Abstract

This study aims to determine: the effect of the role of the commissioners, to the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance, the influence of the role of the commissioners and the implementation of the principles of corporate governance either partially or simultaneously on the performance of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat in Tasikmalaya. The method used a quantitative descriptive study population is a Bank Perkreditan Rakyat in Tasikmalaya, sampling using purposive sampling technique, with analysis tools using path analysis. The results showed that: the role of the board of commissioners, the implementation of the principles of corporate governance and bank performance generally categorized as good; the role of commissioner to the application of the principles of good corporate governance positively and significantly; and, the role of the commissioner and the application of the principles of good corporate governance partially and simultaneously on the performance of positive and significant influence.

Abstract

The objective of the research was to find out the effect of internal audit on good corporate governance and itsimpact to performance of government bank Tasikmalaya regency. The method used in the research was censusmethod with descriptive explanatory approach. The data collecting technique used to obtain the primary datawas through interviews and by means of questionnaire. Path analysis was used to analyze the data.The resultsshowed that: the internal audit gave positive and significant effect on good corporate governance, the internalaudit and good corporate governance, partially and simultaneously gave positive and significant effect onperformance of government bank Tasikmalaya regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Plyometric Box Jump dan Latihan Squat Jump terhadap kekuatan tungkai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMP Pasundan 12 Bandung yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan standing broad jump. Dilakukan sore hari, jam 16.00 sampai dengan selesai bertempat di tempat Gor Pasundan. Hasil Penelitian ini, menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh perlakuan latihan Plyometric Box Jump terhadap peningkatan power tungkai siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMP Pasundan 12 Bandung. Kemudian ada pengaruh perlakuan latihan Squat Jump terhadap peningkatan power tungkai siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMP Pasundan 12 Bandung. Latihan Squat Jump lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan power tungkai dari pada latihan Plyometric Box Jump pada siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMP Pasundan 12 Bandung.

Abstract

This activity is a continuation of the previous year's community service program which aims to improve food security capabilities independently through the development of biofloc freshwater fish farming systems, especially for community groups affected by the COVID-19 pandemic located in Pamegatan Hamlet, Manonjaya District, Tasikmalaya Regency which in previous programs have received training on cultivation. This follow-up program focuses on solving problems that occurred in the previous program, namely (1) there is still a lack of public knowledge about water treatment for alum aquaculture with the biofloc system, (2) the high mortality rate of fish caused by poor water quality in ponds, (3) the price of fish seeds is relatively expensive. From these problems, a mentoring program was created that involved biofloc experts for six months. The assistance includes (1) providing knowledge about water conservancy in order to improve water quality for fish farming with biofloc systems through the creation of a pond filtration system, (2) providing training on fish care in biofloc system cultivation and making probiotics along with fish natural medicine (3) making ponds. fish nurseries to produce seeds independently. The results of the activity show that the biofloc system of freshwater fish farming has been successful and has been able to provide benefits to communities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, as evidenced by the abundant first harvest

