Abstract

Abstract:Bank  memperoleh  keuntungan  dari  pinjaman  yang  disalurkan  kepada  nasabah.  Pinjaman yang  disalurkan  bertujuan  untuk  memperoleh  keuntungan  yang  maksimal  dengan  risiko minimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Character, Capacity,  Capital,  Collateral,  dan  Condition  of  Economic  secara  parsial  dan  simultan terhadap pemberian kredit di PT. BPR Modern Express Ambon. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. BPR Modern Express Ambon. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah  karyawan  PT.  BPR  Modern  Express  Ambon  sebanyak  48  responden.  Teknik analisis  data  yang  dipakai  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  penelitian  kuantitatif,  yaitu  uji validitas,  uji  reliabilitas  dan  analisis  regresi  linear  berganda  dengan  menggunakan  SPSS. Dari  hasil  pengujian  yang  dilakukan  secara  parsial  dan  secara  simultan,  Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, dan Condition of Economic mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit. Kata kunci :, Analisa 5C, Pemberian Kredit, PT. Abstract

The retail business in Indonesia is increasingly growing and business competition shows a fairly rapid development, but it is not an obstacle for retail entrepreneurs to increase the number of outlets in various regions, PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya which is the object of research at this writing is engaged in the retail distribution of products consumer. This study aims to analyze performance by using the Du Pont system which is a comprehensive measurement tool covering company operations through owned resources to produce net profits that combine debt, asset turnover and profit margins that interact to determine the profitability of assets owned by the company and the return on equity (ROE) generated. From the results of data analysis obtained that the level of Net Profit Margin during the last three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk has increased in 2016, amounting to 0.99% (up 0.03%) from 0.96% in 2015 The results of the calculation of Total Asset Turnover over the last three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk from 2015 to 2017 decreased in 2016, amounting to 2.88 times (down 0.3 times) from 3.18 times in 2015. Results the calculation of Return on Investment for the last three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk from 2015 to 2017 has decreased. ROI in 2016 decreased by 2.85% (down 0.2%) from 3.05% in 2015. The results of the calculation of Equity Multipier over the last three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk have increased in 2016 and in 2017 decreased The results of the calculation of Return on Equity over the past three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk experienced an increase in 2016 of 10.49% (up 0.94%) from 9.55% in 2015. Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh Return on Assets (ROA), pengeluaran Research and Development (R&D), dan Marketing Performance (MP) terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan manufaktur di Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur, dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan survei kuesioner terstruktur untuk mengumpulkan data dari sampel perusahaan manufaktur. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3 digunakan untuk analisis data. Temuan menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara ROA, pengeluaran R&D, MP, dan pertumbuhan laba, yang menyoroti pentingnya pemanfaatan aset yang efisien, inovasi, dan kemampuan pemasaran dalam mendorong kinerja keuangan. Studi ini berkontribusi pada kemajuan teoritis dalam memahami faktor-faktor penentu pertumbuhan laba di sektor manufaktur dan menawarkan wawasan praktis bagi perusahaan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan profitabilitas.

Abstract

In the fishing industry, financial management behavior can involve decisions related to managing revenue from fish sales, optimizing operational costs, and planning for long-term sustainability. This study aimed to determine the role of financial literacy, financial knowledge and financial attitudes on financial management behavior. This study is research with a quantitative approach and uses primary data obtained from a survey process using a questionnaire, where the survey process was carried out online. The independent variable in this study is financial management behavior (Y). The dependent variable in this study is financial literacy (X1), financial knowledge (X2), financial attitudes (X3). The study results show that there is a significant relationship between financial literacy and financial knowledge, p=0.000. The study results also show that there is a significant relationship between financial knowledge and financial attitudes, p=0.000. The study results also show that there is a significant relationship between financial attitudes and financial management behavior, p=0.000. In conclusion, financial literacy plays a role in increasing financial knowledge. Financial knowledge plays a role in improving financial attitude. Financial attitude plays a role in improving financial management behavior in the fishing industry in Ambon, Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing this PKM activity is to provide understanding and knowledge about productive BUMDes management, due to the phenomenon that occurred in Tanjung Siput BUMDes Ohoi Lairngangas in Southeast Maluku Regency and to encourage the creation of competitive BUMDes governance in accordance with the nature of its presence, namely to improve the economic welfare of rural communities. Through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method to the Management and Members of BUMDes, the process of sharing knowledge and skills is carried out, among others regarding the bookkeeping system and its application to BUMDes, Financial Management Implementation, strategies for handling non-performing loans through credit analysis training and strengthening organizational governance through organizational training. The conclusion of this PKM activity is that the understanding of BUMDes members in the field of production management and marketing can increase and there is a change in the mindset of BUMDES members to be more professional and able to run BUMDes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial performance analysis using economic value added at PT Blue Bird Tbk. The type of research used are descriptive research and verificative research. The data used in this study is in the form of financial report data for 2016 2020 sourced from idx.co.id. Data is analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The calculation results show that economic value added at PT Blue Bird Tbk for the 2016 to 2020 period fluctuates. Economic value-added value at PT Blue Bird Tbk for the 2016 to 2020 period is above 0 or positive (> 0), then there has been an economic added value in the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and company size on company value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study were 26 companies and the sample of this study were 17 companies after outliers were made so that the number of observation samples was 51 data used. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling technique. This research test uses Eviews software, with panel data regression testing. The results showed that partially the capital structure has no effect on company value while the size of the company partially has a negative effect on company value. then simultaneously (together) the capital structure and company size affect company value pt).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT Astra International Tbk periode 2020–2023 menggunakan metode Economic Value Added (EVA). EVA merupakan indikator yang mengukur sejauh mana perusahaan menciptakan nilai tambah bagi pemegang saham setelah memperhitungkan biaya modal. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang dipublikasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan mencatat nilai EVA negatif pada tahun 2020, namun mengalami peningkatan signifikan dan menghasilkan EVA positif pada tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa PT Astra International Tbk mampu menciptakan nilai tambah ekonomis setelah masa pandemi, terutama melalui efisiensi biaya dan diversifikasi sektor usaha. Temuan ini relevan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi manajemen dan investor dalam mengevaluasi dan mengambil keputusan strategis terhadap kinerja perusahaan secara jangka panjang..

Abstract

Using the 7P marketing mix principles is becoming increasingly important. By combining these seven elements, the business community of KP. Ambon CU. Hati Amboina can create a holistic marketing strategy which focuses not only on product and price but also on customer experience, efficient business processes, and impressive physical evidence. This activity is an implementation of the 7P marketing mix principles in the context of the business community of KP. Ambon CU. Hati Amboina, Ambon, Indonesia. This activity presents how the business community can utilize each element in the 7Ps to improve their marketing strategies, address local challenges, and build stronger relationships with customers. Community service activities are carried out in the form of workshops and discussions. Community service activities are carried out by first carrying out an initial discussion process regarding understanding the business community of KP. Ambon CU. Hati Amboina, Ambon, Indonesia, is related to marketing capabilities based on the 7P principles and accommodating the aspirations of the business community regarding matters they wish to discuss regarding marketing capabilities based on the 7P principles of the business community of KP. Ambon CU. Hati Amboina, Ambon Indonesia. This community service activity is quite effective in increasing the knowledge aspect of the business community of KP. Ambon CU. Hati Amboina is related to the 7P marketing principles. The increase in knowledge score from an average of 47.86 to 88.35 shows the effectiveness of community service activities in implementing the 7P marketing principles through workshops and discussions.
