Abstract

Education in Islamic boarding schools is unique, integrating cognitive, character, and spiritual development. This study aims to uncover the relationship between students' learning activities and academic achievement using data mining techniques with the Apriori algorithm. A quantitative approach was applied, analyzing data on learning activities and academic performance. Data preprocessing and the Apriori algorithm were employed using RapidMiner software to identify association patterns between variables. Findings indicate a significant relationship between class attendance, study hours, discussion participation, and extracurricular achievements with academic performance. The association rules revealed that consistent attendance and active learning participation positively influence academic achievement, with confidence levels of 70-80% for "Good" performance categories. This study offers actionable insights for Islamic boarding schools to design more effective learning strategies and emphasizes the potential of data-driven education to enhance student outcomes..

Abstract

Abstract E-culture is a concept that describes the idea that technology and the internet significantly shape the way we interact, behave, think and communicate as humans in a social environment by utilizing information and communication technology. Culture (culture) can be formed from several elements, namely religious and political systems, customs, language, clothing/appearance, works of art, and others. The e-culture referred to in this study is an activity of local wisdom tradition or culture which was originally carried out manually (recorded on paper) and then converted into digital records. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang meningkat dapat memacu sumber daya manusia untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi terutama pada bagian tata usaha sebagai fasilitator informasi yang bertugas memperbaharui setiap informasi pengarsipan agar menciptakan pelayanan yang baik. Secara kurikulum, Fakultas Teknik disiplin ilmu yang diajarkan adalah bidang IT namun pengolahan pengarsipan dokumen secara digital masih sebatas di google drive yang masih terbatas dan belum memenuhi kebutuhan yang diharapkan. Ini merupakan suatu masalah penting yang harus segera ditangani, mengingat pentingnya keberadaan dan fungsi arsip sebagai peningkatan jaminan mutu dan pelayanan dalam melakukan pencarian data. Seluruh dokumen baik dalam bentuk soft maupun hard harus  terpelihara,  sehingga  perlu  sistem  informasi  dan  teknologi  IT  terbaru  dalam manajemen dokumen Sistem Informasi arsip dokumen secara khusus Ruang Tata Usaha manajemen  pengarsipan  yang  masih  konvensional menyulitkan dalam pendataan dan pencarian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan sistem pengelolaan data kearsipan yang handal perlu adanya aplikasi yang dapat menjadi solusi dalam proses pengarsipan dokumen dan tersusun dengan baik sehingga dalam hal pencarian mudah karena sudah tersedia kode dokumen. Sistem Informasi Pengarsipan Dokumen dirancang menggunakan salah satu metode pemrograman web yaitu Object Oriented Programming dengan Framework Codeigniter. Hasil evaluasi black box testing menghasilkan nilai 93% dengan kategori (Sangat Baik) yaitu aplikasi ini sangat layak untuk digunakan, dan telah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi pengarsipan dokumen berbasis website

Abstract

Kitab kuning merupakan kitab tradisional yang mengandung diraasah islamiyah yang diajarakan pada pondok pesantren, mulai dari struktur bahasa arab (ilmu nahwu dan shorof), ‘ulumul qur’an, hadits, aqidah, tasawuf/akhlaq, tafsir, fiqh sampai ilmu sosial dan kemasyarakatan (mu’amalah). Disebut juga dengan kitab gundul karena tidak memiliki harakat (fathah, kasroh, dhammah, sukun) untuk bisa membaca dan memahami secara menyeluruh dibutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model klasifikasi dari data pembelajaran kitab kuning di pondok pesantren Nurul Jadid . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah algoritma c4.5. pohon keputusan (decision tree). Hasil dari klasifikasi data pembelajaran kitab kuning menggunakan atribut yang telah diklasifikasi berdasarkan fitur-fiturnya dan dilakukan iterasi pada cross validation sehingga menghasilkan akurasi yang tepat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan dua metode, pengujian dengan algoritma algoritma c4.5. pohon keputusan (decision tree) saja menghasilkan akurasi 85.68, %, untuk algoritma algoritma c4.5. pohon keputusan (decision tree) menghasilkan akurasi 85.68% . Terdapat peningkatan akurasi dengan penambahan fitur seleksi.

Abstract

Perubahan kemajuan teknologi yang signifikan tidak terlepas dari pengaruh ilmu fisika yang di terapkan dalam sebuah alat guna mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Salah satu alat yang dapat di gunakan tanpa perlu melakukan kontak fisik ataupun perhitungan manual ialah sensor digital. Rancang bangun Automatic Parfume berbasis mikrokontroler dengan menggunakan program Arduino Uno yang di gabungkan sensor ultrasonik. Prinsip kerja Automatic Parfume akan berkerja dengan kode program servo dapat bergerak dengan  sudut 180 dan kembali ke setting awal pada sudut 0 dengan delay 2-3 detik. Dari hasil didapatkan ketika jarak frekuensi yang di terima sensor ultrasonik mendekati batas jarak yang di tetapkan maka di dapatkan hasil jarak jangkauan yang semakin jauh, namun ketika frekuensi yang di terima sensor ultasonik mendekati batas maksimal yang telah di tetapkan pada coding maka hasil jarak jangkauan semprotan yang dindapatkan menjadi semakin dekat. Dengan demikian rancang bangun dapat di gunakan secara efektif untuk mengatur jarak semprotan sesuai yang di inginkan.

