Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuanya. Guna memperoleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, maka dibutuhkan proses rekruitmen yang secara baik dan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses rekruitmen dan seleksi karyawan pada PT.Interbis Palembang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa proses rekruitmen karyawan bagian produksi menggunakan metode internal dan eksternal. Metode internal dan eksternal ini menggunakan metode simple additive weighting. Simple Additive Weighting ialah metode penjumlahan berbobot yang menghasilkan nilai hasil normalisasi tertinggi yang ditentukan oleh nilai alternatif dan juga nilai kriteria berbobot. Proses rekruitmen dan seleksi yang diteliti hanya pada bagian produksi saja. Terkait dengan proses seleksi karyawan bagian produksi, perusahaan menggunakan langkah penerimaan pendahuluan, wawancara seleksi, pemeriksaan referensi-referensi, wawancara akhir dan keputusan langsung. Setelah proses seleksi ini diperolehlah karyawan yang pantas untuk diterima di PT. Interbis Sejahtera Palembang dengan nilai jumlah bobot tertinggi ialah 15,0. dan terendah ialah 3,75.

Abstract

The more advanced the times, the more new things are found and one of them is world heritage. This world heritage can be in the form of geological heritage, cultural heritage, heritage, biological heritage, etc. This arises from the human initiative to find new things which then this heritage will be preserved and maintained. Then the various heritages are processed and preserved through Geoparks. An Earth Park (Geopark) is a single or combined geographic area, which has a Geological Heritage Site (Geosite) and valuable landscapes, related to aspects of Geological Heritage (Geoheritage), Geological Diversity (Geodiversity), Biodiversity (Biodiversity), and Cultural Diversity (Cultural Diversity), and managed for conventional purposes, education, and sustainable community economic development with the active involvement of the community and local government, so that it can be used to foster public understanding and concern for the earth and the surrounding environment. throughout the world without exception, and all under the auspices of UNESCO. UNESCO is an abbreviation of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) or the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization which was founded in 1945. The purpose of the organization is to support peace and security by promoting cooperation between countries through education, science and culture in order to increase mutual respect based on justice, the rule of law, human rights, and essential freedoms. To Improve the Belitong Geopark Information Center Has a Website to provide information to the public globally. From the analysis of the Geopark Website, there are several layouts and color choices that do not fit well. Therefore, through this research, a User Interface was developed on the Geopark Website so that it is easy to use by users, has a good User Experience and has a good user interface quality. Keywords: Geopark, Unesco, PBB, User Interface, User Experience

Abstract

In practice, the industrial world that looks the same as the service industry requires the players to do a lot of quality improvement in order to compete. Its development is so rapid that many business actors use special tricks to run their business. Likewise with business actors from motorcycle service and service workshops, namely AHASS SPS Motor Palembang. The supply of spare parts that must always be there when customers need them is the main attraction for every workshop. But in reality, there is no special inventory management technique that can help partman to order spare parts in the following month. Therefore, this study will create a web-based spare part inventory information system that can control the amount of spare part stock and help predict the need for spare parts every month with the forecasting technique used, namely the Weighted Moving Average method. The results given from this system are suggestions of spare part stock forecast results with a user-friendly web-based display so that it can improve partman performance, maintain credibility and optimize workshop cashflow

Abstract

Along with the increasing number of internet service users at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+), the number of customer complaints about the services received also increases. At this time PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) still does not have a system that accommodates customer complaints. Therefore, the author focuses on the purpose of this study to design a Customer Complaint Service Application design for PT. Indonesia Comnet Plus (ICON+) Palembang branch. The customer complaint application at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) is designed using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool which is used to describe the system designed and to make it easier to visualize the system designed by the author. This application is designed using Figma to design the user interface. Meanwhile, to design the database design the author uses a sqlite database. The research method applied in this research is the development of the waterfall method which describes a systematic and sequential approach (step by step) in software development. (ICON+). Where customers can submit complaints through this application without having to come directly to the ICON + Office to be more effective and time and cost efficient. As for PT PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) this application can provide convenience in managing customer complaints related to services that are being used by PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) customers so that they can be handled properly.Keywords : ICON+, Design, Mobile, UML, Waterfall

Abstract

This research aims to develop a cashier application to improve efficiency and user experience in Rieska stores. By using the UI/UX design method, this application is designed to facilitate transactions and inventory management. The design results show a cashier application that is responsive and easy to learn. Users provided positive feedback, indicating wider adoption in the retail environment. This research highlights the importance of developing cashier applications that focus on user needs in improving efficiency and user experience in retail businesses.
