Abstract

Adaptation to New Habits (IMR) is an effort to accelerate the handling of Covid-19 that supports the sustainability of the community's economy that synergizes health, social and economic aspects. This educational video on adapting new habits in the school environment aims to increase school children's knowledge about adapting new habits during the covid 19 pandemic. The activity method used in this activity is counseling, demonstrations, and question and answer. This activity was attended by 11 students appointed by the school to take part in online activities via Zoom media. The questionnaire was given at the beginning of the meeting related to students' knowledge about adapting new habits at school and then providing an explanation of adapting new habits at school using video. At the end of the session, there was a demonstration on the correct point of adapting new habits and then continuing to fill out the questionnaire. Most of the students were at the age of 15 years, as many as 6 people (55%) of the total 11 students who took part in the activity. The results of the knowledge pretest obtained data from 4 students (36.4%) in the good category, 2 students (18.2%) in the sufficient category and 5 students (45.5%) in the poor category. The results of the posttest knowledge obtained data from 9 students (81.8%) in good category, 2 students (18.2%) in sufficient category and none in the less category. There is an increase in students' knowledge after being given education about adapting new habits at school with video media. Cooperation can be carried out with the Puskesmas to support information dissemination activities carried out consistently and sustainably

Abstract

Kualitas kesehatan ibu hamil di Indonesia masih belum cukup baik, terbukti masih tingginya Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) akibat komplikasi selama kehamilan maupun proses persalinan. Petugas kesehatan yang secara tidak langsung terlibat dalam upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehatan ibu hamil melalui pemeriksaan ANC di antaranya adalah perawat, tenaga Ahli Teknologi Laboratorium Medis (ATLM), dan seorang staf perekam medis dan informasi kesehatan. Mutu pelayanan yang optimal untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu hamil, memerlukan peran aktif semua komponen petugas kesehatan. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk mengoptimalkan peran petugas kesehatan khususnya perawat, ATLM serta Staf perekam medis dan informasi kesehatan sebagai upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan diawali dengan pemaparan atau sharing informasi yang dilaksanakan secara daring tentang pelayanan pada ibu hamil oleh perawat, ATLM dan perekam medis dan informasi kesehatan.. Tahap kedua yaitu FGD untuk memperoleh gambaran pelaksanaan peran petugas kesehatan di RSU Dharma Yadnya. Tahap akhir yaitu pemberian APD kepada petugas kesehatan untuk mendukung pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan untuk ibu hamil. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh bahwa seluruh petugas kesehatan sudah menjalankan perannya dengan kategori baik yaitu peran perawat dengan rata-rata  95, peran ATLM dengan rata-rata 93,3 serta peran perekam medis dan informasi kesehatan dengan rata-rata 95. Masih ada beberapa peran yang belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Petugas kesehatan agar dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan dengan menggunakan pengetahuan dan keterampilannya sesuai dengan kompetensi masing-masing sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan kepada ibu hamil dan keluarga.

Abstract

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a child who experiences obstacles in focusing attention, this condition is known as a hyperactive child term. PAUD teachers play an important role in ADHD child detection efforts, as teachers are often the first to see if their students have a keen behavioral difference when compared to other students. The study aims to get an overview of the Paud Teacher's perception of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in preschool-aged children (3-6 years). This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. Data was obtained with an in-depth interview of 4 participants using the purposive sampling technique. The analysis used in this research is Colaizzi Analysis 7 step process. The results of the study getting five themes are facing the problem of ADHD children, planning problem solving, seeking support facing ADHD children, taking a positive meaning and accepting responsibility. Based on this research, it can be concluded that to optimize the child's growth, a teacher provides a special education in the form of wholeheartedly educating, patiently facing the child and giving more attention.

Abstract

Introduction: One factor that can contribute to stunting is poor sleep quality in children. This is due to the disruption of the growth hormone process, which can lead to shorter stature. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of Tui Na massage on the sleep quality of toddlers aged 4 to 5 years.Method: This research employed a quantitative pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test structure. It involved 34 respondents, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Tui Na massage was the intervention applied. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire was used to measure sleep quality.Results: Before the Tui Na massage, the majority of toddlers had sleep quality categorized as poor, with 16 respondents (47.1%). After six consecutive days of Tui Na massage, the toddlers' sleep quality im-proved, with 24 respondents (70.6%) showing better sleep quality. Da-ta analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test yielded an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of -4.969 with a p-value of 0.000, indicating a statisti-cally significant effect of Tui Na massage on the sleep quality of toddlers in efforts to prevent stunting in Banjar Kawan, Bangli.Discussion: Good quality sleep in toddlers is essential for support-ing optimal growth and development, which can help reduce the risk of stunting.
