Abstract

Literasi keuangan merupakan kebutuhan dasar setiap orang. Timbulnya masalah keuangan bukan hanya karena pendapatan rendah semata, tetapi bisa terjadi karena kesalahan dalam pengelolaan keuangan (miss management). Pendidikan literasi keuangan sebaiknya diberikan pada anak pra sekolah dan Sekolah Dasar, yang akan membiasakan anak- anak mampu mengelola keuangan dengan baik baik dan benar dimasa yang akan datang. permasalahan yang dikemukakan di atas, beberapa solusi permasalahan yang telah dilakukan pada pengabdian ini adalah dengan (1) Membuat Modul literasi keuangan untuk peserta didik sekolah dasar, (2) Menyiapkan video pembelajaran pengelolaan keuangan, (3) Memberikan Pendampingan edukasi literasi keuangan kepada guru kelas di sekolah dasar, dan (4) melakukan evaluasi pemahaman literasi keuangan pada peserta didik sekolah dasar. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah (1) tersedianya bahan ajar cetak dan non cetak berupa modul yang biasa digunakan oleh guru kelas dalam memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta didiknya tentang literasi keuangan, (2) Video pembelajaran pengelolaan keuangan bagi peserta didik sekolah dasar yang bisa ditayangkan sebagai media pembelajaran, (3) Hasil evaluasi literasi keuangan yang dapat mengukur keberhasilan pemahaman literasi keuangan peserta didik sekolah dasar, dan (4) terbangunnya kerja sama yang baik antara lembaga perguruan tinggi dengan sekolah dasar. Di samping itu luaran pada pengabdian ini adalah publikasi jurnal nasional terakreditasi.

Abstract

The problem for teachers with online learning is that they have difficulty controlling learning, while from the students' point of view they have to spend time doing homework with the help of parents or other family members who do not necessarily master the material. To deal with these problems, learning with the Flipped Classroom model can be used. Flipped Classroom is a type of mixed learning in which students independently study material at home or preclass, then practice working on it or practice together with the teacher at school. This service aims to (1) improve the knowledge and skills of teachers in choosing learning videos and making learning videos, either in the form of video tutorials, short films or VPT (Voice Over Power Point) within the TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge) framework to be presented. at preclass; and (2) improving the knowledge and skills of teachers in designing Flipped Classroom learning activities in the form of a one-page lesson plan. Service partners are teachers at MTs. Miftahulfalah Bandung. The service is carried out by training methods using the Flipped Classroom model, where material is given through Google Classroom one week before the mentoring; then assistance in making learning videos and lesson plans is carried out together in class. The results show an increase in teacher knowledge and skills in making learning videos and designing Flipped Classroom learning models.

Abstract

Financial literacy needs to be owned by every individual because decisions in managing finances must be financial literacy. Financial literacy is one of the basic needs for every individual to avoid financial problems. The purpose of this study is to describe the level of financial literacy of lecturers and aspects of financial literacy including aspects of basic financial knowledge, savings and savings, insurance, and investment. This research method is descriptive research based on a survey of research subjects. The subjects of this study were lecturers at the Teaching and Education Faculty of Langlangbuana University in 2022. The results of the study illustrate that the average financial literacy level of lecturers at the Teaching and Education Faculty, Langlangbuana University in 2022 is 76.21% and is included in the medium category, which means that they still have efforts are made to increase the understanding of lecturers' financial literacy in every aspect of financial literacy to be even better to reach the level of well literate.