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemberdayaan UMKM dalam meningkatkan pendapatan, serta manfaatnya untuk masyarakat yaitu mendapatkan pembinaan serta pelatihan dari Tim Pengabdian dalam mengembangkan usaha UMKM melalui kemasan produk. Lokasi pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Kertayasa Kec. Cijulang Kab. Pangandaran dengan sasaran pemilik usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM). Pengembangan dalam UMKM ini adalah cara yang diupayakan oleh pemerintah baik pusat maupun daerah. Adanya UMKM di tengah persaingan dagang bebas sangat penting dalam mendorong peningkatan ekonomi bagi sejahteranya seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Permasalahan muncul yang berkaitan dengan perekonomian yang ada di Indonesia merupakan hal yang belum dapat terselesaikan oleh Pemerintah. Hal ini terjadi dikarenakan masih banyaknya masyarakat yang tidak memiliki pekerjaan. Hadirnya UMKM merupakan aktivitas yang dapat mendorong ekonomi suatu daerah. Hadirnya UMKM tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan penghasilan tetapi juga pemerataan pendapatan suatu daerah. Tingginya kesempatan UMKM dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan menyatakan bahwa UMKM memiliki potensi yang sangat luas untuk pengembangan di wilayah Indonesia.Kata Kunci : Kemasan Produk, UMKM, Peningkatan Pendapatan. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this service activity is to find out strategies for empowering MSMEs in increasing income, as well as the benefits for the community, namely getting guidance and training from the Service Team in developing MSME businesses through product packaging. The location of this service is carried out in Kertayasa Village, Kec. Cijulang District. Pangandaran targeting owners of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Development in MSMEs is a method that is pursued by both central and regional governments. The existence of MSMEs in the midst of free trade competition is very important in encouraging economic improvement for the welfare of all Indonesian people. Problems that arise related to the economy in Indonesia are things that have not been resolved by the Government. This happens because there are still many people who do not have jobs. The presence of MSMEs is an activity that can encourage the economy of a region. The presence of MSMEs can not only increase income but also distribution of income in a region. The high opportunity for MSMEs in creating jobs indicates that MSMEs have a very wide potential for development in the territory of Indonesia.Keyword: Increasing Income, MSMEs, Product Packaging.

Abstract

The application of green accounting in companies is very important for environmental sustainability and concern for the community. This triggers researchers to discuss the impact of green accounting on companies and examine green accounting issues. This research aims to map publications on green accounting in Accounting and Auditing. To answer all research questions, the author uses a bibliometric analysis research method. Research data is taken from the dimension.ai database starting from 1984-2022. Using the data retrieval keyword green accounting, 441 documents were obtained consisting of articles, chapters, proceedings, preprints, edited books and monographs. The software used is VOSViewer. The results found that Business Strategy and the Environment is the best journal in terms of productivity, the most productive authors are Sonja Gallhofer and Jim Haslam. Topics that are frequently discussed are environmental accounting information disclosure, information disclosure, mining company, firm value. The findings of this research provide valuable knowledge for researchers, academics and practitioners regarding scientific developments related to accounting science, especially in the field of green accounting.

Abstract

Dalam pengembangan perekonomian suatu daerah Home industry memiliki peran penting. Sebagai salah satu bentuk dari bisnis keluarga memiliki banyak kendala untuk mempertahankan keberlanjutannya, khususnya di Desa Kertayasa Pangandaran. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat keberlanjutan usaha mengetahui  faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan usaha, serta merumuskan strategi pemberdayaan yang tepat untuk peningkatan keberlanjutannya. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan oleh tim pengusul dalam menyelesaikan masalah mitra adalah dengan melakukan diskusi/Forum Group Disscussion (FGD) pada saat survey awal untuk mengetahui permasalahannya lalu kemudian dilanjutkan dengan demontrasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari tahap diskusi masalah yang muncul pada home industy di Desa Kertayasa bahwa: (1) tingkat keberlanjutan mayoritas home industry berada pada kategori sedang; (2) belum adanya diberikan labelling yang baik pada produk olahan yang dipasarkan; (3) belum adanya perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang jelas; (4) belum adanya laporan keuangan; dan (5) perlu adanya strategi pemberdayaan yang  dilakukan secara mikro dengan aspek yang perlu diperhatikan adalah manajemen konflik, pemasaran, manajemen inovasi, pengelolaan lingkungan, dan kelembagaan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of institutional ownership, profitability and stock volatility on company value. The study was conducted on companies indexed by the Kompas 100 shares for 2018 - 2023. The sample size was set at 26 companies with observation data from 2018 to 2023. The type of data used was secondary data in the form of panel data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the Eviews application. The results of this research show that, 1) Institutional ownership has a stable trend, while profitability, the level of share volatility and company value, has a decreasing trend; 2) Institutional ownership, profitability and stock volatility simultaneously influence company value; 3) Institutional ownership partially has a positive but not significant effect on firm value; 4) Profitability partially has a negative and significant effect on company value; 5) The level of share volatility partially has a positive and significant effect on company value
