Abstract

A decision support system is used to find out the best dealer A decision support system is used to find out the best dealer in Riau with the WP (Weighted Product) method and a system is made to run it. In this system, the user will assign a weight value to each criterion and alternative.The data will be collected using interview and observation techniques. The analysis technique that will be used is to collect data, analyze data and draw conclusions from the results of research that has been carried out related to this research.The result of this research is a web-based system where the user can see the ranking based on the criteria and alternative values that the user inputs.

Abstract

The use of the e-retribution system in Bukittinggi since the beginning of 2020 has an effect on the local revenue (PAD) from the retribution sector. This study aims to find out and analyze the implementation of the Bukittinggi Mayor Regulation Number 39 of 2020 regarding the payment, deposit and payment procedures for wholesale and/or shop levies electronically analyzed using Edward III's theory. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used was obtained by field research and library research. Data analysis was carried out by qualitative analysis and using purposive sampling technique in determining the sources. Testing the validity of the data is done by triangulation method. The results showed that the implementation of the electronic retribution collection policy at the Department of Small And Medium Business Cooperatives And Trade when viewed from the Eward III theory had not been implemented optimally. In terms of resources, there is a shortage of personnel in managing user fees electronically. In addition, the absence of specialized personnel in the field of information and technology has resulted in the slow development of the electronic levy receipt application system. The absence of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) made by the Department of Small And Medium Business Cooperatives And Trade is also an obstacle in implementing the policy. The e-retribution has not yet been implemented as a whole because the collection of retribution before 2019 is still collected manually.

Abstract

The movement of the realization of the reduction in uncollectible accounts in Bukittinggi did not change significantly, because the execution only started processing in 2020 after BPK finds it. The process of eliminating uncollectible accounts that have expired is where data rearrangement or updating is carried out first, but in fact the Bukittinggi City Government does not do it due to a shortage of human resources. It can indirectly provide a negative picture of the performance of Bukittinggi City Government. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used was obtained by field research and library research. Data analysis was carried out by qualitative analysis and using purposive sampling technique in determining the sources. Testing the validity of the data is done by triangulation method. The results showed that the implementation of the policy for the write-off of PBB-P2 receivables that had expired at the Bukittinggi City Finance Agency when viewed from the Eward III theory had not been implemented optimally. In terms of communication, there are still shortcomings and in terms of resources there are deficiencies both in terms of quantity and quality.The focus of attention is the implementation of the Mayor of Bukittinggi Regulation Number 11 of 2014 so that it can be successfully implemented to overcome the problem of expired land and building tax receivables in rural and urban areas.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the effect of digital skills and market feasibility on startup performance, with Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) acting as a moderating variable. The rapid digital transformation has reshaped entrepreneurial ecosystems, making digital competence and market alignment essential for startup survival. Using a quantitative explanatory design, data were collected from 100 startup founders through structured questionnaires. The results show that digital skills have a significant positive effect on startup performance, demonstrating how technological proficiency enhances innovation, operational efficiency, and competitiveness. In contrast, market feasibility reveals a significant but negative effect, suggesting possible misinterpretation of market conditions or oversaturation within competitive industries. TVET training emerges as the strongest predictor, indicating its crucial role in equipping entrepreneurs with practical competencies, hands-on problem-solving skills, and technical readiness. Furthermore, TVET training moderates the effects of digital skills and market feasibility, strengthening the relationship between these predictors and performance outcomes. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating digital literacy and vocational training within entrepreneurial development programs. This study contributes to theoretical understanding and provides practical insights for policymakers, educators, and startup ecosystem stakeholders. Keywords: Digital Skills, Market Feasibility, Startup Performance, TVET Training, Entrepreneurship Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh keterampilan digital dan kelayakan pasar terhadap kinerja startup, dengan pelatihan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Teknik dan Vokasional (TVET) sebagai variabel moderasi. Transformasi digital yang cepat telah mengubah ekosistem kewirausahaan, sehingga kompetensi digital dan kesesuaian pasar menjadi faktor penting bagi keberhasilan startup. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan mengumpulkan data dari 100 pendiri startup melalui kuesioner terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja startup, menegaskan bahwa kemampuan teknologi meningkatkan inovasi, efisiensi operasional, dan daya saing. Sebaliknya, kelayakan pasar menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan namun negatif, yang dapat mencerminkan kesalahan interpretasi kondisi pasar atau persaingan industri yang jenuh. Pelatihan TVET menjadi prediktor paling kuat, menegaskan perannya dalam membekali wirausaha dengan kompetensi praktis, kemampuan pemecahan masalah, dan kesiapan teknis. Selain itu, TVET memoderasi pengaruh keterampilan digital dan kelayakan pasar, memperkuat hubungan antara variabel prediktor dan kinerja. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi literasi digital dan pelatihan vokasional dalam program pengembangan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan wawasan praktis bagi pembuat kebijakan, pendidik, dan pemangku kepentingan ekosistem startup. Abstract

