Abstract

PT. Indosat is a company that merged with PT. Hutchison 3 Indonesia in 2022. To compare the company's financial performance before and after the merger, this writing was carried out by utilizing financial reports for each of the 2 years before the merger (2020-2021) and after the merger (2022-2023), then the data was processed using the DuPont System method and analyzed. The results of the Dupont system analysis show that PT. Indosat has the ability to generate profits for owners from its own capital very well before the merger, especially during the transition period because ROE (0.05) in 2020 becomes 0.67 in 2021 before the merger, and tends to decrease from 0.17 in 2022 to 0.14 in 2023 after the merger. PT Indosat's financial performance before the merger was poor and increased to very good from 2020 to 2021, and after the merger the financial performance decreased quite a lot, but was still classified as good

Abstract

Jemaat Wayame sebagai bagian dari Gereja Protestan Maluku (GPM) memiliki komitmen untuk mengembangkan aspek spiritual, sosial-ekonomi, dan lingkungan hidup. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan wawasan dan keterampilan siswa katekisasi melalui pelatihan ekonomi kreatif berbasis pembuatan Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) sebagai upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi generasi muda gereja. Kegiatan berlangsung selama dua hari dengan metode penyuluhan konsep ekoZnomi kreatif dan praktik pembuatan VCO secara higienis menggunakan bahan baku lokal. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap ekonomi kreatif dari rata-rata nilai 45% menjadi 82% serta terbentuknya semangat kewirausahaan di kalangan remaja gereja. Pelatihan ini memperkuat integrasi antara pembinaan spiritual dan pemberdayaan ekonomi, sekaligus mendorong kemandirian dan pengembangan usaha komunitas berbasis gereja. Dukungan lanjutan dari pihak gereja diperlukan untuk optimalisasi hasil pelatihan melalui penyediaan fasilitas dan pembentukan kelompok usaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dengan fokus pada subsektor rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2020–2023. Variabel independen yang dianalisis meliputi struktur modal, kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas, dan keputusan investasi, sedangkan nilai perusahaan diukur menggunakan rasio Tobin's Q. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda terhadap data panel empat perusahaan: PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, PT Gudang Garam Tbk, PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk, dan PT Indonesia Tobacco Tbk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan kebijakan dividen memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Struktur modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan, sementara keputusan investasi jmemberi pengaruh positif meskipun dengan kontribusi yang lebih kecil atau lebih moderat. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif dan seimbang merupakan kunci dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan di sektor industri yang dihadapkan pada tekanan regulatif tinggi seperti industri rokok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesehatan PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional, Tbk periode 2019–2022 menggunakan metode RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). Penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan rasio keuangan dan self-assessment yang relevan dengan standar OJK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek Risk Profile dan Capital berada dalam kategori sehat hingga sangat sehat. Namun, aspek Earnings—terutama ROA dan BOPO—mengalami penurunan signifikan dan dikategorikan kurang sehat hingga tidak sehat akibat dampak pandemi COVID-19. Aspek Good Corporate Governance berada pada peringkat baik selama tiga tahun berturut-turut. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan efisiensi operasional dan pengelolaan aset agar bank dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas dan memperbaiki tingkat kesehatannya secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digitalization roles and strategies on the implementation of circular economy practices in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) within the culinary sector in Tulehu Village, Salahutu District, Central Maluku. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 MSME actors through structured questionnaires and interviews, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that the role of digitalization has a positive and significant effect on circular economy practices (β= 0.2965, p < 0.001), while digitalization strategies demonstrated an even greater positive and significant effect (β= 0.4205, p < 0.001). Together, these two variables explain 92.3% of the variance in circular economy practices, indicating a strong predictive capability. The findings confirm that technology adoption not only improves operational efficiency but also facilitates sustainable business models in line with the principles of reduce, reuse, recycle, and recovery. Strategically planned digitalization is more effective than technology adoption alone in promoting sustainability. This study contributes to the literature by integrating digital transformation with circular economy practices in the context of island-based MSMEs, and provides practical implications for policymakers and business actors in fostering sustainable local economic development.

