Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuanya. Guna memperoleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, maka dibutuhkan proses rekruitmen yang secara baik dan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses rekruitmen dan seleksi karyawan pada PT.Interbis Palembang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa proses rekruitmen karyawan bagian produksi menggunakan metode internal dan eksternal. Metode internal dan eksternal ini menggunakan metode simple additive weighting. Simple Additive Weighting ialah metode penjumlahan berbobot yang menghasilkan nilai hasil normalisasi tertinggi yang ditentukan oleh nilai alternatif dan juga nilai kriteria berbobot. Proses rekruitmen dan seleksi yang diteliti hanya pada bagian produksi saja. Terkait dengan proses seleksi karyawan bagian produksi, perusahaan menggunakan langkah penerimaan pendahuluan, wawancara seleksi, pemeriksaan referensi-referensi, wawancara akhir dan keputusan langsung. Setelah proses seleksi ini diperolehlah karyawan yang pantas untuk diterima di PT. Interbis Sejahtera Palembang dengan nilai jumlah bobot tertinggi ialah 15,0. dan terendah ialah 3,75.

The more advanced the times, the more new things are found and one of them is world heritage. This world heritage can be in the form of geological heritage, cultural heritage, heritage, biological heritage, etc. This arises from the human initiative to find new things which then this heritage will be preserved and maintained. Then the various heritages are processed and preserved through Geoparks. An Earth Park (Geopark) is a single or combined geographic area, which has a Geological Heritage Site (Geosite) and valuable landscapes, related to aspects of Geological Heritage (Geoheritage), Geological Diversity (Geodiversity), Biodiversity (Biodiversity), and Cultural Diversity (Cultural Diversity), and managed for conventional purposes, education, and sustainable community economic development with the active involvement of the community and local government, so that it can be used to foster public understanding and concern for the earth and the surrounding environment. throughout the world without exception, and all under the auspices of UNESCO. UNESCO is an abbreviation of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) or the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization which was founded in 1945. The purpose of the organization is to support peace and security by promoting cooperation between countries through education, science and culture in order to increase mutual respect based on justice, the rule of law, human rights, and essential freedoms. To Improve the Belitong Geopark Information Center Has a Website to provide information to the public globally. From the analysis of the Geopark Website, there are several layouts and color choices that do not fit well. Therefore, through this research, a User Interface was developed on the Geopark Website so that it is easy to use by users, has a good User Experience and has a good user interface quality. Along with the increasing number of internet service users at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+), the number of customer complaints about the services received also increases. At this time PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) still does not have a system that accommodates customer complaints. Therefore, the author focuses on the purpose of this study to design a Customer Complaint Service Application design for PT. Indonesia Comnet Plus (ICON+) Palembang branch. The customer complaint application at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) is designed using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool which is used to describe the system designed and to make it easier to visualize the system designed by the author. This application is designed using Figma to design the user interface. Meanwhile, to design the database design the author uses a sqlite database. The research method applied in this research is the development of the waterfall method which describes a systematic and sequential approach (step by step) in software development. (ICON+). Where customers can submit complaints through this application without having to come directly to the ICON + Office to be more effective and time and cost efficient. As for PT PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) this application can provide convenience in managing customer complaints related to services that are being used by PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) customers so that they can be handled properly.Keywords : ICON+, Design, Mobile, UML, Waterfall

Setelah proses seleksi ini diperolehlah karyawan yang pantas untuk diterima di PT. Interbis Sejahtera Palembang dengan nilai jumlah bobot tertinggi ialah 15,0. dan terendah ialah 3,75.

This research aims to develop a cashier application to improve efficiency and user experience in Rieska stores. By using the UI/UX design method, this application is designed to facilitate transactions and inventory management. The design results show a cashier application that is responsive and easy to learn. Users provided positive feedback, indicating wider adoption in the retail environment. This research highlights the importance of developing cashier applications that focus on user needs in improving efficiency and user experience in retail businesses.

