Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Papua (2) mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Papua (3) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Papua dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan kausal-komparatif adalah pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Papua dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 orang. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuisioner dan di uji menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja Pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Papua (p = 0,049 ≤ 0,05). terdapat pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Papua (p = 0,007 ≤ 0,05). Terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai setelah dimediasi kepuasan kerja (p = 0,041 ≤ 0,05).

Abstract

Program ini merupakan rangkaian kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat sekitar. Jadi, diperkenalkan agar nanti masyarakat bisa menjadi lebih produktif, proaktif, cerdas, pandai, dan mampu meningkatkan taraf hidupnya. Selain itu, yang menjadi pertimbangan juga bagi Pemerintah daerah untuk mendukung program kreativitas. Adapun target yang dicapai dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya Desa Matotonan, Kecamatan Siberut Selatan, Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai, Provinsi Sumatra Barat sebagai desa wisata yang berdampak kepada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat dan memiliki media pemasaran baik berupa sosial media maupun website. Disamping itu, Desa Matotonan sudah memiliki pemetaan potensi wisata dan rancangan pengembangan, sehingga dapat berkembang seiring pelaksanaannya. Kegiatan tersebut melibatkan empat orang dosen dari beberapa prodi yakni Pendidikan Ekonomi, Pendidikan B. Inggris, Geografi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Tahapan yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan kegiatan ini adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan memberikan Edukasi dan pendampingan melalui pendekatan Model Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang menekankan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam keseluruhan kegiatan mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan.

Abstract

This study examines the intersection of ethical dilemmas and business sustainability in influencing corporate reputation in global markets. It investigates how companies navigate ethical challenges while maintaining stakeholder trust and achieving long-term sustainability. The study employs a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, synthesizing insights from peer-reviewed articles, industry reports, and empirical studies published after 2018. Using Stakeholder Theory and the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework as guiding concepts, the research analyzes how ethical considerations shape corporate reputation and sustainability strategies. The findings reveal that companies prioritizing ethical business practices and sustainability frameworks, such as ESG, are better positioned to protect their reputation and enhance stakeholder trust. Ethical dilemmas commonly arise in supply chain management, labor practices, misleading marketing, and environmental responsibility. Companies that neglect these principles face reputational damage, consumer backlash, and regulatory penalties. In contrast, businesses that integrate sustainability into their core strategies safeguard their reputation, achieve competitive advantages, and foster long-term growth. This study highlights the importance of embedding ethical considerations into business operations, emphasizing stakeholder engagement, transparent supply chains, and ESG implementation. The research offers practitioners actionable insights to develop robust sustainability frameworks that mitigate reputational risks. Future research should explore industry-specific challenges and the role of technology in enhancing ethical business practices.

Abstract

The Campus Teaching Program Batch 7 has made significant contributions to improving the quality of education at SDN Siman, particularly in literacy, numeracy, and student learning motivation. With an experiential learning approach, student participants in the program provide innovative mentoring that helps overcome the challenges of basic education in areas with limited facilities. This program not only has an impact on students, but also on improving teacher competence, school community collaboration, and strengthening synergy between the community and educational institutions. However, the implementation of the program is not without challenges, such as limited internet connectivity and the diversity of programs that affect the focus of learning. Recommended solutions include the provision of offline modules, contextual training for teachers, and the use of impact matrices to increase the effectiveness of interventions. By integrating experiential and service-based learning, this program has the potential to become a model for educational transformation in areas with limited infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand ambassador terhadap keputusan pembelian dan Trustworthiness sebagai variabel mediasi pada produk skincare scarlett whitening pada toko Mlux di kota jayapura. Skincare scarlett whitening dengan Kpop EXO asal korea sebagai brand ambassador menjadi objek pada penelitian ini. Data berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner secara purposive sampling kepada 119 responden yang membeli skincare scarlett whitening lebih dari 3 kali, yang mengetahui tentang brand scarlett whitening dan familiar dengan Kpop EXO. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Trustworthiness memiliki peran mediasi yang signifikan dan positif pada pengaruh brand ambassador terhadap keputusan pembelian.
