Abstract

The author is interested in focusing his research on surah Luqman verses 12-19 because this verse has the closest meaning to early childhood education. This research uses library research with efforts to search for literature references related to the subject matter discussed descriptively, namely research that collects materials, books, supporting literature. The data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis by analyzing the meaning contained in the verses of the Qur'an related to early childhood according to surah al-Luqman verses 12-19 according to the tafsir of Ibn Kathir. The results showed that the educational value that needs to be instilled from surah al-Luqman verses 12-19 includes aqidah education, shari'ah education, and moral education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of organizational communication carried out by the management of the Jami' Al-Ilham Mosque in an effort to empower the mosque, musala, and majlis taklim. Organizational communication is an important aspect in creating synergy, conveying the vision of the ummah, and building networks between religious institutions in the surrounding environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of the activities of mosque administrators and fostered partners. The results showed that the communication carried out was two-way and participatory, utilizing various formal and informal communication channels. The communication strategies applied include regular coordination meetings, the use of social media, and a family-based personal approach. The implementation of effective communication contributes to increasing the institutional capacity of the fostered partners, strengthening community solidarity, and expanding the reach of da'wah and social religious activities. This research recommends the importance of strengthening internal communication structures and developing technology-based communication media to support sustainable empowerment.

Abstract

The emergence of moral decadence and mental weakness in adolescents in society generally begins with poor family education and parenting. The role of fathers as educators is very strategic to create a generation of teenagers who have a straight faith, have good morals, have a tough spirit and have a strong body. This is because the first and foremost education for children is the family environment. Studies to optimize the role of fathers need to be done. This study aims to analyze the concept of fathers as educators of adolescent children based on Q.S. Joseph: 17-18. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. This study leads to a conclusion in the form of the concept of fathers as educators of adolescent children. This concept includes aspects of the function, method and ideal character of the father. The function aspect consists of two, namely the existence function which includes functions as a leader, supervisor and protector. The function of educators includes educators of faith, morals, spiritual and physical. Optimizing the function of faith education is supported by elements of instilling faith and monotheism. The function of moral educators is supported by the cultivation of honesty, firmness and courage to sacrifice, responsibility and trust. Spiritual functions are supported by the process of growing patience, gratitude and mahabbah. Physical function can be realized by playing activities, sports or competitions. The ideal method of a father in educating teenagers includes exemplary methods, advice, effective communication, rewards and punishments. Meanwhile, the ideal character that a father must possess includes faith and piety, knowledge and fairness, patience, forgiveness, tawakkal and lots of prayer.

Abstract

The interpretation of Q.S. Yusuf verse 24 is often debated among scholars, especially regarding the concept of infallibility (‘Iṣmat al-Anbiyā’) or the infallibility of the prophets. This verse is considered to contain important implications regarding the Prophet Yusuf's resistance to temptation, which forms the basis for understanding the nature of the infallibility of the prophets in Islam. This study aims to criticize the opinions of Ibn Abbas and Ibn Abi Mulaikah in interpreting this verse, which are considered different by some scholars because they are considered contrary to the principle of ʿIsmatul Anbiya. This study uses a library research method by collecting and analyzing classical and contemporary sources, including commentaries and works of scholars. The results of the study show that the interpretations of Ibn Abbas and Ibn Abi Mulaikah received sharp criticism from other commentators, such as Asy-Syinqithi, who argued that both interpretations are less in accordance with the concept of the infallibility of the Prophet from all sins and moral weaknesses. This finding emphasizes the importance of understanding the context and principles of ʿIsmatul Anbiya in interpreting verses concerning the character of the prophets, to be in accordance with the views of the majority of scholars who maintain the moral integrity of the prophets.
