Abstract

This study aims to find out how to analyze marketing strategies in increasing consumer buying interest at Bedar Resto and Café in an Islamic economic perspective. This study used a qualitative approach and a type of field research. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation based on primary sources in the field and secondary sources in the form of books or research works related to this research. Based on the results of the study concluded that the quality of service, promotion, price, physical appearance, and process are prioritized in increasing consumer buying interest. As for the Islamic economic perspective, it has implemented the professionalism of the Prophet Muhammad, namely Shiddiq, Amanah, Fhatanah, and Tabliqh which have been practiced or implemented by business owners and Bedar Resto and Café employees managed by Mrs. Rina.

Abstract

The cafe business is currently growing in the community, where the cafe has now transformed into part of a habit or part of an individual group's lifestyle. In the city of Sambas, the development of the cafe business is increasing rapidly. Competition between cafe business people is unavoidable, one form of competition is in the form of products, services, places, prices. This study aims to determine the strategies used by cafe owners in Sambas City. The form of business competition carried out by cafe owners in Sambas City. Application of Islamic business ethics to cafe owners in Sambas City. The type of research used in this thesis is a qualitative descriptive method, the data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) Competition regarding products, cafe owners understand in detail each product they have. Price competition that occurs in cafe business owners in Sambas City is a natural thing to happen. The competition for places among cafe business owners does not occur because basically they say that there is already a set of fortune. The service competition for the cafe business owners in the city of Sambas is mostly good. 2) Competition that occurs in cafe business owners in Sambas City is in accordance with existing Islamic business ethics, this is based on the principles of Islamic business ethics that have been applied.

Abstract

BUMDes in the last few years is indeed a subject of conversation, not only by ordinary people but also among researchers and students. It is understandable, because the existence of BUMDes has a strategic role in the society especially in rural areas. If observed carefully the nature of BUMDes not solely as an economic institution of a commercial nature, but also as a means to improve the welfare of society. This study aims to Describe the business units BUMDes Joint Venture which is located in the Village of Sebayan Kecamatan Sambas. Analyze the role of BUMDes in the economic empowerment of the community in the village of Sebayan Kecamatan Sambas Kabupaten Sambas, which are then reviewed from the perspective of Maqasid Shariah. The research method used in this research is qualitative research this type of research is field research where the data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. While for data analysis techniques, namely the reduction of data presentation of data and drawing conclusions as for checking the validity of data is by using triangulation of sources. The results of this research can be known that: the farm Shop, Organic Farm and kos-kosan. The existence of BUMDes is perceived to be very beneficial for the community so that the life of the Village community more prosperous and increasing in terms of the economy. In view of the maqasid syariah BUMDES a Joint Effort Village Sebayan has fulfill some point maqasid shariah, namely the preservation sense, guard treasure, and environmental safeguards.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of the Mambaul Khoirat Islamic Boarding School in empowering the people's economy through strengthening business partnerships in Ketapang Regency. As an Islamic-based educational institution, this Islamic boarding school not only focuses on religious learning, but also plays a role in improving the economic welfare of the surrounding community. This study analyzes Islamic boarding school strategies in building partnerships with various parties, including local business actors, as well as their impact on the economic independence of students and the community. The research results show that Islamic boarding schools adopt a holistic approach through entrepreneurship training, community-based business management, and strengthening sustainable business networks. The developed business partnerships provide wider access to markets and economic resources, thereby increasing the community's competitiveness and economic independence. Thus, strengthening business partnerships at the Mambaul Khoirat Islamic Boarding School has proven to be an effective model of economic empowerment in supporting the welfare of the community based on Islamic values.
