Abstract

This study aims to find: (1). The results of the economic study which has high and low learning interest are taught using learning model two stay two stray higher than the use of conventional learning model, and (2). Interaction between the use of models of learning and students' interest in learning the results of the economic study. This type of research is experimental treatment by block, using two classes of experimental class is a class X.1 to X.2 control class is class, with a total sample of 55 students. Data collection techniques for interest in learning is done by spreading the research questionnaire before learning process is done. As for the results of such study in the form of multiple-choice test given at the end of the lesson. Data analysis techniques in the study include test requirements normality test and homogeneity test, while the results of hypothesis testing includes independent test samples T-test and two-way ANOVA. Results of this study concluded that: (1). Economic learning outcomes of students who are taught by learning model two stay two stray significantly higher than students taught by conventional learning models, (2). Economic learning outcomes of students who have a high interest in learning taught by learning model two stay two stray significantly higher than students taught by conventional learning models, (3). Economic learning outcomes of students who have low learning interest taught by learning model two stay two stray significantly higher compared to using conventional learning models and (4). There is no interaction between the cooperative learning model two stay two stray and interest in learning on learning outcomes of students. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh efek mediasi sinisme terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah dengan kepemimpinan transformasional, information sharing dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel antenseden. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kota Padang, dengan jumlah sampel adalah 107. Penelitian ini menggunakan model structural equation modelins (SEM) dengan alat bantu SmartPLS 2.0 M3. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menyimpulkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif kepemimpinan transformasional, information sharing dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah. Selain itu juga ditemukan bukti ada pengaruh yang signifikan negatif kepemimpinan transformasional, information sharing dan kepuasan kerja terhadap sinisme. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung sinisme dalam memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, information sharing dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah juga terbukti dapat memaksimalkan atau menurunkan sinisme pegawai dalam meningkatkan kesiapan untuk berubah.

Abstract

The current era of digitizing industry 4.0 has caused great shocks in every line of organizational activity. Therefore we need individual readiness to change. This study aims to assess the Comparative Analysis of Readiness Factors to Change in the Transportation Department with the Communication and Information Office in Padang City after Organizational Transformation. The sample of this study was 107 employees in both agencies. The research data analysis technique uses Independent samples t test and Structural equation modelings (SEM). The results of the study concluded that there were significant differences in the factors of readiness to change which included transformational leadership, learning organizations, information sharing, job satisfaction and cynicism on change. The results of the structural equation modelings (SEM) model, found the fact that transformational leadership, information sharing, job satisfaction and cynicism on change have a significant effect on readiness to change. While learning organizations have not been proven to have a significant effect on readiness to change

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of liquidity, return on assets, sales growth on tax Avoidance through firm size as an intervening variable. Liquidity, return on assets, and sales growth are used as independent variables and tax Avoidance as the dependent variable. And the size of the company as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling method so that from 45 populations a sample of 30 companies was obtained. The data in this study were analyzed using panel data regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that return on assets and firm size have a significant effect on tax Avoidance, while liquidity and sales growth have no significant effect on tax Avoidance. Liquidity has a significant effect on firm size, while return on assets and sales growth have no effect. Company size was successful in mediating the effect of liquidity on tax Avoidance, but not for return on assets and sales growth.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between leadership style, level of work discipline, motivation and employee performance at the Economic Bureau of the Governor's Office of West Sumatra Province, with motivation as an intervening variable. The research method used is a qualitative approach to gain a deeper understanding of organizational dynamics. Data was collected through interviews and observations of employees and leaders at the Economic Bureau. The research results show that effective leadership styles, such as transformative and participative leadership, have a positive influence on employee motivation and performance. On the other hand, a high level of work discipline also has a positive impact on employee motivation and performance through creating a structured and supportive work environment. Employee motivation, as a mediator, plays an important role in linking leadership style, work discipline, and employee performance. This research provides valuable insight into the factors that influence employee performance in the Economic Bureau and their effectiveness on the effectiveness of economic management at the provincial level.

This study aims to determine how the effect of Growth Opportunity, Liquidity on Firm Value with Capital Structure as an intervening variable. The population in this study are companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020. While the sample in this study was obtained using purposive sampling method so that 30 companies were obtained as samples. The type of data used is secondary data taken through www.idx.co.id. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that partially, Growth Opportunity had a negative and significant effect on Capital Structure. Partially Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on the Capital Structure. Partially, Growth Opportunity has no effect on Firm Value. Partially, liquidity has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Partially, the capital structure has no effect on firm value. Capital structure cannot mediate the effect of Growth Opportunity on Firm Value. Capital structure can mediate the effect of liquidity on firm value

Abstract

The development of human resources (HR) is an important factor in the world of education. Through formal and non-formal education students are formed with good knowledge and skills, which later students have the ability to be creative or produce creativity in the form of innovation in the application of a particular knowledge or skill in supporting student learning at school. As the next generation of the nation, students are educated with various knowledge and expertise and with existing competencies, which will be able to fill the needs of the world of work and the world of business that are superior and competitive. Community service activities (PKM) are one of the Tridharma of Higher Education which must be carried out by Lecturers in accordance with Education Law No. 12 of 2012. This PKM activity was carried out with the aim of contributing to the improvement of Sahara Middle School students who are at Jalan Padang Pasir No 30 Padang, West Padang District, Padang City. Through this activity, students are expected to be able to increase learning & innovation as the nation's next generation who have excellence and are competitive in their fields in the future

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how much influence work conflict and stress has on job satisfaction with the work environment as an intervening variable at PT. Mandiri Palm Oil Business (USM) Jorong Simpang Kec. Koto Balingka District. West Pasaman. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 89 respondents. The analysis method used is path analysis using the SmartPls application. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between conflict on the work environment. There is a positive and significant influence between Job Stress on the Work environment. There is a positive and significant influence between Conflict and Job Satisfaction. There is a negative and insignificant influence between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction. . There is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between Conflict on Job Satisfaction and the Work Environment as an intervening variable. There is a positive and significant influence between Job Stress on Job Satisfaction with the Work Environment as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Keterlibatan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan koesioner kepada 36 orang Pegawai sebagai responden yaitu pada PT. BPR LPN Sungai Rumbai. Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Structrual Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja pada PT. BPR LPN Sungai Rumbai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja pada PT. BPR LPN Sungai Rumbai. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR LPN Sungai Rumbai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terdahap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR LPN Sungai Rumbai. Keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. BPR LPN Sungai Rumbai.
