Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sinkronisasi dokumen Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah dengan Dokumen Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Provinsi Papua Tahun 2009 dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kapasitas dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia, faktor politik anggaran dan instrumen perencanaan dan penganggaran daerah terhadap sinkronisasi dokumen Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah dengan Dokumen Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Provinsi Papua Tahun 2009. Populasi penelitian Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah DaerahTahun 2009 dan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Provinsi Papua Tahun Anggaran 2009 45 SKPD yang terdapat di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Papua. Berdasarkan hasil analisis MKPP tersebut dapat kita simpulkan bahwa derajat konsistensi antara perencanaan dan penganggaran daerah dalam lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Papua sangat rendah. Banyak program dan kegiatan yang telah direncanakan dalam proses perencanaan tahunan daerah dan telah didokumentasikan dalam dokumen Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) tiba-tiba hilang di tengah jalan pada saat penyusunan APBD. Di lain pihak, banyak kegiatan-kegiatan baru yang diakomodir dalam proses penyusunan APBD tanpa memasuki ranah perencanaan yang memadai. Kapasitas SDM (X1), instrument perencanaan dan penganggaran (X2) dan politik anggaran (X3) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sinkronisasi RKPD dan APBD pada Pemerintah Provinsi Papua. Secara bersama-sama/ simultan variabel kapasitas SDM (X1), instrument perencanaan dan penganggaran (X2) dan politik anggaran (X3) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap sinkronisasi RKPD dan APBD pada Pemerintah Provinsi Papua

Abstract

Human gallbladder physiologically contracts and relaxes periodically. It has been demonstrated that curcumin (C) an active compound of Curcuma xanthorrhiza and Curcuma domestica produces a positive cholekinetic effect. The objective of this study is to define the influence of physiologic contraction and refilling of human gallbladder on the cholekinetic effect of Curcumin, and to determine the rime to achieve the maximum gall-bladder contraction after administration of 40 mg curcumin. Twelve healthy volunteers ingested 40 mg C and placebo (P) in a randomized double blind cross over study design. The volumes of gallbladder before and after taking C and P were half hourly determined by utrasonography and calculated using the ellipsoid methad for 6.0 hours. After P administration there is no gallbladder contraction. While afier C administration there was a contraction phase for 2 hours followed by a refilling phase for another 2.5 hours and then followed by second gall-bladder contraction started for 4.5 up to 6.0 hours. The maximal volume of gallblndder after 6.A hours was less than the basal volume, The cholekinetic effect of C is not chronopharmacologically influenced by the gall-bladder physiologic periodic contraction and refilling. The maximum contraction effect of C was achieved at 2 hours after oral administraion. (Med J Indones 2001; 10: 219-23)Keywords: curcumin, gall bladder, contraction

Abstract

An ethical system does not solve all the practical issues, but we can not choose and act rationally without a clear system of ethics or vague. An ethical theory does not tell someone what to do in certain situations, but he also is not silent at all; theory of ethics to tell him what should be considered to decide what he should do. Practical functions of an ethics system primarily is to direct our attention to relevant considerations, the reasons that determine the truth or fallacy of action. In this context is required institutionalization and familiarization ethics in politics. For its own pressure groups will try to interpret their interests as public interests, then it is up to the general public to judge.

Humanistic education in the perspective of Paulo Freire teaches about position of educational process as a social transformation. Hence, providing humanistic society relates closely to the humanistic education. The perspective of Paulo Freire towards humanistic was influenced his social background that did not appreciate the humanistic values so that he tried to accelerate humanistic education through humanistic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge management terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui management strategic. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 135 dengan teknik sampel total. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis jalur (path analisys). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kowledge management  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap magement strategic. Knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Management strategic berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Pengaruh tidak langsung (indirect) knowledge management terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui management strategic. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa management strategic merupakan full mediation / full intervening.  Kata kunci: kinerja, kowledge management , dan management strategic.

