Abstract

Abstract In an era of increasingly intense business competition, retaining existing customers has become more critical than merely acquiring new ones. This study offers a novel contribution by simultaneously examining the effects of service quality, product diversity, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty within a unified analytical model a relationship that has been rarely investigated collectively in prior research. The study explores the key factors influencing customer loyalty, specifically focusing on service quality, product diversity, and customer satisfaction. Employing a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis, the research assesses the direct impact of these three variables on customer loyalty. The results indicate that customer satisfaction exerts the most substantial influence on customer loyalty, with a path coefficient of 0.415, a t-statistic of 6.337, and a p-value of 0.000. Product diversity also demonstrates a statistically significant positive effect (coefficient = 0.269; t-statistic = 3.870; p-value = 0.000), underscoring the importance of offering a wide range of products to sustain customer retention. Meanwhile, service quality contributes positively to customer loyalty, albeit with a comparatively smaller effect (coefficient = 0.208; t-statistic = 3.386; p-value = 0.001). These findings highlight that enhancing customer satisfaction should be prioritized as the core strategy to strengthen loyalty, followed by expanding product variety and continuously improving service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the adoption of the theory of planned behaviour for predicting entrepreneurial intentions by examining moral judgement as an intervening variable. This study is significant in the present times since there is flawed reasoning when analysing entrepreneurial intentions. Most people believe that entrepreneurial intention is a manifestation of social aspects or favourable or unfavourable evaluation of the behaviour of interest. As such, they formulate that those aspects directly affect entrepreneurial intentions. Within the current study, our analyses do not provide strong empirical evidence for such claims. It is documented that moral judgment becomes a mediator for the use of social aspects to predict entrepreneurial intentions. Then, this study also found that moral judgment is the best and closest predictor of entrepreneurial intentions. Therefore, our study proposes different directions to understand and predict entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

This study examines the factors that influence customer loyalty, focusing on service quality, product variety, and customer satisfaction. Through quantitative analysis, this study identifies the direct influence of each variable on customer loyalty. The results show that customer satisfaction has the most significant impact, where higher levels of satisfaction consistently increase loyalty. Product variety also contributes substantially, indicating the importance of offering a wide range of product choices to retain customers. Service quality has a positive impact on loyalty, although with a smaller effect compared to satisfaction and product variety. These findings emphasize the importance of improving service quality, expanding product variety, and prioritizing customer satisfaction as key strategies to drive sustainable customer loyalty. These strategies can be the basis for building long-term relationships between companies and customers.