The rapid development of information technology has had a major impact on various aspects of life, including the delivery of information and marketing. Information technology allows more efficient data processing through the use of computers and software, with its application in various sectors, such as websites for marketing. One example of the application of information technology is the online villa booking system. This journal focuses on designing an online villa booking system, which aims to simplify the villa booking process without having to come directly to the location. This study uses the Waterfall method for system development and applies Unified Modeling Language (UML) in its design. Along with the development of technology in everyday life in order to convey information, various media are needed to help disseminate it. As a case study, Gunung Gare Villa in Pagar Alam, South Sumatra, which has great tourism potential but still uses a manual booking system, is the focus. main topic of this research. With the proposed online booking system, it is hoped that it can increase the efficiency and convenience of visitors in booking villas, while supporting a more effective marketing strategy

The study purpose was to design and evaluate a web-based reservation information system for salon and beauty careservices at Adel Beauty Studio Sukaraya, Baturaja. The development of this system was motivated by the growing needfor digitalization in the beauty service industry, aiming to improve efficiency, reduce booking errors, and enhancecustomer satisfaction through technology-driven innovation.Materials and methods. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database,applying the prototyping development model. The website allows customers to register, log in, view available treatmentpackages, select schedules, and confirm reservations online. Administrators can manage user data, booking data,treatment packages, and generate reports efficiently. The functionality of the system was tested using black-box testingto ensure that each feature worked as expected.Results. All functional tests produced results according to the planned design. The online booking system simplifiedthe reservation process, reduced customer waiting times, and minimized manual data errors. The admin modulesuccessfully managed user and transaction data, supporting smoother and more organized operations.Conclusions. The web-based reservation information system proved to be effective, user-friendly, and efficient inmanaging salon services. This system provides a practical solution to improve service quality and operationalperformance while offering potential for future integration with digital payment systems and Internet of Things (IoT)technology.

The development of information technology has changed the way service-based businesses manage their operational processes, including event decoration services. Manual booking methods such as phone calls, messaging apps, or direct visits often lead to miscommunication, inefficient data management, and customer difficulties in accessing service information. In Muara Padang District, many decoration service providers still use conventional ordering methods, which are less efficient and limit business reach. This study aims to design and implement a website-based event decoration service platform with online booking features to facilitate the ordering process and improve service accessibility. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The results show that the website successfully provides features for users to view decoration packages, make online orders, and for admins to manage orders and view transaction reports. Blackbox testing confirms that all functions work as expected. This website is expected to increase the efficiency of decoration service businesses and provide a better customer experience.

This research was conducted at the Lubuk Linggau District Court, South Sumatra. This study aims to examine and analyze the legal rules on criminal acts without the right to carry sharp weapons in the Musi Rawas Lubuk Linggau area. The method used in this study is a normative legal research method that is descriptive analysis, namely research conducted by examining library materials (secondary data) or library legal research. The types and sources of data used in this study are Types of data, Data sources and, data collection techniques used in this study using library research. Based on the research results, in terms of ownership of sharp weapons, anyone without exception can be punished in this case, and when is a person declared as a perpetrator of the crime of ownership of sharp weapons as written in the rules as regulated and threatened with criminal penalties in Article 2 paragraph (1) of Law/drt/No.12 of 1951. Like the case study discussed in this case, the case of "Without the Right to Carry Sharp Weapons" is proven written in article two, it is explained that anyone who without the right brings into Indonesia, makes, receives, tries to obtain it, hands over or tries to hand over, controls, carries, has a stock of it or has in his possession, stores, transports, hides, uses or removes from Indonesia a weapon for striking, stabbing, or stabbing weapon (slag, steek of stoot wapen), is punished with a maximum prison sentence of ten years. The conclusion in this case is that anyone who does not have a permit to own sharp weapons and has no relationship with his work is declared to have committed the crime of possessing sharp weapons without a permit. .That in the case of possession of sharp weapons without a permit, it basically must be further investigated in order to fulfill the elements of justice from various parties, namely the judge's consideration must look at two sides, which in this case the consideration should no longer look at what kind of unrest is a threat to residents so that the defendant is reported, and see what caused the defendant to carry a sharp weapon on the grounds of being on guard.
