Abstract

Scientific publications in journals of international repute act as a medium for self-actualization academics in the development of science internationally. Higher education institutions that have the quality of education, science, and technology are good tend to have a high number of international publications. To produce scientific publications of high quality must be supported by research and a source of reference quality. In an effort to improve the scientific publication of national repute academic environment. Malang State University. providing electronic information resources in the form of an electronic journal that comes from a variety of electronic information resources, in the hope utilized by students in an effort to increase scientific publication of international repute. The effort is also supported by a set of rules that requires that academic graduate students have a scientific publication of international repute as a graduation requirement

Abstract

Partners are Wonton food UMKM entrepreneurs who have problems in production, marketing, and finance. Problems in production include inadequate production equipment such as small and easily problematic meat grinders, limited coolers for storing food, and insufficient product variety because there are only 2 flavors. Problems in marketing include the lack of marketing tools such as not having a banner showing the product and brand, not having a brand logo as a business identity, and marketing that is only limited to neighbors and acquaintances. Problems in finance include partners making financial reports manually and simply. The objectives of the PKM activities carried out in general are: 1) increasing the number of partner production; 2) increasing partner product variants; 3) increasing partner product sales; 4) improving partner business financial management. The method of implementing PKM is through grants of meat grinders, coolers, and banners, as well as training. The results of community service show the enthusiasm of partners to undergo the program and improve their business performance. Through the active participation of partners, partner's business problems can be overcome. The impact of this PKM are 1) increasing partner production, 2) increasing partner skills in doing business, 3) increasing partner business performance. Keywords: Wonton, UMKM, Food, PKM

Abstract

Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran singkat tentang bagaimana kompensasi dan fasilitas kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara bertahap pada PT Mavindo Damar Sejahtera. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan masalah kompensasi dan fasilitas kerja yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh yang menggunakan semua anggota populasi yaitu seluruh karyawan sebanyak 30 orang. Dalam membuktikan hipotesis digunakan uji analisis korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji regresi (sederhana dan berganda), dan uji signifikansi (uji t dan uji F) dengan bantuan SPSS 25,0. Studi ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara Kompensasi dan Fasilitas Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, faktor Kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT Mavindo Damar Sejahtera Surabaya. Diharapkan PT Mavindo Damar Sejahtera Surabaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai karena jika Kompensasi baik maka Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja kinerja pegawai, yaitu pengaruh dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang baik dengan konfensasi yang baik.

Abstract

The partner in this community service program is Wonton UMKM entrepreneur. The problems faced by the partner are inadequate production equipments, lack of product variety, lack of marketing tools and strategies, and lack of systematic financial records. To overcome these problems, researchers used several methods, such as providing food grinding tool (chopper), freezer, and banner that show products and brand logo, providing training in the use of social media and e-commerce as marketing media, designing business brand logo, training in making systematic financial record using Microsoft Excel, and providing training and assistance to partner in running a business based on management theories. As the results, the partner can increase their production capacity, increase sales, and make systematic financial records.
