Abstract

Abstrak          Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara afiksasi, dan pemahaman kosakata terhadap kemampuan menulis kalimat tunggal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Periuk 1 Kota Tangerang, Provinsi Banten tahun akademik 2012/2013 di semester kedua. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang, yang diambil secara acak (random sampling). Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan survey. Adapun hasil penelitian ini meliputi: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penguasaan affiksasi terhadap kompetensi menulis kalimat tunggal; 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penguasaan kosakata terhadap kompetensi menulis kalimat tunggal; 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penguasaan tata bahasa dan penguasaan kosakata terhadap kompetensi menulis kalimat tunggal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi menulis kalimat tunggal dapat dilakukan penguasaan affiksasi dan penguasaan kosakata.   Kata Kunci: Pemahaman Afiksasi, Penguasaan Kosakata, Kompetensi Menulis Kalimat Tunggal

Abstract

learning outcomes in fifth grade students of SD negeri 2 Cengal. This research is a quantitative study using experimental methods with the type of Quasi Experimental Design. The variables of this study consisted of independent variables, namely the brain-based learning model (X) and the dependent variable, namely science learning outcomes (Y). The study population was all V.A and V.B class students totaling 61 students and the sample size was 61 students. Data collection techniques using tests. Instruments to measure science learning outcomes using pretest and posttest in the form of multiple choice questions. The experimental class group obtained an average pretest score of 72.5, and a posttest of 82.33 and the control class obtained an average pretest score of 73.22 and a posttest of 72.74. The results of the t test with Sig 0.000 0.05 and the results of t count 3.784 t table 2.001, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the brain-based learning model on science learning outcomes in fifth grade students of SD negeri 2 Cengal. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using crossword puzzle media on the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Mulyaguna in Indonesian language learning. The background of this research is based on the low critical thinking ability of students, as seen from their difficulty in understanding and analyzing expository texts. This study employed a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design, specifically the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects consisted of two classes: an experimental class using crossword puzzle media and a control class using conventional methods. Data were collected through essay tests based on critical thinking indicators. The data analysis results showed a significant difference between the post-test scores of the experimental and control classes. The experimental class achieved an average score of 81.6, while the control class scored an average of 52.6. Thus, the average score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. The use of crossword puzzle media has proven to positively influence the improvement of students' critical thinking skills. Therefore, crossword puzzles can serve as an innovative alternative to enhance the quality of Indonesian language learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to develop project-based augmented reality learning media through digital literacy in the subject of science for grade IV elementary school that is valid and practical. This study uses the type of research and development R&D (Research and Development) with validation by material experts obtaining a value of 83.3%, media experts obtaining a value of 86% and by linguists scored 84.6%. Furthermore, the practitioner stage is carried out through the One To One test, small groups (Small group), the population taken as many as 5 people for One To One obtained a value of 92%. Then 15 people for the small group obtained a value of 92.4%. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation and distributed questionnaires. The data analysis techniques tested were the validity and practicality of project-based augmented reality learning media through digital literacy in the subject of science for grade IV elementary school. The results of the study indicate that project-based augmented reality learning media through digital literacy in the subject of science for grade IV elementary school has met the criteria for validity and practicality for use in the learning process
