Abstract

This study aims  to  determine the effect of  brand  image  that consists  of  variables:  Image  Makers,  ImageUser,  and  Imagery  Products  to  Purchase Decision  Structures  and  simultaneous  partial  and  also to determine  the dominant influence  of independent variables.  This type of research  is quantitative.  This studytook place  in the  students of the Faculty  of Administrative Science  Malang.  The sampling technique  that isnon probability  sampling  through  purposive sampling technique.  The technique of collecting  data throughquestionnaires  using  a Likert  scale.  Data  from the study  prepared  by the method of  Multiple Regression Analysis with the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study meunjukan value(coefficient of determination) of 0.554.  This means  that  55.4% variable  structure  Purchasing Decisions  will be influenced  by  the independent variables,  while the remaining  43.6%  variable  structure  Purchasing Decisions  will be influenced  by  other  variables  that are not  addressed in this study.  Then  the variable  is  the dominant image Users because it has a beta coefficient and t the greatest.Keywords: Image Makers, Image User, Image Product, Purchase Decision Structure.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra Merek yang terdiri dari variabel yaitu Citra Pembuat, Citra Pemakai, dan Citra Produk terhadap Struktur Keputusan Pembelian secara parsial dan serempak serta juga untuk mengetahui variabel bebas yang berpengaruh dominan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Non probability Sampling melalui teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Data dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan metode Analisis Regresi Berganda dengan Uji t, Uji F ,dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian meunjukan nilai (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,554. Artinya bahwa 55,4% variabel Struktur Keputusan Pembelian akan dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebasnya, Sedangkan sisanya 43,6% variabel Struktur Keputusan Pembelian akan dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel yang lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian variabel Citra Pemakai adalah yang dominan karena mempunyai koefisien beta dan t hitung terbesar.Kata Kunci: Citra Pembuat, Citra Pemakai, Citra Produk, Struktur Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

English This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance in ornamental plant small businesses in the Village of Sidomulyo, Batu City in the period 2018-2019. The population in this study were all ornamental plant entrepreneurs in Sidomulyo Village, Batu City, the sampling technique using purposive sampling, so that a total sample of 79 business units was obtained during the data collection method in this study using a questionnaire distributed directly to the ornamental plant business owners The analysis in this study is multiple regression analysis by conducting a classic assumption test. The multiple linear regression analysis in this study uses SPSS 17 statistical analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that the variable effect of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive effect on business performance Keywords: Market orientation, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Business Performance, UKM Performance Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi wirausaha serta orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha pada usaha kecil tanaman hias Desa Sidomulyo Kota Batu periode 2018-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengusaha tanaman hias di Desa Sidomulyo Kota Batu, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 79 unit usaha selama, metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang ddidistribusikan secara langsung pada pemilik usaha tanaman hias, Analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah multiple regression analysis dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik. Adapun analisis regresi linier berganda dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengaruh orientasi wirausaha serta orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha Kata Kunci: Orientasi pasar, Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Wirausaha, Kineja Usaha, Kinerja UKM

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of fintech and e-commerce as catalysts in driving the digital transformation of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, and to identify the key factors influencing digital technology adoption among MSME actors. Employing a mixed-method approach, the research surveyed 450 MSME operators across five provinces (West Java, Central Java, East Java, North Sumatra, and South Sulawesi) who have adopted digital platforms, complemented by in-depth interviews with 25 key informants. Data were collected over six months (March–August 2024) using structured questionnaires and interview guides. Quantitative analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), while qualitative insights were examined through thematic analysis. The findings reveal that fintech adoption has improved MSMEs' access to financing by 67%, while e-commerce utilization has expanded market reach by 340%. Major adoption factors include ease of use (β=0.45), technological support (β=0.38), and digital literacy (β=0.33). Both fintech and e-commerce serve as significant catalysts for the digital transformation of Indonesian MSMEs. This study offers a roadmap for policymakers and stakeholders to strengthen a digital ecosystem that fosters sustainable MSME growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intention, with entrepreneurial behavior serving as a mediating variable. Data were collected from 128 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang using a structured questionnaire. The findings reveal that entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on both entrepreneurial behavior and entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, entrepreneurial behavior significantly influences entrepreneurial intention. These results support the reinforcement of entrepreneurship curricula in higher education to foster the development of young entrepreneurs within academic environments.
