Abstract

The purpose of the study. To find out how far the influence of physical components (physical fitness) which includes speed, leg explosive power and balance on long jump ability. Materials and methods. This research is descriptive with regression technique which gives a general description about agility, limb explosive power and balance with long jump ability. The research subjects used were 40 people. With a random sampling technique, the data is processed using a correlation technique through the help of the SPSS program. Results. From the data analysis, the results obtained are: (1). There is a significant effect of speed on the long jump ability, with the value of r arithmetic (r0)=0.687 (P<0.05) with a contribution value of 47.2% (2). There is a significant effect of limb explosive power on Long Jump Ability. with a calculated r value (r0) = 0.504 (P<0.05) with a contribution value of 25.4% (3). There is a significant effect on the balance of Long Jump Ability, with a calculated r value (r0) = 0.415 (P<0.05) with a contribution value of 17.2% (4). There is a significant effect together in terms of speed, leg explosive power, balance on Long Jump Ability, with a calculated r value (r0) = 0.725 (P < 0.05) with a contribution value of 52.6%. Conclusions. From the results of data processing, it shows that it has a significant influence from data analysis, namely speed, leg explosive power and balance on long jump ability

Abstract

This study aims to produce learning media based on animated video applications through the circuit training method to improve basic volleyball skills. This research is a development (Research & Development) that refers to Thiangarajan's 4-D (Four-D) device development model. define, design, develop, disseminate. The stages of this model include define, design, develop and disseminate at the product validation stage through review by experts and product trials to students. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of this study are the process of developing biomechanical animation media and the feasibility of animated videos obtained based on the average of each validator. Data analysis of volleyball skills test content/material expert review reached 90% very good. Biomechanics animation media expert review 91% good, media review reached 93% good, small group validation reached 93% good and large group validation reached 94 very good. It is concluded that in this learning design, using the R&D model, define, design, develop, disseminte, a biomechanical animated video learning media has been produced through the circuit training method.

Abstract

Pelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan circuit training terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai pada siswa Ekstrakuriker voleey ball. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan memakai metode penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa ekstrakurikuler yang berada di SMA Negeri 2 Manggelewa yang berjumlah 15 orang siswa. Instrument untuk mengukur kekuatan power otot tungkai adalah tes vertical jump. Data di peroleh melalui pretest dan postest. Dari hasil teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Dari hasil penelitian pengaruh metode latihan circuit training terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai pada siswa Ekstrakuriker volley ball., di peroleh t-hitung sebesar 18,812 dan t-tabel sebesar 1,76131 dan p < dari 0,05. Hasil tersebut diartikan bahwa hipotesis dinyatakan diterima, sehingga hipotesis yang diajukan menyatakan bahwa Metode Latihan Circuit Training sangat tepat untuk peningkatan Power Otot tungkai khususnya dalam permainan volley ball.

Abstract

Badminton course is one of the compulsory subjects taught in the STKIP Yapis Dompu Physical Health and Recreation Education study program ideally, in the learning process students will not only learn material related to badminton techniques, but also with traditional games that heve regional culture in Bima-Dompu. There are several factors that cause students to find in difficult to undersand material related to badminton courses, namely empahasizing mastery of the material and methods taught using lecture, discusssion, power point and LCD methods taught so far. Less effective for practical courses, due to limited facilities owned by students, used is mpa’a lape The purpose of this research is to produce the traditional game to increase student creativity in the T & P Badminton course using the Borg and Gall model, media validity was obtained from the results of expert validation consisting of two material experts with the stage I validation questionnaire on experts material I 95% and material experts II. 91.66% and the validation is done by media experts. Media experts II 95%. Phase II validation questionnaire material expert I 96% and material expert II 96%. Questionnaire calculationon student responses are given. Media experts I. 95% and media experts II 95% with the criteria “ Veri suitable for use “ the practicality of the media was obtained throught a questionnaire responding to class A students of the Physical Education Health and Recreation Study Program for the 2023-2024 academic year of 2023-2024 by 95 % with the criteria “ Very suitable for use” The conclusion that Mpa’a Lape Traditional games to increase student crativity in T &P Badminton courses is valid and practically used in badminton courses.

Abstract

The problems encountered by researchers as lecturers in Injury Handling and Care (PPC) courses include: (a) Injuries that they study and understand are identical Handling and treatment must be handled in a hospital using prescription drugs from an injury specialist (b) Background students' understanding of medicinal plants and the composition of traditional herbal medicines is still minimal (c) Student knowledge is still limited in understanding the purpose and benefits of consuming Mbojo traditional herbal ingredients “Lo'i Pa'i Piri”. The problem solving model in this research uses Hellison's model which has been tested for its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This study uses a 4-D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. In conclusion, teaching materials for Handling and Treatment of Injury Using Mbojo's Traditional Herbal Concoction "Loi Pai Piri" are sourced from plants and plants of the Bima Community with the Hellison'S model approach. good category, because all the learning tools in the teaching materials are valid based on expert judgment, student responses are very positive because of their practicality when used in learning, and can improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini guna mencari pengaruh perlakuan tertentu terhadap yang lain dalam kondisi yang terkendali, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa latihan high intensity interval training dengan metode latihan yang secara teratur untuk dapat meningkatkan kemampuan lompatan smash bola voli dan kelincahan gerak dalam permainan bola voli, sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah latihan yang di uji cobakan pada 30 siswa SMAN 1 Woja dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Data di analisa secara kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eeksperimen semu. Dan data analisis dengan mengunakan aplikasi SPSS 21. Dan hasil power otot tungkai 80% dan kelincahan gerak 75%, Simpulan pada penelitian ini adalah bahwa metode latihan high intensity interval training layak untuk meningkatkan lompatan smash bola voli dan kelincahan gerak dalam permainan bola voli pada siswa SMAN 1 Woja . dengan demikian program latihan yang teratur bisa memberikan tambahan latihan yang sangat baik untuk pemain bisa lebih meningkatkan lagi kualitas dan kuantitasnya.