Abstract: The leadership style of a leader if it is perceived as something that is expected by subordinates, it will have a better effect on employee performance. Conversely, if it is not in line with expectations it will have an adverse effect on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. To achieve the research objectives, the research method used is a quantitative research method and the analytical method used is correlation analysis. The correlation coefficient r = 0.74 indicates that the Leadership Style has a strong relationship with Employee Performance at PT Outsuka Jakarta. The coefficient of determination r² = 0.55 indicates that Employee Performance at PT Outsuka Jakarta 55% is influenced by the Leadership Style, while the remaining 45% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Leadership Style, Employee Performance Abstrak: Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan perilaku yang digunakan seorang pemimpin pada saat mempengaruhi orang lain dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Perilaku kepemimpinan yang ditampilkan oleh seorang pemimpin jika dirasakan baik dan menyenangkan para karyawan, maka akan berpengaruh dan memiliki dampak yang lebih baik terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, apabila perilaku kepemimpinan yang ditampilkan seorang pemimpin sebagai sesuatu yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan para karyawan maka akan berpengaruh kurang baik terhadap kinerja karyawan itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Outsuka Jakarta dan seberapa besar faktor lain yang mempengaruhinya. Adakah hubungan yang signifikan diantara variabel gaya kepemimpinan dengan variabel kinerja karyawan. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian maka metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi. Nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,744 menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan yang kuat terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Outsuka Jakarta. Nilai koefisien determinasi r² = 0.533 menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Outsuka Jakarta 53,3% dipengaruhi oleh Gaya Kepemimpinan, sedangkan sisanya 47,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti, kompensasi, disiplin, budaya organisasi dan lain-lain. Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the implementation of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in improving students’ employability in Indonesian Vocational High Schools (SMK). The analysis focuses on four operational components: institutional management, workshop organization, training approaches, and industry-based curriculum practices. The research background highlights the persistent mismatch between the expected role of SMK as producers of skilled workers and the low employment rate of their graduates. Using a qualitative case study in selected SMK, the findings reveal that improving work readiness depends not only on teaching competencies but also on the effectiveness of operational systems in these four areas. The results show that institutional governance largely shapes industrial collaboration, instructional quality, and evaluation systems aligned with labor market demands. Industry-standard workshops significantly strengthen students’ technical skills through practical activities using relevant tools and procedures. Training models such as project-based learning, teaching factory, and internships enhance practical competencies and work attitudes. Meanwhile, flexible and collaborative curricula improve the relevance of graduate skills to industry needs. Keyword: TVET, SMK, kesiapan kerja, workshop kejuruan, kurikulum industri, pelatihan vokasi Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Indonesia. Fokus penelitian mencakup empat aspek utama, yaitu manajemen institusi, pengelolaan workshop, metode pelatihan, dan implementasi kurikulum berbasis industri. Latar belakang penelitian didasari rendahnya serapan lulusan SMK di pasar kerja meskipun SMK ditujukan sebagai penghasil tenaga kerja terampil. Melalui studi kasus kualitatif pada beberapa SMK, ditemukan bahwa peningkatan kesiapan kerja tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kemampuan pedagogis guru, tetapi juga oleh kualitas operasional keempat aspek tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata kelola manajemen berperan penting dalam menjalin kemitraan industri, mengatur mutu pembelajaran, dan merancang sistem evaluasi berbasis kebutuhan pasar. Workshop berstandar industri turut meningkatkan kompetensi teknis siswa melalui praktik menggunakan peralatan dan prosedur terkini. Metode pelatihan seperti project-based learning, teaching factory, dan magang industri mendorong keterampilan praktis serta etos kerja. Kurikulum yang fleksibel dan disusun bersama industri memperkuat relevansi kompetensi lulusan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan TVET membutuhkan sinergi kebijakan antara sekolah, industri, dan pemerintah dalam pendanaan, kurikulum, sertifikasi, dan penyediaan instruktur.