Abstract

The creative economy is a strategic sector that relies on ideas, knowledge, and human creativity to generate added value and enhance competitiveness. In the context of the church, developing a creative economy grounded in Christian values offers an innovative approach to empowering congregations, particularly young generations, to achieve economic independence while strengthening their service. This community engagement program was conducted at GPM Wayame Congregation, involving 50 catechism students aged ?16 years. The program adopted a participatory approach through interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, and Q&A sessions, covering topics such as the concept of the creative economy, classification of business types, strategies for utilizing local potential, and the integration of faith-based values including honesty, hard work, and service to others. Evaluation was carried out through pre-tests, post-tests, and observations of active participation. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants understanding from 62% to 89%, as well as their ability to identify five main categories of local potential: processed bananas, processed sago, smoked fish, fish floss, fish nuggets, fish scale handicrafts, and bamboo musical instruments. Business ideas generated included packaging innovation, digital marketing, and church bazaars. These findings confirm that the combination of contextual learning and Christian values can effectively enhance creativity, entrepreneurial ethics, and participant motivation. Moving forward, program sustainability can be strengthened through technical training, business mentoring, and the utilization of digital marketing strategies, with potential for replication in other congregations by adapting to their respective local contexts. ABSTRAKEkonomi kreatif merupakan salah satu sektor strategis yang mengandalkan ide, pengetahuan, dan kreativitas manusia untuk menciptakan nilai tambah serta mendorong daya saing. Dalam konteks gereja, pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berlandaskan nilai Kristiani menjadi pendekatan inovatif untuk memberdayakan jemaat, khususnya generasi muda, agar mandiri secara ekonomi sekaligus memperkuat pelayanan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Jemaat GPM Wayame dengan melibatkan 50 siswa katekisasi berusia ?16 tahun. Program dirancang menggunakan metode partisipatif melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan tanya jawab, dengan materi mencakup konsep ekonomi kreatif, klasifikasi jenis usaha, strategi pemanfaatan potensi lokal, serta integrasi nilai-nilai iman seperti kejujuran, kerja keras, dan pelayanan kepada sesama. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test, post-test, dan observasi partisipasi aktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta dari 62% menjadi 89%, serta kemampuan mengidentifikasi lima kategori potensi lokal utama: olahan pisang, olahan sagu, ikan asap, abon ikan, nugget ikan, kerajinan sisik ikan, dan alat musik bambu. Ide usaha yang dihasilkan mencakup inovasi kemasan, pemasaran digital, dan bazar jemaat. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa kombinasi pembelajaran kontekstual dengan nilai-nilai Kristiani mampu meningkatkan kreativitas, etika wirausaha, dan motivasi peserta. Ke depan, keberlanjutan program dapat diperkuat melalui pelatihan teknis, pendampingan bisnis, dan pemanfaatan strategi pemasaran digital, serta berpotensi direplikasi di jemaat lain dengan adaptasi konteks lokal masing-masing.

Abstract

Investment decisions are decisions made by managing assets or income owned to get profits in the future. This research was conducted by observing 110 students who are currently studying at Pattimura University, Faculty of Economics and Business, majoring in Accounting and Management. The research analysis uses quantitative analysis by looking at the relationship between the Independent variables Investment Knowledge, Investment Motivation, Investment Interest, Information Technology, Investor Behavior, Investor Perception and Financial Literacy on Investment Decisions. The results of the study show that Investment Knowledge, Investment Interest, Information Technology, Investor Perception and Financial Literacy have a positive and significant influence on Investment Decisions. Meanwhile, Investment Motivation and Investor Behavior have no influence on Investment Decisions.

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the influence of financial literacy, overconfidence, and herding behavior on investment decisions in PT. Phillip Securitas Ambon Branch. It involved active investors who had invested in PT. Phillip Sekuritas Ambon Branch until 2023, with a sample size of 33 respondents. Data collection took place from April to June 2023, using questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using the multiple regression method with SPSS 26.0, The results indicated that all three hypotheses were accepted. Financial literacy had a significant positive impact on investment decisions, overconfidence also had a significant positive effect, and herding behavior showed a positive but not significant effect on investment decisions in PT. Phillip Sekuritas Ambon Branch. The study suggests that investors should focus on improving their financial literacy, avoid making decisions based solely on emotions or excessive self-confidence, and strive to be rational in their investment decisions.

Abstract

PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk is part of Unilever Global which has been operating in Indonesia for more than 1 (one). This company produces and markets products that are needed every day. Business challenges are getting bigger for Unilever in this digital era because many similar products are present. This writing is intended to find out the financial performance of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk in 2021-2024. The analysis of the company's financial performance was carried out using financial ratio analysis, by utilizing balance sheet data and the company's income statement in the same year. The results of the analysis show that the financial performance of PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk in 2021-2024 was not good in terms of liquidity ratio, leverage, efficiency, profitability ratio and market ratio. This condition is a sign for management to pay more attention to production so that it is not excessive in the warehouse, and the sales strategy must be managed again, so that the resulting profit can be maximized and at the same time become a magnet for new investors to invest in the company. The company must be selective in using debt and the financial structure must be considered. It is important for company management to pay attention to the company's financial performance because this will provide a comprehensive picture of the company's performance. ABSTRAK PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk bagian dari Unilever Global yang telah beroperasi di Indonesia lebih dari 1 (satu). Perusahaan ini memproduksi sekaligus memasarkan produk-produk yang dibutuhkan sehari-hari. Tantangan bisnis semakin besar bagi Unilever di era digital ini karena banyak produk-produk sejenis yang hadir. Penulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahu kinerja keuangan PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk tahun 2021-2024. Analisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan dilakukan menggunakan analisis ratio keuangan, dengan memanfaatkan data neraca dan laporan laba rugi perusahaan di tahun yang sama. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kinerja keuangan PT Unilever Indonesia, Tbk tahun 2021-2024 kurang baik di lihat dari ratio likuiditas, leverage, efisiensi, ratio profitabilitas dan ratio pasar. Kondisi ini menjadi penanda bagi manajemen untuk lebih memperhatikan produksi agar tidak berlebihan di gudang, juga strategi penjualan harus di manage kembali, sehingga laba yang dihasilkan bisa maksimal sekaligus menjadi magnet bagi investor baru untuk berinvestasi pada perusahaan. Perusahaan harus selektif menggunakan utang dan struktur finansial harus di perhatikan. Penting bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk memperhatikan kinerja keuangan perusahaan karena ini akan memberi gambaran kinerja perusahaan secara menyeluruh.
