Abstract

The problem of the social phenomenon of teen marriage in Indonesia is one of the phenomena that often occurs in some areas of the homeland, either in the urban area or in the rural area. This case shows the simplicity of thought pattern so that the social phenomenon (teen marriage) still recurs and takes place in some areas of the homeland either in the big eities or in the remote homeland. The phenomenon of teen marriage will have an affect on the family life and the quality of human resource of Indonesian. The age of teen marriage is relevant to the height of divorce rate because the husband/wife spouses who are the teenagers have not been ready to build household life. Physiologically, they have not been mature to think, even they tend to be unstable and emotional when there are problems and disputes in their household which end up with a divorce instead. Besiders a lot of divorce cases occur, the babby and mother mortality constitutes the highest case in Indonesia. Thus the social phenomenon of teen marriage is once again discussed by some esperts and public figures. They try to review Law Number 1 1974 article 7 section 1 which asserts women are allowed to get married at the age of 16 years old and men are 18 years old. Therefore this writing explains how the age of teen marriage on the positive law of the country and Islamic law. Therefore, this article explains the problems and high rates of early marriage.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry in Indonesia is experiencing significant growth, and Japfa Best Serpong as part of Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. faces operational challenges related to product quality management, particularly in inventory management and product delivery. This research aims to analyze and optimize the implementation of ERP system, especially Odoo inventory module, to improve the efficiency of inventory management and reduce stock recording errors. The research methodology was conducted through interviews with the Administrator of Japfa Best Serpong, analysis using Porter's Value Chain Model, and design and testing of an Odoo-based ERP system. The results show that the implementation of the Odoo inventory module can increase the accuracy of stock records, improve product quality control, and reduce losses due to customer complaints and refunds. The system also enables better integration with logistics partners and flexibility in feature customization, which supports continuous innovation for the company. In conclusion, implementing Odoo as an ERP solution can increase Japfa Best Serpong's competitiveness in an increasingly competitive industry by improving operational efficiency and customer service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of realizing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA). The research uses a quantitative method with an associative research type. The data used are secondary in the form of financial statements and sustainability reports for 2019-2023 obtained from the Bank BCA website. The data analysis method uses a simple linear regression model with the SPSS program for data processing. The research results show that the CSR variable has a positive and significant effect on ROE and simultaneously contributes 77.8% to influencing ROE. Meanwhile, the remaining 22.2% is influenced by other factors outside the model being studied.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh realisasi dana Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Return On Equity (ROE) pada PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA). Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan laporan keberlanjutan periode tahun 2019-2023 yang diperoleh dari website PT. Bank BCA Tbk. Metode analisis data menggunakan model regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS untuk pengolahan datanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROE dan secara simultan memberikan pengaruh sebesar 77,8% dalam mempengaruhi ROE. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 22,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model yang diteliti.

Abstract

Rumah Gemilang Indonesia (RGI) yang terletak di Pengasinan, Kec. Sawangan, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat merupakan sebuah program di bidang pendidikan pesantren pelatihan dibawah naungan Lembaga Amil Zakat Al Azhar yang berupaya mendidik para pemuda usia produktif dari keluarga yatim dan dhuafa untuk memperoleh keterampilan dan nilai diri agar dapat mandiri. Salah satu jenis keterampilan yang diberikan adalah usaha di bidang otomotif. Permasalahan yang ditemukan mitra sebagai siswa pesantren diantaranya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan keuangan untuk merintis usaha kecil. Sehingga tujuan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia (UAI) adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para peserta pesantren pelatihan bidang otomotif tentang pengelolaan keuangan untuk usaha kecil. Materi edukasi yang disampaikan antara lain adalah tentang pencatatan transaksi penjualan barang, perhitungan jasa perbaikan, komponen perhitungan untung rugi serta perhitungan pajak yang menjadi kewajiban pengusaha. Para peserta pelatihan memberikan respon positif namun masih terdapat sejumlah pertanyaan terkait pencatatan transaksi atas barang dan jasa. Sehingga rekomendasi tim adalah perlu diberikan pelatihan lebih lanjut terkait materi keuangan untuk pengusaha kecil.  Kata kunci: Pengelolaan Keuangan, Pencatatan Transaksi, Usaha Kecil, Otomotif, Siswa Pesantren.