Abstract

Performance-based budgeting aims to streamline, streamline and economize localrevenue and expenditure budgets in budgeting. Most government organizations have not been able to implement and implement a performance-based budget and the optimal use of regional financial information systems, both provincial and district governments become the problem every year is no exception to the Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency of Riau Province.The above issues need to be investigated on the causes with the title of research factors affecting performance-based APBD optimization. The purpose of this study to determine the influence of factors that affect the optimization of APBD- based performance. By using the method of mixed research and convergent approach of this research conduct questionnaires and interviews of respondents, the type of data used is primary and secondary data that is data obtained directly from respondents and data related to the subject of research.Based on the results of leadership quality data test, organizational commitment, administrative improvement, resources, reward and punishment, strong desire to succeed, regional financial information system affect the optimization of revenue and expenditure budget based on performance, with significant level is 95% and error rate 5%. In the hypothesis test results that leadership variables, organizational commitment, administrative improvements, resources, rewards and punishment, strong desire to succeed, regional financial information systems affect the optimization of revenue and expenditure budget based on performance, with a significant level 95% t table (1.960) Smaller than t arithmetic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa SMK dalam pemilihan jurusan di SMK PGRI Tanjung Raja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di SMK PGRI Tanjung Raja kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli- Oktober 2017.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data berasal dari informan utama (siswa), dan informan pendukung (guru dan orang tua peserrta didik) serta arsip dan dokumen sekolah yang mendukung penelitian. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif yang terdiri dari tiga kegiatan yang saling berinteraksi, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, diperoleh informasi bahwa bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi siswa SMK dalam pemilihan jurusan di SMK PGRI Tanjung raja, antara lain: 1) pertimbangan minat dan hobby terhadap program keahlian yang diampu; 2) pertimbangan peluang kerja dari masing-masing program keahlian; 3) pengaruh rekan sejawat; 4) pertimbangan nilai hasil tes saat masuk SMK ; 5) media untuk mendapatkan ijazah kelulusan; dan 6) gender. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka peneliti menyarankan: bagi siswa,  sebaiknya sebelum melakukan pemilihan jurusan harus berkonsultasi kepada orang tua dan  bagi sekolah, bagi SMK PGRI Tanjung Raja sebaiknya melakukan tes bakat dan minat disamping tes akademik untuk memilih jurusan bagi calon peserta didik.

Abstract

The era of digital technology demands adjustments for print mass media entrepreneurs to maintain the continuity of their production and marketing. On the other hand, many people still depend on their interest to continue reading the printed version of the newspaper, given the limitations of internet access and the affordability of using a smartphone. This study aims to determine the existence of newspapers or printed newspapers in the city of Medan and the factors that influence their development and implications for public literacy through printed newspapers. This research method uses qualitative research using a content analysis approach by observing the production figures of printed newspapers, the amount of advertising revenue, and critical analysis of literacy issues. The results showed that the daily printed newspapers in Medan, which amounted to 30 newspapers, were in critical condition and estimated to be closed in 2040. The advertising supply at the heart of newspapers declined drastically to the lowest level. The political economy theory of media put forward by Garnham clearly shows that the mass media, including the printed mass media of newspapers, is closely related to economic problems. This means that the mass media of letters will not be able to live without the support of economic power, and of course, it has implications for the level and quality of literacy of those who read through printed newspapers.

Abstract

Learning Accounting is an essential part of business and finance education. To ensure effective learning, an innovative approach is needed to optimize the understanding of concepts and practical applications in the field of accounting. One technology that has attracted attention in this context is Artificial Intelligence, particularly through the utilization of ChatGPT. However, there are still challenges in teaching accounting. Conventional learning systems are often less interactive and cannot provide adequate individual support to students. Therefore, a new approach is needed to enhance student interaction with instructors. The aim of this research is to analyze and implement the utilization of ChatGPT in the development of accounting educati to improve the understanding of accounting concepts and enhance students' ability to apply accounting knowledge. The research method employs an experimental approach involving a group of students in a learning program utilizing ChatGPT as a virtual assistant. ChatGPT provides explanations, answers questions, and provides feedback to students. To analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of using AI (ChatGPT) in accounting education, the System Usability Scale is used.The results of this research indicate that the use of AI, particularly through ChatGPT, in accounting education can provide significant benefits. Students experience improvements in their understanding of accounting concepts, practical abilities, better individual support, and increased motivation and interest in learning accounting, with an accuracy rate of 80.625%.
