Abstract

Saat ini teknologi dan informasi sangat dibutuhkan termasuk dalam berbisnis kuliner. Hal tersebut membuat para pengguna gadget berlomba untuk menggunakan aplikasi Go jek dengan layanan Go Food yang bergerak dibidang pelayanan makanan dan minuman. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi pemesanan berupaya layanan Go Food, dengan adanya itu bertujuan agar media digital dalam hal ini aplikasi digital Go-Food mampu menciptakan pola interaksi komunikasi yang baru dalam transaksi jual beli makanan dan minuman. Subjek sasaran adalah UMKM di Kota Medan yang sebagiannya merupakan pelaku usaha, khususnya UMKM Ayam Penyet Raihan Jalam Pematang Pasir Medan Deli. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi, bukan hanya itu saja penelitian melakukan metode pembelajaran layanan yang didalamnya berupa memberikan praktek secara langsung dalam pengaplikasian teknologi delivery online (gofood), memberikan arahan mengenai apa yang dibutuhkan dalam pengaplikasian teknologi serta memberikan buku panduan secara langsung kepada pemilik UMKM. Dengan pembelajaran tersebut membuat pelaku UMKM lebih paham dalam memanfaatkan dan menggunakan aplikasi Go Food untuk meningkatkan taraf penjualannya.

Abstract

In today's digital era, everything can be done online as well as shopping. Recently, consumer buying interest in online shopping has greatly increased, especially during the Covid-19 period when there was a government regulation regarding self-isolation. Of course this is a strong enough reason for the development of online sales. This study describes how the influence of online sales on consumer buying interest in the city of Perbaungan. This research uses descriptive quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods by distributing questions via google forms given to the people of Perbaungan city who have made online purchases. From the analysis of data with 100 respondents, it can be seen that online sales greatly affect consumer buying interest in an item on the grounds that purchases are made easier and cheaper than direct purchases to stores.

Abstract

With the development of the times, technology has also developed. One example is entrepreneurs who run their business through online. With this in building and maintaining good relationships with customers, entrepreneurs really need technology. Until now, there are many types of marketplaces in Indonesia, but there are three types of marketplaces that survive and compete with each other, including Tokopedia, Shopee and Bukalapak. Tokopedia is one of the online companies that implements E-CRM in maintaining and building good relationships for the company's customers. PT Tokopedia Indonesia besides having an online buying and selling website, this company also has an online sales application which is one of the marketplace companies in Indonesia. In this study, we used a descriptive qualitative method where we collected data using several journals and also the official website to get the data we needed, such as data on the level of how often customers make transactions and also Tokopedia customer satisfaction level data. Then we will analyze this data to determine the level of loyalty and customer satisfaction on the official application and website of the Tokopedia company.
