Abstract

Knowledge and student learning abilities, especially for skills, require a learning that can attract students' attention and increase student motivation during the teaching and learning process including when learning skills, one of the media that can be used is instructional video learning media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of captions in instructional videos on increasing student knowledge and to analyze the effect of captions in instructional videos by banana tree stalks on increasing knowledge of 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Pamijahan. This research uses quantitative methods. This type of research used in this research is a quasi experimental research design and the instrument used in this study is a test. In this study, 2 data analysis tests were conducted, namely the prerequisite analysis test and hypothesis testing. The prerequisite analysis test was to test the normality and homogeneity between the experimental group and the control group subject and then to test the hypothesis between the experimental group and the control group. Based on the data analysis, the results of this study are that there is an effect of instructional videos with the caption of making hasta by banana tree stalks on increasing the knowledge of grade 8 students of SMPN 1 Pamijahan. This is evidenced by testing using paired sample t test with sig results. (2-tailed) 0.000 with a level of α 0.05, the Sig value is smaller than alpha, so there is a significant difference between the increase in knowledge of pretest and posttest instructional video data with captions.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of brand ambassadors on buying interest in the followers of the Tokopedia Instagram account. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the relationship, influence and contribution of brand ambassadors to buying interest in the followers of the Tokopedia Instagram account. This type of research is a quantitative study with a correlational method. The correlational method used in this study is correlation and simple regression. This study shows a very strong positive relationship of 0.861 and has a significant positive effect of 0.000, while the contribution of brand ambassadors to purchase interest is 74.1%.

Abstract

Indonesia is the second country to use the TikTok application in the world. The popularity of TikTok in Indonesia has become urgent in preaching through social media. The popularity of this application should be an opportunity for a Muslim to convey da'wah messages to its users. A Muslim must be able to answer the challenges of preaching in the digital era by innovating and being creative in packaging and delivering da'wah so that the message of da'wah can be accepted and is effective in changing the behavior of muslims. This study aims to find out whether the TikTok application has an impact on students' understanding of religion. This research is a quantitative study with a population of Sahid Bogor Islamic Institute students who use the TikTok social media platform. The research sample used was 39 people. Questionnaires were distributed via google form, then the data collected were analyzed using the Wilcoxon non-parametric test. The results of this study can be concluded that there is an influence from the use of the TikTok application as a da'wah media on religious insights in students at the Sahid Islamic Institute, Bogor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the communication process carried out and how the communication strategy is carried out by health workers in socialization the prevention of Covid-19 in the village Cijujung cibungbulang sub-district. This study uses qualitative research methods using data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the communication process carried out by health workers in sicializing the prevention of covid-19 is by using verbal and nonverbal communication using group communication methods effectively and politely in socializing the preventing of covid-19 in the village of cijujung cibungbulang sub-district. The strategies carried out are (1) determining communicators for covid-19 health workers who have high attractiveness, credibility, power and have responsibility for the tasks that have been given. (2) setting targets, namely by gathering the cijujung village community. (3) dissemination of messages by health workers by socializing and also using electronic media such as WhattsappGroup. (4) the impact/effect that occurs is that people are more concerned about health protocols, sean from data collection and mobile patrols and the increasing enthusiasm of the community in participating in vaccinations.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the attitude of the people who are still unsure about the Covid-19 vaccination. The Covid Task Force needs to take more effective communication strategy steps, thereby reducing the level of apathy and resulting in a change in attitude among the people who are still unsure about the Covid 19 vaccination. what happened between the Covid-19 Task Force and the community and factors influencing the success of public communication in Pasarean Village in receiving information about vaccines from the Covid task force with a low level of public trust. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The sample used in this research is people who have participated in the vaccination program in Pasarean Village. With data collection techniques by way of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study state that: public communication in Pasarean Village that occurs between the Covid -19 task force and the community consists of 2 face-to-face, namely by direct socialization and through the media (print media and social media) as well as the factor of receiving information in encourage the public to be able to know, like and want to take part in the activities held, one of which is with social media. The closeness of the communicator and the communicant is also one of the keys to the success of public communication as well as language style that is adjusted based on age and is able to have an effect on the community so that people are ready to do the vaccine.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the planning model and communication strategy carried out by the Bureau of Communications and Information Services in dealing with issues related to plastic excise. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of this study can be illustrated that the planning and communication strategy of the Bureau related to excise issues through several stages, such as the fact finding stage, the preparation of communication strategies, and the communication stage in the form of delivering information through mass media. The planning stage and communication strategy carried out by BKLI refers to the public relations-based communication planning model by Cultip and the Center.

Abstract

by social media. Whatsapp as a social media is the largerst users, which 56% of them are 25 years and over. Meanwhile Kominfo survey stated that 52,5 % internet users admitted they did not first check the truth of news that they received from social media.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between housewife knowledge level in responding to hoax news via WhatsApp media in Bogor and how big the relationship is. The method used is correlation with Rank Spearman analysis. The study involved 96 samples from 2479 populations based on the Simple Random Sampling technique and used a Likert scale questionnaire in collecting data. The results of the study show that 1) There is a relationship between media literacy of housewives in responding to hoax news via WhatsApp media based on a Sig value of 0.000 < ɑ 0.1. 2) Has a strong relationship with the Correlation Coefficient value of 0.536** and is included in a positive relationship, that is, when the knowledge of housewives is good, response to hoax news is also good, and when the knowledge level of housewives is not good so responding to hoax news is also not good.

Abstract

The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is one of the conflicts in the Middle East. So far no conflict has ended and no meeting has been found. This research aims to analyze the impact of the concentration of "Save Palestine" posts on social media on the behavior of housewives in the development of the boycott of Israeli goods in the Leuwiliang area. The basis of this research is the increasing open attention to the Palestinian issue and how social media plays a role in social mobilization and changes in consumer behavior. The survey strategy used was research with a quantitative approach, involving 50 housewives as tests, selected randomly from the survey range. Information was collected through a survey which aims to determine the frequency of visits to social media related to Palestine as well as attitudes and activities towards boycotting Israeli products. to determine the influence between social media access concentration factors and boycott behavior. The research results show that the intensity of accessing Save Palestine posts on social media has a significant influence on the behavior of housewives in the movement to boycott Israeli products. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the variable intensity of accessing posts X and the behavior of housewives in the movement to boycott Israeli products Y has an influence.
