Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the forms of bullying behavior and to know the psychological dynamics of victims and perpetrators. This article uses a qualitative method with the object of research in Alhikmah Islamic Boarding School-Kajen, and the subject of this study there are four students and one board of students. As a result, there are bullying behaviors both verbal and non-verbal. Verbally including swearing, teasing, shouting, making negative labels, while non-verbally, including hitting, kicking, damaging his friend's belongings, forcing the will. In the psychological dynamics aspect of bullying victims, on average they are physically or at a school level less than the perpetrators, physically weaker, While the psychological dynamics of the bullying perpetrators are considering themselves to be superior, physically bigger and stronger, the perpetrators are happy with the spectacle of violence ( aggressive). Psychological dynamics in the context of the situation, including managers who are not responsive in fact all children, both large and small, are mixed without any sorting.

Abstract

Abstrak Proses pembelajaran diperlukan adanya faktor eksternal yaitu berupa alat atau media agar penyampaian materi dapat dipahami dengan lebih baik. Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan angkatan 2015-2016 Jurusan Tekik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Surabaya ditemukan informasi bahwa, mahasiswa kesulitan menalar perintah menggambar dengan AutoCAD, hal ini disebabkan media yang digunakan adalah konvensional yaitu dengan contoh gambar kalkir dan demonstrasi dari dosen. Media pembelajaran berupa video tutorial sebagai media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam menerangkan penggunaan AutoCAD sesuai prosedur menggambar bangunan sipil, diharapkan dapat membantu mahasiswa dapat menalar dan kemudian menerapkan pada gambar dengan mudah. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penjelasan secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui pengembangan media video tutorial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi seluruh mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan angkatan 2017 Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Surabaya dengan jumlah 39 mahasiswa. Besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini dihitung menggunakan rumus Nomogram Harry King, dan hasil perhitungan menunjukkan sampel dalam penelitian ini minimal 20. Hasil peneltian ditunjukkan dengan hasil validasi dan hasil angket respon. Hasil validasi oleh dua dosen, media tutorial ini secara keseluruhan mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 77,44%, maka video tutorial mendapat predikat layak berdasarkan tabel Riduwan(2013: 39-41). Hasil dari angket respon menunjukkan rata-rata dari keseluruhan angket respon siswa menghasilkan penilaian 78,83%, berdasarkan kriteria yang dikutip dari Riduwan (2013: 39-41), maka secara umum respon mahasiswa adalah tegolong baik (B). Abstract The learning process requires the existence of external factors in the form of tools or media so that the delivery of material can be better understood. In the 2015-2016 Building Engineering Education Study Program Students of the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Surabaya State University found information that students found it difficult to reason with drawing commands with AutoCAD, this was due to the conventional media that is by example tracing images and demonstrations from lecturers. Learning media in the form of video tutorials as an effective learning media in explaining the use of AutoCAD according to the procedure of drawing civil buildings, is expected to help students to reason and then apply it to images easily. This study uses quantitative descriptive with descriptive explanations to find out the development of video tutorial media. The population in this study includes all students of the 2017 Building Engineering Education Study Program of the Department of Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering, Surabaya State University with a total of 39 students. The size of the sample in this study was calculated using Harry Kings Nomogram formula, and the calculation results showed the sample in this study was at least 20. The results of the research are indicated by the results of the validation and the results of the response questionnaire. The results of the validation by two lecturers, this tutorial media as a whole gets an average value of 77.44%, then the tutorial video gets a decent title based on Riduwans table (2013: 39-41). The results of the response questionnaire showed the average of the overall student response questionnaire produced an assessment of 78.83%, based on the criteria quoted by Riduwan (2013: 39-41), in general the student response was good (B). Abstract

The impression that politics is only about fighting for power makes politics appear dirty and must be avoided. Political practices such as sara politics, identity politics that occurred in previous elections which cannot be avoided add to the image of politics which seems increasingly bad. This service aims to provide education to the novice voters of IPNU-IPPNU Pasucen Village members to understand and implement polite politics when they take part in the elections in 2024. The dedication method used is the ABCD method, in which IPNU-IPPNU members become assets and service partners. The results of the dedication show that the socialization activities can increase the knowledge of IPNU-IPPNU members regarding polite politics, and are willing to pledge together to practice polite politics in their respective village areas so that elections remain conducive and safe Kesan politik yang hanya tentang memperebutkan kekuasaan menjadikan politik seolah-olah kotor dan harus dijauhi. Praktik-praktik politik seperti politik sara, politik identitas yang tejadi di pemilu sebelum-sebelumnya yang tidak dapat terelakkan menambah citra politik yang semakin terkesan buruk. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada para pemilih pemula anggota IPNU-IPPNU Desa Pasucen untuk memahami dan mengimplementasikan politik santun ketika nanti tahun 2024 mereka mengikuti pemilu. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan dengan metode ABCD, yang mana para anggota IPNU-IPPNU menjadi aset dan mitra pengabdian. Dari hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa dari kegiatan sosialisasi dapat menambah pengetahuan dari anggota IPNU-IPPNU terkait politik santun, serta bersedia untuk berikrar bersama mempraktikkan politik santun di wilayah desanya masing-masing agar pemilu tetap kondusif dan aman

