Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Intellectual Capital dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2018-2023. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan 10 perusahaan melalui situs resmi www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan model efek tetap (Fixed Effect Model/FEM) yang dipilih berdasarkan uji Chow dan uji Hausman. Uji asumsi klasik dilakukan untuk memastikan validitas model regresi, mencakup uji multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi, dan normalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intellectual Capital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, sedangkan Debt to Equity Ratio memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa modal intelektual yang diinvestasikan perusahaan belum memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kinerja keuangan, sementara struktur permodalan berperan penting dalam menentukan stabilitas dan profitabilitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi perusahaan farmasi untuk lebih memperhatikan strategi pengelolaan modal intelektual serta mempertimbangkan struktur permodalan dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan. Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and interpersonal communication on employee performance with work enthusiasm as an intervening variable at PT. Surya Andalan Primatama Mukomuko. The population and research sample were 110 respondents with a sampling technique using the total sampling method. The data processing method uses Structure equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS tool. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence of leadership style and interpersonal communication on work morale. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and interpersonal communication has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work morale has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. For indirect effects, this research also reveals that leadership style and interpersonal communication influence employee performance through work morale

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation and work discipline have. The research variables are Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Employee Performance (Y) and Job Satisfaction (Z). The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents. The analysis method used is the outer model and inner model test using the smart PLS 3.0 data processing tool. The research results show (a) Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction of 8,152 with a significant level (0.000 < 0.05) (b) Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction of 2,918 with a significant level (0.069 < 0.05) (c) Work Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance of 1,460 with a significant level (0.002< 0.05) (d) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 3,111 with a significant level (0.000< 0.05) (e) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect significant effect on Employee Performance of 8,152 with a significant level of (0.047< 0.05) (f) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction through Employee Performance of 2,600 with a significant level of (0.078> 0.05) (g)

Abstract

"The Effect of Giving Rewards and Punishments on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction at the Airumeg AMDK Factory PT. Umega Sembilan Berlian" Under the Guidance of Dr. Ramdani Bayu Putra, SE., MM and Mrs. Mutia Seplinda, S.Sc., M.Sc. This research aims to determine the effect of rewards and punishment on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Airumeg AMDK Factory PT. Umega Sembilan Berlian. Data collection methods through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation, with a sample of 80 respondents. The analysis method used is the Measurement Model Test (Outher Model) and structural model testing (Inner Model). It is obtained that: Rewards have a big impact on how satisfied you are at work. Punishment has a big impact on how happy someone is at work. Rewards have a big impact on how well employees perform. Punishment has a big impact on how well an employee performs. Employee performance is greatly influenced by job satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the determinants of employee performance and work experience using work discipline and employee training at Passaman Class D Hospital as independent variables. The population and sample of this study amounted to 72 respondents with the sampling technique using the total sampling method. The methodology used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS tool. The findings show that work discipline has a positive impact on work experience. It also shows that training has a significant positive impact on professional experience. Work discipline also has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Training is proven to have a positive impact on employee performance. Work experience has been proven to have a positive impact on employee performance. Work discipline is proven to have a positive influence on work experience through employee performance. Training has a positive impact on work experience through employee performance
