Abstract

This study aims to determine: the effect of the role of the commissioners, to the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance, the influence of the role of the commissioners and the implementation of the principles of corporate governance either partially or simultaneously on the performance of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat in Tasikmalaya. The method used a quantitative descriptive study population is a Bank Perkreditan Rakyat in Tasikmalaya, sampling using purposive sampling technique, with analysis tools using path analysis. The results showed that: the role of the board of commissioners, the implementation of the principles of corporate governance and bank performance generally categorized as good; the role of commissioner to the application of the principles of good corporate governance positively and significantly; and, the role of the commissioner and the application of the principles of good corporate governance partially and simultaneously on the performance of positive and significant influence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Plyometric Box Jump dan Latihan Squat Jump terhadap kekuatan tungkai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMP Pasundan 12 Bandung yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan standing broad jump. Dilakukan sore hari, jam 16.00 sampai dengan selesai bertempat di tempat Gor Pasundan. Hasil Penelitian ini, menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh perlakuan latihan Plyometric Box Jump terhadap peningkatan power tungkai siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMP Pasundan 12 Bandung. Kemudian ada pengaruh perlakuan latihan Squat Jump terhadap peningkatan power tungkai siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMP Pasundan 12 Bandung. Latihan Squat Jump lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan power tungkai dari pada latihan Plyometric Box Jump pada siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMP Pasundan 12 Bandung.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of institutional ownership, profitability and stock volatility on company value. The study was conducted on companies indexed by the Kompas 100 shares for 2018 - 2023. The sample size was set at 26 companies with observation data from 2018 to 2023. The type of data used was secondary data in the form of panel data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the Eviews application. The results of this research show that, 1) Institutional ownership has a stable trend, while profitability, the level of share volatility and company value, has a decreasing trend; 2) Institutional ownership, profitability and stock volatility simultaneously influence company value; 3) Institutional ownership partially has a positive but not significant effect on firm value; 4) Profitability partially has a negative and significant effect on company value; 5) The level of share volatility partially has a positive and significant effect on company value

Abstract

The aim of this research are to determine and analyze the influence of Work Engagement, Emotional Intelligence and Financial Satisfaction on the performance of employees within the Region XII Education Office of West Java Province. The research used was a survey method, data obtained directly through questionnaires to 341 respondents taken from the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who worked under the Region XII Education Office of West Java Province. Sampling used simple random sampling and the analysis method used in this research was path analysis. ased on the results of the study, it is known that Work Engagement, Emotional Intelligence, Financial Satisfaction and the performance of employees in the Outreach of the Education Office of Region XII of West Java Province. The research used a survey method, the data obtained directly are included in the very good classification. Work Engagement, Emotional Intelligence, Financial Satisfaction partially affect the performance of employees in the Outreach of the Education Office of Region XII of West Java Province. Simultaneously Work Engagement, Emotional Intelligence and Financial Satisfaction affect the performance of employees in the Outreach of the Education Office of Region XII of West Java Province.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of motivation and training on performance with work culture as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on Civil Servants in General Functional Positions and Certain Functional Positions in the City of Tasikmalaya. Sampling was carried out using techniques proportionate stratified random sampling, with a total sample size of 374 samples, in 37 regional apparatus organizations in Tasikmalaya City. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with scale likert. The analysis technique used is path analysis using the SPSS application. The results of this research show that 1) Motivation, Training and Performance are in good condition. Meanwhile the Work Culture is in Very Good Condition; 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on work culture; 3) Training has a positive and significant effect on work culture; 4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance; 5) Training has a positive and significant effect on performance; 6) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on performance; 7) Motivation and training have a positive effect on work culture; 8) Motivation, training and work culture have a positive effect on performance.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to determine and analyze capital quality, credit quality, efficiency, profitability and company value in conventional general banking listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange and the influence of capital quality, credit quality, efficiency and profitability on company value in conventional general banking listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a case study approach. The data needed in this research is secondary documentary data which contains the history of company finances published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data and information obtained from the results of this research were analyzed using panel data multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that partially capital quality and profitability have a positive effect on company value, while credit quality and efficiency have a negative effect on company value. Together, capital quality, credit quality, efficiency and profitability have a positive and significant effect on company value in conventional general banking listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. It is recommended for conventional general banking companies to improve capital quality and profitability as well as maintain the level of capital quality and efficiency, to increase company value.

Abstract

The research aimed to analyze the influence of Return On Equity, Current Asets on firm value of food and beverage manufacturing companies wich resgistered in Indonesia stock exchange (idx) at 2012-2022 parrtialy.This research object cover the ROE,CR, and PBV. Data type used was secondary datas that was annual financial report from each industry which analyzed by Panel Data Regression. Result of thr research show that : Return On Equity has positive impact on firm value and Current Asets has negative effect on firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh secara tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi. Studi empiris dilakukan pada Perusahaan Retail di Kota Tasikmalaya. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 326 sampel yang merupakan karyawan aktif di Perusahaan Retail di Kota Tasikmalaya. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner pernyataan dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Stuctural Equation Modelling dengan aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 1) Kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi dan kinerja kryawan ada dalam kriteria baik. 2) Kepemipinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, namun budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3) Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi, dalam kata lain motivasi kerja berperan positif dalam memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. 4) Kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui budaya organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi, dalam kata lain budaya organisasi tidak berperan dalam memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan yang baik menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Namun, keterbatasan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan sering kali menjadi kendala dalam mewujudkan akuntabilitas serta transparansi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada UMKM pengrajin rajut di Desa Selasari, Kabupaten Pangandaran, yang masih menghadapi permasalahan seperti pencatatan keuangan yang tidak sistematis, lemahnya pengawasan, serta ketiadaan pelatihan yang memadai. Untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut, dilakukan program pelatihan dan pendampingan menggunakan aplikasi SIAPIK (Sistem Informasi Aplikasi Pencatatan Informasi Keuangan). Metode yang diterapkan meliputi identifikasi masalah mitra melalui survei pendahuluan, penyusunan solusi bersama melalui diskusi, pelaksanaan pelatihan dasar pencatatan keuangan, pengenalan aplikasi SIAPIK, serta evaluasi hasil pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra terhadap pentingnya pencatatan transaksi keuangan, kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan yang lebih sistematis, serta kemudahan dalam menggunakan aplikasi SIAPIK untuk mencatat pemasukan dan pengeluaran. Walaupun demikian, peserta masih membutuhkan pendampingan jangka panjang agar keterampilan yang diperoleh dapat terimplementasi secara berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital sederhana dalam mendukung pengelolaan keuangan UMKM, serta menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kapasitas melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan merupakan strategi efektif untuk memperkuat akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan daya saing UMKM di tingkat desa.