Abstract

Financial management in Islamic boarding schools still faces various fundamental problems, particularly due to dependence on manual recording and simple applications. This management pattern often causes delays in report preparation, increases the potential for recording errors, and reduces transparency. This condition impacts the trust of students' guardians and stakeholders. In addition, the diversity of student guardians, including those from outside the region, further complicates the payment process due to limited access to remote transaction services. This situation highlights the urgency of developing a web-based digital financial system that can effectively integrate modern payment technology and adapt to the needs of Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to design and implement a digital financial system for Islamic boarding schools by integrating the Midtrans payment gateway to improve financial management's efficiency, transparency, and accountability. The method used is a model consisting of three main stages: data collection through observation and interviews with financial managers, system design using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams, and system testing with internal and external black box testing approaches. The system implementation utilizes the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and web-based interface with Login, Dashboard, student data, payment, and financial reporting features. The results show that the developed System can comprehensively address the financial management needs of Islamic boarding schools. External testing using a Likert scale questionnaire obtained a rating of Good-Very Good with an achievement of up to 86%, thus confirming the feasibility of the system implementation. This System has been proven to facilitate online payments, accelerate the report preparation process, and improve access to information for student guardians. Thus, a web-based digital financial system integrated with a payment gateway can be a strategic solution for enhancing the transparency and accountability of pesantren finances. Further research is recommended to strengthen data security, expand coverage to multiple pesantren, and conduct continuous testing on a broader scale

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan informasi dan administrasi pada proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di MA Nurul Qadim melalui pemanfaatan teknologi web responsif. Dalam kegiatan ini, tim pelaksana memberikan pelatihan pembuatan website sekolah dan sistem E-Formulir berbasis framework Bootstrap kepada tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal kebutuhan, wawancara dengan pihak sekolah, pengembangan sistem, hingga pelatihan teknis penggunaan website. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya digitalisasi layanan, serta terciptanya media informasi dan pendaftaran online yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan melalui berbagai perangkat, termasuk ponsel. Sistem ini mendukung efektivitas pengelolaan data PPDB dan memperluas jangkauan informasi kepada masyarakat. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada transformasi digital madrasah dan penguatan literasi teknologi bagi tenaga pendidik.

Abstract

Internship programs serve as a vital bridge between academic knowledge and real-world practice, preparing students for professional environments. However, the manual process of assigning students to internship positions often results in inefficiencies, misalignments between student skills and job roles, and unnecessary costs. This study introduces a spreadsheet-based linear programming approach using Microsoft Excel Solver to optimize the assignment of internship students to tasks, aiming to minimize total costs while maximizing task compatibility. The model incorporates student profiles, task-specific skill requirements, and associated costs to generate the most efficient allocation. Results show that all four students in the case study were optimally assigned to distinct tasks coding, UI/UX design, editing, and data analysis at the lowest total operational cost of IDR 277,000. The proposed method not only ensures task relevance for each intern but also significantly improves the assignment efficiency. These findings suggest that Excel Solver can be a practical and accessible decision-support tool for academic institutions and partner organizations in managing internship programs.

Abstract

The lack of digital identity, reliance on traditional marketing strategies, and limited digital literacy are the main challenges faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) producing Kotel, a traditional seafood-based snack in Gudang Besuki Village. This community service program aims to enhance partners' competitiveness by implementing websites and digital marketing based on local wisdom. The method was designed participatively through problem identification, production training, management strengthening, and digital marketing assistance, including website development, social media activation, and e-commerce utilisation. Evaluation was done using pre-tests and post-tests with paired sample t-tests to measure knowledge and skill improvement. The program results show that partners successfully built a WordPress-based business website, produced product catalogues with local culture-based narratives, and utilised Instagram, WhatsApp, Google My Business, and Shopee as promotional media. Within two weeks, the Instagram account gained 150 followers and recorded six online transactions, while the average competency score of partners increased significantly from 65.63 to 81.38 (p < 0.001). These findings confirm that simple yet contextual digitalisation can expand market access and strengthen the competitiveness of local MSMEs. In conclusion, the application of websites and digital marketing strategies has proven effective in enhancing the independence and sustainability of Kotel businesses based on local wisdom. As a follow-up, training in digital financial management, QRIS payment system integration, e-commerce feature development on websites, and the formation of local digital entrepreneurship forums are recommended to strengthen networks and encourage replication in other regions.
