Abstract

Abstrak Semenjak negara kita dilanda krisis ekonomi, masyarakat berusaha dengan berbagai cara untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. PHK (pemutusan hubungan kerja)  kerap terjadi, terbatasnya lapangan pekerjaan  juga ikut andil dalam meningkatkan jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia. Hal ini mendorong masyarakat untuk berusaha mencari alternatif lain untuk memperbaiki taraf  ekonomi yang tidak seimbang, sehingga, tidak sedikit dari masyarakat menempuh cara-cara yang bertentangan dengan hati nurani, ditambah lagi dengan arus globalisasi yang ditunjang dengan pesat ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah menjadikan dunia menjadi transparan tanpa mengenal batas ruang dan waktu. Makalah ini membahas dan menganalisa beberapa konsep umum enterprenurship dengan meninjau sejarah kehidupan Muhammad sebagai seorang pengusaha yang memiliki jiwa Enterpreneurship.Tela'ah tentang konsep tersebut diharapkan dapat menggugah masyarakat dalam menjalankan usaha-usaha yang benar dan membawa maslahah bagi masyarakat Indonesia khususnya dalam menghadapi era global.Tela'ah dalam makalah ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep dasar entrepreneurship ditinjau dari sejarah kehidupan Rosululloh adalah dibangun dengan Integrity (Integritas), Loyality (Loyalitas), Profesionality (Profesional) dan Sprituality (Spritualitas). Kata Kunci: Enterpreunurship, Sejarah Kehidupan Muhammad, Era Global.  Abstract Since of economic crisis in our country, people tried in various ways to fulfill their needs. Cessation work, limited job opportunities also contribute to increasing the number of unemployment in Indonesia. It encourages people to seek alternatives to improve the standard of an unbalanced economy. As a result, not the least of the people took in ways that conflict with conscience, and surely globalization era which is supported by the rapid globalization of science and technology has made the world a transparent. This article talked about general basic principle of entrepreneurship viewed by history of Muhammad's life as a succeed entrepreneur, So that, it is necessary to refresh the mindset of the basic concepts of business right through entrepreneurship characterized by reviewing the success of Muhammad as the best real entrepreneurship. Learning back of the concept is expected to arouse the public in carrying out efforts to correct and bring benediction Indonesian people, especially in the face of global competition. The results of this study indicate that the basic concept of entrepreneurship according to Muhammad’s life history is built by Integrity, Loyalty, Professionalism and Spirituality. Abstract

Ethics is a philosophical part of axiology and becomes an important basis in the formation of morality. Today, ethics even becomes a serious individual matter that has an impact on human social life. There are many Islamic philosophers who highlight the theme of ethics within the philosophical framework, one of them is Abu Nasr Muhammad al-Farabi. His view of human action and especially of happiness shows his different mind from the previous philosopher. His view of happiness reflects the orientation of human life in the present that overriden by the crisis of existence. In addition, some of his essays even focus exclusively on ethical discussions. Unfortunately, only a few scholars studied his ethical mind in a brief sub-section. Therefore, this paper will try to fill the void, as well as to contribute about the importance of ethics for the sustainability of individual morality and social morality.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini merupakan interaksi yang dilakukan santri terhadap motivasi belajar. Tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara interaksi teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan angket. Teknik analisis menggunakan rumus persentase dan statistik korelasi Product Moment. Sampelnya adalah santri Asrama IV Chos I Ainusyams berjumlah 40 santri. Variabel terdiri dari variabel bebas, interaksi teman sebaya dan variabel terikat, motivasi belajar. Dari data penelitian dapat diketahui persentase interaksi teman sebaya sebesar 53,1%. Sedangkan untuk motivasi belajar sebesar 52,8%. Keduanya tergolong baik, karena termasuk kategori 49%-74%. Hasil analisis korelasi product moment rhitung 0,777 dengan rtabel 0,320, taraf signifikansi 5%. Berarti rhitumg > rtabel (0,777>0,320), sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Disimpulkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara interaksi teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar. Sehingga hipotesa yang berlaku adalah ?Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Interaksi Teman Sebaya terhadap Motivasi Belajar Santri di Asrama IV Chos I Ainusyams Pondok Pesantren Darul Ulum Rejoso Peterongan Jombang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa diniyah (Madin) periode 2012/2013 dalam pembelajaran mikro, dan untuk mengetahui perkembangan keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa diniyah dalam Real Teaching sehingga implikasi micro teaching (pembelajaran mikro) dalam pengembangan keterampilan mahasiswa madin dalam mengajar di Real Teaching, sehingga dapat diketahui kendala yang dialami mahasiswa dalam pengintegrasian keterampilan dasar mengajar dalam real teaching. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini, penulis melaksanakan kegiatan yang terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu: Pertama Tahap Perencanaan, pada tahap ini penulis menyusun desain pembelajaran mikro, menyusun alat ukur untuk menilai keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa diniyah (madin) dalam pembelajaran mikro dan perkembangan keterampilan mengajar mereka dalam Real Teaching. Kedua Tahap Pelaksanaan, pada tahap ini penulis mengamati dan menilai (berdasarkan instrument yang disusun pada tahap perencanaan) perkembangan keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa diniyah dalam pembelajaran mikro dan perkembangan keterampilan mengajar mereka dalam Real Teaching. Ketiga Tahap Evaluasi, pada tahap ini penulis menganalisa data-data yang terkumpul dalam tahap pelaksanaan sehingga diketahui hasilnya. Hasil penitian ini adalah kemampuan mengajar mahasiswa madin dalam pembelajaran mikro memperoleh rata-rata sangat baik yaitu 85, sedangkan  Kemampuan mengajar mahasiswa madin dalam real teaching memperoleh rata-rata sangat baik yaitu 89, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pembelajaran mikro mempunyai implikasi dalam perkembangan keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa madin di Madrasah.The aim of the research is find out Islamic school students teaching skills of 2012/2013 intake.  The skill will be observed during micro teaching program. This program also used to monitor the progress of students teaching skill in  Real Teaching. Hence the implications of micro teaching toward student in Real Teaching can be seen. While also, it is used to figure out their obstacles to integrate teaching basic skill. To achieve the objectives this research, the author has been conducting activities that consists of three stages, namely: First Planning phase, at this stage the author arranges instructional design micro, drawing up a measurement tools for assessing skills teaching of student Islamic schools in micro teaching for the sake of developing teaching skill in real teaching. The Second, implementation; at this stage the author observes and assess (based on instrument which was compiled in the planning) development of teaching skill for students Islamic schools in Real Teaching. These three phases Evaluation, at this stage author analyzes data that the person has accrued in the final phase procedures so that it is known as a result. The result is teaching skill  of students Islamic schools in micro teaching gets  good score, that is 85, while teaching skill of students Islamic schools in real teaching is so good that is 89, so it can be concluded that micro teaching has implications in the development of teaching skill in real teaching.

