthen Islamic identity in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has significantly transformed various aspects of society, leading to the emergence of cyberspace as a platform for social interaction, business, education, and other activities. While these developments offer numerous benefits, such as easy access to information and efficient communication, they also pose risks and challenges, including cybercrime and the spread of false information. This study examines the balance between freedom of expression and legal boundaries in social media, highlighting the importance of cybersecurity awareness and media literacy to mitigate potential risks. The research explores the impact of social media on public discourse, the role of regulations in maintaining order, and the necessity of public education in fostering responsible digital citizenship. By analyzing current trends and case studies, the study provides insights into effective strategies for promoting a safe and constructive online environment.   Abstrak Perkembangan pesat teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah secara signifikan mengubah berbagai aspek masyarakat, yang mengarah pada munculnya ruang siber sebagai platform untuk interaksi sosial, bisnis, pendidikan, dan kegiatan lainnya. Meskipun perkembangan ini menawarkan banyak manfaat, seperti akses mudah ke informasi dan komunikasi yang efisien, mereka juga menghadirkan risiko dan tantangan, termasuk kejahatan siber dan penyebaran informasi palsu. Penelitian ini mengkaji keseimbangan antara kebebasan berekspresi dan batasan hukum di media sosial, menyoroti pentingnya kesadaran keamanan siber dan literasi media untuk mengurangi risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak media sosial terhadap diskursus publik, peran regulasi dalam menjaga ketertiban, dan perlunya pendidikan publik dalam mendorong kewarganegaraan digital yang bertanggung jawab. Dengan menganalisis tren terkini dan studi kasus, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang strategi efektif untuk mempromosikan lingkungan online yang aman dan konstruktif