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan tik tok terhadap perkembangan sosial dan kepribadian anak. Munculnya Tik tok saat ini telah menjadi sebuah media aplikasi yang banyak digandrungi oleh berbagai kalangan termasuk anak-anak usia MI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mewawancarai orang tua dari dua anak kelas III dan kelas V MI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak penggunaan Tik Tok terhadap kepribadian anak yakni anak-anak cenderung menirukan sesuatu yang ia lihat dari tik tok tersebut. Sedangkan dampak terhadap perkembangan sosial mereka ini tidak membawa banyak perubahan, karena meskipun mereka suka bermain smartphone dan bermain tik tok mereka juga masih tau batasan. Keduanya masih suka bermain di luar bersama teman temannya ketimbang hanya bermain tik tok di dalam rumah.

Abstract

Schools are expected to be able to provide a sense of security, comfort and fun for children, so that the learning process and results are maximized. But the facts on the ground show that students often get pressure and feel uncomfortable when going to school. Inappropriate school conditions and an uncomfortable environment cause children to be vulnerable to violence, both verbal and psychological. The aims of this study are (1) to determine the concept of realizing a child-friendly school based on early childhood character values ​​in RA Hidayah Tayu, Pati Regency, (2) to examine the implementation of child-friendly schools in RA Hidayah Tayu, Pati Regency in realizing the character values ​​of early childhood. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection used are observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this study used data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions (verification). The results of the study show that RA Hidayah has implemented 4 child-friendly school concepts. The concept of a child-friendly school is carried out with the stages of preparation, planning, implementation and outcome (characterized students). While the implementation towards child-friendly schools is realized by the presence of 4 components, namely protection, care, education and health.

Abstract

The author is interested in focusing his research on surah Luqman verses 12-19 because this verse has the closest meaning to early childhood education. This research uses library research with efforts to search for literature references related to the subject matter discussed descriptively, namely research that collects materials, books, supporting literature. The data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis by analyzing the meaning contained in the verses of the Qur'an related to early childhood according to surah al-Luqman verses 12-19 according to the tafsir of Ibn Kathir. The results showed that the educational value that needs to be instilled from surah al-Luqman verses 12-19 includes aqidah education, shari'ah education, and moral education.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah membekali pelaku UMKM di Desa Gadingrejo tentang pentingnya branding produk yang kuat serta strategi membuat konten media sosial Instagram yang efektif. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh sebanyak 26 peserta yang mayoritas bergerak bada bidang makanan olahan. Pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan ABCD. Pendekatan ABCD adalah sebuah paradigma yang menekankan pentingnya mengenali dan mengembangkan aset, potensi, dan kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh komunitas. Dalam pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan empat langkah yaitu discovery, dream, design dan destiny. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan jika semula para pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan usahanya masih sangat tradisional hanya sebatas membuat produk dan memasarkannya secara terbatas lokal desa. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan muncul semangat baru dan optimisme dalam membesarkan usaha UMKM yang mereka jalankan. Peserta pelatihan sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan karena wawasan mereka terbuka dan timbul optimisme untuk membesarkan branding produk dan jangkauan pemasaran sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset pendapatan mereka.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide polite political education to students related to the current political year situation. This is considered important because political literacy that is still low will make them feel full of guidance. In the end, many of them just participate in politics without paying attention to the good or bad. The service method used in this community service is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) with the main asset being the students of the Majlis Ta'lim Al-hikmah Islamic Boarding School (PERMATA) who are potential novice voters. The practice of service starts from observation, FGD, socialization, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the service concluded that one way to provide an understanding of polite politics to students in Pati Regency is to provide education related to what polite politics is, its practices, and how to apply it. This method can also provide understanding to students regarding what can and cannot be done to implement political actions in a polite manner. That polite politics is higher than just practical politics that is dirty and legalizes all means.

Abstract

Counseling Guidance is a unit that exists in every educational institution from kindergarten to university. BK services not only help students who have problems, but also help them to find their maximum potential. Therefore, the researcher is interested in conducting research at MI Darun Najah Ngemplak Kidul Pati to find out the implementation of guidance and counseling activities there as well as the problems experienced by the students and the factors that cause them. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the student counseling guidance service program at MI Darun Najah Ngemplak Kidul Pati. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of counseling guidance services for students at MI Darun Najah Ngemplak Kidul Pati was implemented through student affairs, homeroom teachers, and classroom teachers with the implementation of various counseling guidance programs, these programs ranging from orientation, cooperation, health, information, learning, individual, and periodic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi teori sibernetik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada anak usia dini melalui media permainan konstruktif Lego. Teori sibernetik, yang menekankan pada sistem pemrosesan informasi dan berpikir komputasi, digunakan sebagai pendekatan dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi. Pendekatan ini membantu anak untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir logis, algoritmik, dan mengenali pola dalam menyelesaikan masalah. Melalui metode observasi dan wawancara di PAUDQU Ittihadul Ummah, ditemukan fakta bahwa permainan Lego yang dipadukan dengan media interaktif mampu menstimulasi anak dalam membangun solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi secara mandiri dan berulang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis teori sibernetik dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perkembangan kemampuan kognitif dan problem solving anak usia dini.