Abstract

The rapid spread of Covid-19 has disrupted several aspects of life, especially in the field of education. In order to inhibit the spread of Covid-19, schools are prohibited from conducting face-to-face learning processes in educational units so that learning activities are carried out at home through online learning. The purpose of this study was to see student responses related to learning achievements and online learning assessments during the Covid-19 pandemic at Junior High School 1 Dumai. The research was conducted at Junior High School on October 5 - December 15, 2020. The research method used was a survey. The instrument used is a questionnaire using gogogleform. The results of this study indicate that online learning is considered more difficult for students to understand and related to online learning assessment 43.8% of students like online learning provided by the teacher, 37.5% are ordinary and only 18.8% do not agree with the online learning provided. teacher. The causes of student difficulties in online learning can be caused by several things, including the varied learning styles of children. Students who have an auditory learning style, a model in which a person absorbs information more quickly through what they listen to, find it difficult to learn online, as well as students who have a kinesthetic learning style, students who absorb information through various physical movements. Another obstacle is the slow internet signal and the cost of the quota that must be provided for online learning.

Abstract

UKM MNDecoration merupakan usaha dibidang jasa dekorasi diacara pernikahan maupun lamaran. Berdiri sejak Desember 2019 ukm ini memulai dengan memiliki backdrop dekorasi model tirai hingga sekarang sudah memiliki tiga model selain tirai ada juga model papan dan kayu. Proses pemasaran yang dilakukan UKM MNDecoration masih sederhana dengan memanfaatkan media sosail seperti facebook, instagram dan mulut ke mulut. Sehingga yang diperoleh ukm tersebut masih minim bisa dikatakan dalam perbulan hanya mendapatkan 1-5 pesanan dekorasi. kekurangan pada instagram dalam media pemasaran foto produk terlihat kecil, yang  dalam proses transaksi juga kurang efektif. Kekurangan seperti banyaknya pengguna facebook mengakibatkan postingan promosi cepat tenggelam, jangkaun konsumen hanya pada meliputi  pengikut akun produk saja.Pada masalah yang ada pada ukm MNDecoration. Ditemukan solusi dengan membuat perancangan aplikasi pemesanan dekorasi pernikahan berbasis website  dengan  menggunakan metode LEAN UX. Didalam metode LEAN UX terdapat beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut  Declare Assumption, Create MVP, Run an Experiment, dan Feedback and Research. Dengan menyertAkan sampel sebanyak 30 yaitu diantara lain pemilik ukm, karyawan dan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil dari pembuatan prototype dengan metode LEAN UX, telah memberikan hasil nilai success rate pengujian prototype sebesar 76%. Dengan hasil success rate termasuk nilai yang cukup bagus dari pengujian prototype.Kata Kunci: lean ux, prototype

Abstract

Human resources are the main asset for organizations who are planners and active actors of various activities within the organization. This research method uses quantitative research. The research results show that Ethic Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of Lubuk Pakam DPMD employees, where the t value is 3.762 while the t table is 1.699 (t count > t table and sig<0.05 (0.001<0.05). Thus it can be stated that ethics leadership has a significant effect on the performance of DPMD Lubuk Pakam employees. The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of Lubuk Pakam DPMD employees, with a t value of 2.986, while the t table is 1.699 (t count > t table) and sig<0.05 (0.006<0.05). Thus, it can be stated that the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of DPMD Lubuk Pakam employees. Simultaneous test results using the F valuetable 2,960, there are results where Fcount>Ftable (39.192>2.960) with a sig level<0.05 (0.000<0.05). On this basis, the previously proposed research hypothesis can be accepted because it is proven to be true. JEL Classification: M12, L25

Abstract

Problems in capital in a business field are sometimes the main obstacle for some people who are starting a business, especially the business categorized as MSMEs. There are many factors why MSME actors sometimes have difficulty accessing capital to the banks, such as the absence of guarantees, social gaps and lack of education and information for MSME actors in accessing capital. This can be due to the lack of knowledge and information media so that they are constrained in understanding and utilizing these opportunities to banks. Therefore, Bank Syariah Indonesia Jember branch has financing products for capital for MSMEs, especially among mosque administrators who have businesses. Solusi provides education and information to mosque administrators who have businesses to be able to access capital from BSI. Target Output provides education and information in accessing business capital. The results of this activity concluded that the management of the Al-Irsyad mosque takmir was greatly helped by this activity because it received information and access to business capital applications from BSI Jember
